The clear glass center column flares out near the ceiling, and has a beaded candlewick-style edge. The light hangs down 10-1/4 inches to the bottom of the shade. All of the glass is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There is one very minor flake near the rim of the shade(see the last close-up photo) But this is pretty much invisible and cannot be seen when the fixture is hung. This light fixture is stunning. I do not believe my photos captured the true beauty. This light fixture has been restored to like-new condition. The original finial that holds the shade in place is solid brass. This fixture takes three standard size light bulbs. And has all new porcelain sockets and new wiring. The mounting crossbar, screws and nuts are provided for easy installation. Ready to hang! I’m certain it’s not earlier or later. I’m certain. Too, as to its beauty. And rarity. I’ve never offered a chandelier like it. All the metal components appear to have a pewter finish. Nice. Each arm has distinctive crystals. The hurricane shades are particularly lovely; that they remain in situ is frankly amazing. I also like the expressive glass stem. The chandelier is clearly modeled after an Argand lamp. From Wikipedia: The Argand lamp was new to Thomas Jefferson in Paris in 1784. Which according to him gave off"a light equal to six or eight candles. These new lamps. While more complex and costly than the previous primitive oil lamps, were first adopted by the well-to-do but soon spread to the middle classes and eventually the less well-off as well. Argand lamps were manufactured in a great variety of decorative forms and quickly became popular in America. This fixture is. Obviously, a delightfully faux Argand lamp chandelier. I have up for auction this super nice find. This piece was found in an old estate that I cleaned out. This piece is super awesome and guaranteed old. The is all metal with leafe designs that are all painted cream. Then there is a mirrored back with the light bulb that sticks out. Then on the light bulb are all glass beads that are tied around the light bulb which you can remove when the light bulb burns out. Then all along the perameter of the piece are super great solid glass or crystal tiered round ball prisms. They are all there and the piece is in good shape for its age. The mirror does have some light crazing which is on the back side but just great authentic patina to the piece. The piece measures about 10" in diameter at the widest point. This auction is for an antique 1920's art deco ceiling light chandelier that is fully functional and ready for installation and use. It consists of 2 parts of thick frosted glass. The upper is clear and the lower shade is light green with a beautiful art deco pattern. The lower part has glass tabs that insert into the slots of the upper part and rests on little ledges when turned 1/4 turn, as designed. The escutcheon plate and bulb holder are made of brass and the total height is approx. 17" This classy and opulent vestibule light appears just lightly used and in very good condition. There is a chip in one of the ledges of the clear round part and the square green part rests securely on the other 3 ledges with no problems and it is guaranteed to be a solid connection as it is and this minor detail cannot be seen when in use. The shade measures about 14 1/2 inches in diameter and is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. Notice the correct bobesche at the top that has five vintage crystals. WOW! The chain has been left with its vintage petina- looks great. The ceiling canopy was sanded and repainted. The socket housing is vintage and there are three new porcelain sockets pictured with 60 watt bulbs along with all new wiring. Circa 1920-1930, but please make up your own mind about this. The light measures approx 10 inches(250mm) tall by 5 inches(125mm) in diameter. It is modeled as an inverted flame. Mounted in a painted brass holder, and is in good condition with no chips or cracks to the glass. The bulb holder is a standard UK bayonet clip type. It is in good original condition with very light wear consistent with its great age. But no damage or repairs. This is a fine example of its type and it would make a beautiful decorative piece. this is an exquisite vintage brass and glass hanging ceiling mount. Electric chandelier. it has a nice detailing and wired. Ready to hang. the hanging post in the middle is made from brass and holds 2 bulbs. it has 4 sides with beautifully shaped beveled glass panels. the ceiling canopy is attached to the chandelier. it measures 12 1/2 inches up and down x 8 1/2 inches wide at its largest points its in good working shape. Offered here is an ornate Spanish brass and crystal chandelier made during the 1950's. This piece has been restored. Cleaned and rewired. This chandelier measures 18" tall by 12" wide. And includes 36" of chain and a matching ceiling canopy. This chandelier has five sockets, each accepting one 60 watt candelabra based bulb.

RARE Mid Century Murano Glass Leaf Chandelier vintage ceiling light lamp fixture
I have other Mid Century lights listed and more on the way. This is a RARE find this is the hard to find version of Muranos leaf shade chandeliers and this is the only one on ebay so don't let your chance pass you by. This still had the Murano label on the glass shaft leaving no doubt who made this one. The design is awesome the brightness against the frosted leafs really stand out. The sockets are on a swivel joint so you can adjust their position. This will look great in an antique or modern home or office. The glass leaves will be taken off and wrapped individually for safe shipping. As you can see it does work fine and the wires are ok however they are the old cloth covered wires and it wouldn't hurt replacing those 2 wires it is very easy to do just 2 simple wires. I took a close up of the original label. This is 26 from the ... moretop loop where the chain starts to the bottom. Then about 31.5 wide then the chain is about 30 inches.

this is an exquisite rare antique handmade stained glass and bronze ceiling chandelier shade. it is completely hand cut from very colorful curved and textured red colored glass and has a great opaque finish and can see through the glass. when the light shines through the glass it illuminates the wall red and looks wonderful. it is all held together with a bronze skeleton and has a great shape. there are exquisite ornate bronze trim pieces and a knobbed bronze wrap at the top, it is a large shade and in good shape.
