You then have exquisite clear glass ceiling light light fixture shade with raised rosettes that have a dot in center and dots around the outside of each rosette. One small section of these rosettes are small round raised area without design. Vintage Art Deco. Neck is solid glass with a small rolled lip From the round neck are spiring columns to the top of the rosette designs devided them with a outward puffed circle of glass. The glass is thick. The puffed areas are actully indented on the inside. I do not see any cracks or chips on this item. The 3 bulb light fixture has been totally rewired using new 3 bulb socket/wiring. It has a hang of 17" to bottom of shade but can be lengtened if desired. This will arrive ready to hang and enjoy. Antique Art Deco Brass Hanging Chain Ceiling Light With Glass Shade
Antique Art Deco Brass Hanging Chain Ceiling Light With Glass Shade This is an antique Art Deco hanging chain ceiling light with a white and tan satin glass shade. The ceiling and light socket fixture are both brass. The chain is brass coated metal. All parts were tested with a magnet. The magnet doesn't stick to the brass parts. But does stick to the chain. It comes with the original cast iron hanging hardware. The light hangs from the ceiling 30" The brass ceiling fixture is 5 1/4" in diameter. The shade measures 7" in diameter and 3 3/4" tall. It has the original ceramic socket and cloth insulated wires. There are several breaks in the insulation, so the lamp will have to be rewired. The glass shade is in very good condition, with no chips or cracks. There are wear marks from where the pull chain rubbed on the outside ... moreof the shade. These can be seen in the last picture. The heavy opaque glass dome has a deep internal rib design(with the outer glass being smooth) Fitted with is a very stylish decorative brass outer collar which has a delightful filigree pattern running around the whole of the outer rim. There is a complimentary brass empire style centre embellishment to set it off. In very good used vintage condition. Only a few light scuffs/ age tarnishing to the brass. This auction is for an antique 1920's art deco ceiling light chandelier that is fully functional and ready for installation and use. It consists of 2 parts of thick frosted glass. The upper is clear and the lower shade is light green with a beautiful art deco pattern. The lower part has glass tabs that insert into the slots of the upper part and rests on little ledges when turned 1/4 turn, as designed. The escutcheon plate and bulb holder are made of brass and the total height is approx. 17" This classy and opulent vestibule light appears just lightly used and in very good condition. There is a chip in one of the ledges of the clear round part and the square green part rests securely on the other 3 ledges with no problems and it is guaranteed to be a solid connection as it is and this minor detail cannot be seen when in use. This is a beautiful old slip shade chandelier circa 1920's. The condition is excellent with minimal wear and no breaks or cracks in the glass shades. The switch and wiring are very good and could be used but should be examined for suitability of your intended use. Antique Vtg Art Deco PETITE Ceiling Light Fixture Unique Scalloped Glass Shade
Exquisite Antique Ceiling Light Fixture This listing is for a unique antique ceiling light fixture. The entire fixture extends just 8 1/2" from the ceiling. The ceiling canopy measures 4 3/4" across. The frosted ribbed shade measures 5 1/4" tall. It features a fantastic scalloped edge; which gives it a square cut layered appearance. Complete with the original three tier brass finial. The canopy paint shows some light wear; and the harp is oxidized. The shade has a small crack/chip where the finial rests. It should have a washer between them. Lovely Vintage Art Deco Glass Ceiling Light Shade
This is a Lovely Vintage Art Deco Glass Ceiling Light Shade. The information I was given was that these shades came from the same house and that the house was built in 1921. This is one of two auctions for vintage Art Deco shades that were purchased together. The information I was given was that the other shades came from a house that was built in 1921. I was not able to find out if this shade is from the same house or not. But it looks to me like it is probably from around the same era. I do not know the age for sure. We love to combine shipping and I will be glad to quote discounted combined shipping for these two auctions. Or in combination with any of our other items on request. The shade has three graduated dimensions separated by clear rings with a beaded pattern. I would describe the color as a very pale pink. The photos are close ... moreto. But not exactly the actual color. The pink portions of the glass are decorated as seen. The shade is in excellent condition the exception of a little bit of darker pink color adjacent to the holes from which the shade will be hung. I don't know much about how the shade was made but it looks to me like the three holes for the chains that will hang the shade were cut. And the edges of the holes on the inside are a bit rough. The shades are 10 3/8" in diameter. The maximum vertical depth from the top edge to the bottom center of the shade is about 4" This old Art Deco ceiling fixture would be a beautiful focal point in any room in which it is hung. CHANDELIER Displayed in the photos and representing the finest in early lighting design. Highly desired. Outstanding glass-work and art deco detail. One of the few documented antique light fixtures. Pressed glass. Designed by R. Haley produced by the famous Consolidated Art Glass Co. Finished in this lovely shade of pink. A beautiful use of early semi-indirect lighting. Defiantly a lighting treasure! This is a one. 1) standard bulb light fixture. The socket is a high quality white porcelain socket. Found at most any hardware store, I recommend using a high watt low heat bulb with this fixture. The light fixture is in excellent, new working order. The light fixture shade and glass fitting measure about 11 1/4" at it's widest point and extends/drops from the ceiling by about 24" The ceiling canopy is a replacement finished in chrome with a clear glass antique ceiling canopy crown. 1920's SKYSCRAPER ART DECO Ceiling Lamp Light Fixture glass globe make into lamp
This item offered is a fabulous Art Deco skyscraper ceiling light fixture that was make into a table lamp. Wow what a great piece the globe sits it original light fixture. Measures a large 9"tall with a diameter of about 10"wide. There are no chips or cracks in the shade that I can see someone put some tape on the edges of the globe but don’t see any indentations to indicate any chips. I can’t figure how to get the globe out of the fixture to clean. The shade is a little dusty on the inside.as we will leave the cleaning up to the buyer. Art Deco Sunburst Starburst Frosted Green Glass Shade Ceiling Light w/ fixture
The fixture will need to be refinished and the porcelain socket has not been tested. The shade is 11.5" in diameter and 4" tall. At the end of the points of the glass shade about 9 of the 18 ends do have some chips on them. Please refer to the pics. as I have tried to highlight the chips. It is still a very nice piece. Vintage Art Deco school store ceiling light fixture beehive milk glass shade
For sale is a vintage art deco metal school store ceiling light fixture with an awesome milk glass shade. It is a vintage light but is new since it still is in the box it was bought in and has never been installed. It has been stored in the attic for many years and the lady discovered it and sold it. The fixture with shade measures about 12 inches down from ceiling and about 9 inches wide at widest part. The fitter of the fixture measures about 4 1/4 inches and the opening on the shade is about 4. The fixture is metal painted a very dark brown almost appearing black and a white section holding fitter to canopy. It is in excellent condition. The fixture has a new bulb holder and the original wiring that is in good working order. The wiring does appear to have dried out some and is a little brittle being on the attic so long. Description: This Art Deco light fixture has a round. Thick glass shade in the classic starburst pattern, which is suspended from the shade holder by three bead chains. The shade is frosted, like satin crystal, with clear candlewick-style beads around the rim. The light hangs down 9 inches to the bottom of the shade, and measures 11-1/4 inches wide.
