Up for auction is an antique MINNESOTA CAST IRON TREADLE BASE. Item is in very good condition for its age. Shows some wear on the foot pedal but the rest of it has very good paint. Item could use a good cleaning. measurements are 16" tall 16" deep and 25" wide. This would make a great coffee table. Either cover it with glass and leave the pulley on or cover it with wood with a glass inset. Any way you use it it will be a thing of beauty. Item will be taken apart for shipping. MINNESOTA MODEL A TREADLE SEWING MACHINE IN TIGER OAK CABINET W/ATTACHMENTS
This is a very nice Minnesota model A working treadle sewing machine with original attachments and instruction book circa 1925. The sewing machine is enclosed in a tiger oak cabinet when not in use. To use you open the front swing door and lift the top right to left and the machine pulls up. The tiger oak cabinet appears to be in original condition and the finish is very good. When closed the cabinet measures 22 1/2" wide. 18" deep, and is 30 1/2" tall. It sits on four rollers. The belt has one worn spot on it but it is working. Shipping can be arranged through TSC Moving or Rick Ships to most parts of the country, I will deliver for $1.00 per mile to a 100 mile radius of Slidell, La. or local pick up is always welcome. You are bidding on an antique vibrating shuttle sewing machine head. The name on arm is MINNESOTA“A” Serial#D3547754. This was on the front shuttle cover. I have found it was manufactured by Davis Sewing Machine Co. and sold by Sears& Roebuck in about 1914. I believe it is a Davis Md. E. The base is 14 ½ x 7 inches. OAL is 16 ½ inch. 10 ¾ inches to top of wheel. Wheel is 6 inches. The Decals on this machine show some wear but still in good condition for a machine of this age. Every thing appears to work well. In my opinion this machine would sew at once if set up. Great for collection or put into service. Will ship UPS. Wait for invoice from me as calculator is often wrong. Questions ask.

Pair Antique Ornate Tiger Oak Minnesota Treadle Sewing Machine Triple Drawers 6
This is a Pair of Antique Minnesota Treadle Sewing Machine Drawers. They are made of tiger stripe oak wood with ornate embossed wood on each drawer face and along the bottom of each frame. The frames are also bowed wood. The finish is dark and semi-wrinkled. The sides are dry. The fronts of the drawers and faces look like they were treated with something a while ago and have some of a semi-gloss shine. There are light. Aged bumps, dings and scratches on each frame. Each embossed wood overlay has a crack. Some were reglued and some are missing small pieces. I have pictured them close up to examine. The bodies show signs of being reglued here and there over time. Most of it is hidden. The edges have wear and veneer is chipped along the rear edge of the left drawer. The backside of each body was made of two pieces of wood. Those have split where ... morethey were joined. It does not affect the structure of the bodies. Each frame body measures 6-1/8" x 15" on the top and is 15-1/4" tall. Each drawer measures 4-7/8" wide x 3-11/16" tall and are 13" deep not including the drawer pull. The locks accept a triangular key and work. There is no key. Antique Ornate Tiger Oak Minnesota Treadle Sewing Machine Center Middle Drawer
This is an Antique Ornate Tiger Oak Minnesota Treadle Sewing Machine Center Drawer. The drawer face has a tiger oak stripe pattern across the enitre front. There is ornate embossed wood on each end and in the middle. The face is also bowed wood. The face is a little dark and wrinkled around the ornate wood overlays. The drawer was repaired at one time and I reinforced the seams with wood glue along the bottom and down the sides. The face is nice. The inside of the drawer is dark and aged. There is a bobbin and needle holder on the right side. The bottom of the drawer has a crack where a knot is in the wood. The center drawer has a 20-3/4" x 4-1/4" face. The assembly measures 10" at point"A" and 19-1/8" at point"B" Those are outer measurements. There is a screw on the left side for locking the drawer ... morein place. This drawer slides into the dust cover below the machine on both sides of the dust cover. The lock uses a triangular key and works. There is no key. This is for the Antique Minnesota Model A Drawers. Carriers, and False Front pictured. The patina shows age, use, and wear. Four of the six ornate wood drawer pulls are broken and can be hard to open while the other two have cracks in them. The ornate wood carving on the false front has pieces missing. There are some white paint spatters on the sides toward the back and also some on the back. Normally I would take the good parts off and discard the rest but I felt despite all the flaws this set up still looked nice and was worth saving. This auction is for a Minnesota sewing machine model H with oak cabinet. As far as looks the sewing machine itself is in good condition for the age. There are scratches here& there but