Antique Brass Ship's Lantern - "Not Under Command" nautical maritime vessel boat
For your consideration. Antique brass ship's lantern- tag says"Not Under Command" From the research I did. This was used in conjunction with another one to signal to other ship captains that the ship was not moving and not under active command of anyone. This has a great patina! This has what appears to be the original light socket and looks to be in good condition- but I'm no expert. There was once another tag welded to the top of this lantern. But probably removed when the current tag was placed. The glass lense is not cracked and the red insert looks good as well. There are expected minor dings and other blemishes that come with age and use on the ocean. This lantern weighs in at almost 20 pounds before packing. So will cost a little more to ship. This auction is for a lot of Vintage Boat Ship Maritime Nautical lights running. Spot, cabin, chrome lights. The small bow light with the red& green lens is marked Perko. These are all used. The chrome does show saltwater oxidation on it. I do not know if any oif these work. I did not test them. The lens seem to be all plastic. Thank you. Buyer gets these as seen and described. Vintage Maritime Nautical FRESNEL LENS LAMP.. Boat or Dock Light

Boat or Dock Light* This is a vintage maritime nautical Fresnel Lens Lamp that was previously being used as a dock light in Austoria. Oregon on Oregon's North Coast. It appears to be brass or copper metal(do not know if solid or plate) It has a glass fresnel lens. It measures approximately 7 1/2" tall to top of hanger and 4 1/2" in diameter at the base. It is wired to take a standard electric light bulb. The metal top and bottom attach to fresnel lens with thumb set screws. It is as found and well weathered from years of use although it is still functional. We have not cleaned the metal or glass and there are deposits from the elements on both the metal and glass. It could probably be cleaned up but wanted to leave it with ... moreits original weahered look. Other than the the weathering from the elements it is in good vintage condition and the glass fresnel lens does not have any cracks or chips. Up for auction is an original antique Wilcox& Crittleden Nautical ship/boat signal lantern that dates from the early 1900's. Made of galvanized metal and brass. Center lens is made of thick clear glass and in excellent shape with no cracks or chips. The lantern is also in very nice shape with a nice original patina that only happens with age. No cracks. This is a Vintage Nautical Ship Maritime Red Lens Electric Boat Lamp It does work. The red paint is chipping. The Brass housing for the lamp is not damaged. It is about 9 inches tall and is 5.25 inches across at the bottom. There is no damage to the cord. The bolt top(nut) to a post is missing. It looks like a post has been replaced. The Lamps are Not a Exact Match but they are almost Identical in Size. Each Light measures 13" high x 11" wide x 10" deep approx. The Top Lid on Each Light is Solid Brass. Anchor Ships Lantern(Not a Reproduction) This is a very large antique ships lantern marked as"Anchor" To the best of my knowledge it has all parts needed to burn oil. Please view pictures to augment my description. It is not electrified and it is NOT a reproduction. Lamp measures a stately 23" to top of handle. 18" tall without handle and at its widest a 10" diameter. With the exception of a dent in the brass at the base the lantern is in excellent condition. Lantern inner chimney has a couple of chips and a crack at the bottom where it sits in base. This can be easily replace but I beleive that this one is original so I will not replace. Antique Wooden Boat Model Nautical Maritime Antique Decorative One Off 31" NR
Up for auction is a beautiful handmade antique boat model. Very nice detail. Wooden boat. Has a painted water line. Gorgeous lines. Needs glue on the front piece. And a repair in the rear as it has a crack and the rear of the boat is slightly lifting on top, but does not take away from the piece. Rigging is in good shape. Looks to have been wired at one time, as the lights on the roof are extremely detailed with little light bulbs. Inside the cabin is a chair a helm maps and charts a little pipe the throttle and a radio all nicely put together. Has little portholes life ring, air horn little wooden cleats and pulleys. The previous owner converted it to an indoor display light. The only two things we did were clean/inspect the glass lens and replacing the light cord. Which was defective. There is some corrosion and oxidation on the original three light sockets. The lens is intact with the exception of a crack near the new light bulb that was added.
