There is a two prong twist plug on the light. The inside reflector is in very good condition. The lens is made from glass. It Measures 20" Wide and is 27” tall. VINTAGE 30's/40's WILMOT CASTLE Type 80 MEDICAL INDUSTRIAL NAUTICAL SEARCH LIGHT
Here is a beautiful Wilmot Castle Company Type 80(Model 80) surgical light(100w Clear Spotlight) from the 1930's and 1940's. Some of these were used as search lights. Also. I was told that this particular one came from a US Naval vessel. It was in an auction with several Navy ship parts such as portholes from a minesweeper. With the green salty patina it has in places, I tend to believe the story. This light works well. I has a couple of very small dings, and a small area on the lens is scratched. I used a pen to show you the size. The light includes a 110v plug so it doesn't have to be hardwired. It also includes the mounting base, which is usually missing from these. I only wiped it down with a rag and a little Windex. I didn't want to mess up the patina. Some people like that look. I'm including a 2 pack of 100w Halogen ... morebulbs. It will ship with the testing bulb inside. This light is highly collectible. I've sold a few in the past. If you Google them, some of them have sold for upwards of over $1,900! A little confusing as top states both One Mile and Half Mile. I tested this unit with a 12v battery and the spotlight came right on. There is no glass or lens and there is pitting and other wear on the chrome finish. Best advice is look at the detailed photos very carefully as you are able to zoom in on my pics to determine condition and identification. It would be nice to see it reinstalled on a old car. Boat or vintage cycle. It is in Great condition and would be beautiful polished or keep with its original patina. Has minor scratches and light dent. The burner assembly was cut out and it was converted to battery a long time ago. But could easily be converted back. I installed a piece of glass. Wire up the light bulb with a 12v converter,and made a wood and"marble" base for display. See photos for condition and content details. Antique Brass Boat Lamp Re-purposed or displayed. This lamp will make your day with its great patina and turn-of-the century character. DESCRIPTION The maker. 20th Century Mfg. Co moved from New York to New Jersey around 1911, dating this lamp to the early 1900's. Along with maritime lamps, the company made lights for bicycles, motorcycles and cars. The lamp is constructed of brass with a glass lens and glass reflector in the back. It was powered by acetylene gas. It measures about 8" high. 4.75" deep and 4.25" across the face. The condition is a bit rough. The back glass is cracked and stained. The door hinges are broken, the bottom screw is rusted and there are some bends and dings. This is a Half Mile Ray 12 volt Marine Cabin Roof Search/Spot light. Model 833 made by the Portable Light Company. This light is in beautiful condition for it's age and works. All parts are there including the big chrome knobs that are located on the bottom of the shaft inside the vessel cabin with which to swivel the light 360 degrees and to raise and lower the beam angle. It was removed from a fresh water yacht, The chrome has minor pitting and wear as is to be expected with this age, no dents or damage. The chrome is peeling from the bronze base casting. The gears to raise and lower the light are in excellent shape and nothing is missing. I will carefully pack this light and ship to you via USPS economy shipping. One light has been re-wired and works when plugged into an outlet. The other light will need to be re-wired. The second light that needs to be re-wired seems to be stuck in the downward position, as shown in the photo. The light that is working, the glass is cracked as shown in the photos. It is very large, and very heavy, and it can turn and swivel but it needs a little muscle. It has a toggle switch but as I said it will need a new cord/rewire. ANTIQUE VINTAGE MAJOR EQUIPMENT SEARCH FLOOD SPOT LIGHT Corning Glass
Flood light by major equipment co. The bottom base is broke see photos, this is untested, just pulled out of a 1833 barn, this week. Could be nautical, theatre, idk. The glass has the name of major equipment co. And I believe Corning. There is a lot of writing on the base, hard to read, because it is backwards, printed from the inside. The glass has no cracks. But does have black specs, probably on the inside of glass. The metal part has nicks. Scratches and a few dents in the back. The front side( light) is approx 13" wide. From back to front approx 12" And from base to top of light 17" Please look at all photos and close ups

VINTAGE Unity H1 Search Light Spotlight Street Rod Rat Rod
Vintage Unity H1 Search Light/ Spot Light Mechanics work on this one. There is 360 Degree Rotation. The on/off switch moves fine. There is minor dirt and grime, but very little to no rust. Minor small dings to chrome back of light. The bulb is a westhingouse. The plastic bottom cap to the black turn knob is missing. I don't have a way to test this unit.