the painting looks good. I do not know a lot about this machine. I bought it several years ago& have done nothing to it. I was told it needs a new belt. There may be other things wrong with it too. The cabinet is oak& has a ornate design on the front. The top of the cabinet when it is closed shows lots of wear. Including scratches& rubs. Also when it is open the underneath side of the lid has a large scratch. There are also some minor scratches& rubs throught out the cabinet. Antique Minnesota Sewing Machine in dusty used condition. Found in original box in grandpa's attic. Machine cabinet was rotted but this was saved. Although dirty it had been stored away and should be repairable by an expert(not I) Beauty with all workings seeming in tact. Wheel spins. Needle rises and presser foot does as well without issue. Treadle Sewing Machine Drawer Frames Minnesota Model C 2 Sets
We found an old Minnesota Model C treadle sewing machine at an estate sale. It was not working so we are selling the salvageable parts. Please see our other listings as we will gladly combine shipping costs if possible if you purchase more than one listing from us on the same day. If you do that. Please WAIT for me to send you an invoice before making payment so you are paying the correct shipping amount. This listing is for the drawer frames. They are made of oak. There are parts for 2 sets of frames. Each will hold 2 drawers. The side pieces are loose so to protect the wood during shipping. We have taken it apart as shown in the photos. Please note: The pieces were attached with tiny nails. Many are still in the wood so be careful when handling. 1 runner piece(the middle piece that the drawer rides on) is cracked. See photo- 4 of the side ... morepieces are plain and 4 have a decorative design. The 4 plain ones go towards the center of the machine and are not seen. The decorative pieces go on the outside where seen. Some of the side pieces have small splits at the ends where the nails were attached. See example in photo. There are a few scratches but other than noted above. The pieces are in very good vintage condition. Original MINNESOTA Treadle Sewing Machine in Tiger Oak Cabinet - early 1900's
This is a very nice Antique Minnesota treadle sewing machine. All original. From the early 1900s. It was my grandmother's who. I believe, bought it from Sears when she was young. It has been in my parents' basement for many years until they moved this spring, now it's in storage and needs to find a new home. The sewing machine is enclosed in an oak cabinet when not in use. I believe it's called a"Tiger Oak" style cabinet. Please refer to photos to see it in open and closed positions. I was only able to take a few photos on the way to storage. Please let them be your guide as to the aesthetic condition. Overall. It's very nice with minimal wear/ corrosion. It should be able to be restored to excellent condition with a minimal amount of work. Size: When closed the cabinet measures around 23" wide. 18" ... moredeep and 30" or so tall. Condition: The belt has broken from age but aside from this. I believe this machine is still in working condition. The wheels and mechanisms all moved when I tried to move them; nothing was frozen. A couple of the wood trim pieces were missing(see photos) Aside from this, there was only a little superficial delamination of the wood in a couple spots; nothing which could not be fixed in capable hands. Minnesota Treadle Sewing Machine Oak Center Drawer With Bobbin & Needle Holes
This sale is for the center drawer drom the Model S Minnesota Treadle Sewing Machine made by the Davis Sewing Machine Co fro Saers& Roebuck in the 1910s. I purchased the parts of this sewing machine at a local auction. The drawer measures 20" from side to side. From the front of the drawer to the back it is 10.5" The drawer is 1.5" deep and has 5 holes to hold the bobbins and 6 holes for the needles. There are white specks on the center front of the drawer.

The 16 page manual provides several diagrams of how to work the sewing machine and much information. The manual states in part"INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING THE MINNESOTA MODEL"H' SEWIING MACHINE, SEARS. ROEBUCK AND CO. CHICAGO. DALLAS, SEATTLE, REV. 1-7-20" The 16 page manual is 5 1/4 x 8 inches. The soft cover manual has some light age toning was apparently often used by the original owner. The manual has wear to the corners and especially the lower right corners which show some rounding. A little paper loss and small tears. The left edge of the covers has a one inch separation at the top and bottom along the ... morebinding. The inside pages are in nice condition. Hello- In this auction I am offering an ANTIQUE 6 DRAWER MINNESOTA MODEL A TREADLE SEWING MACHINE WITH AN OAK CASE AND RAMS HEAD PULLS ON THE DRAWERS! This will need some refurbishing to get it cleaned up and running- see pictures- All I know about it is that it sat in an estate basement for many years.
