Up for sale is a beautiful old brass maritime oil lantern that is signed"Wedge. This is a really cool old lantern. And it was very well made. There is glass on all four sides behind the grates. One side is a door that opens via a little latch. This lantern measures about 15" tall by 6 3/4" by 6 3/4" The brass has a beautiful, aged patina and the glass is free of any chips or cracks. The wick is still intact. The lantern is very dusty& dirty, and could use a good cleaning, but structurally it appears to be fine, with no dents or damage. A very nice and highly collectable lantern!

This is a deck light reclaimed from a Cargo Ship circa 1940-1959. It is made from solid brass and copper. It is currently wired to use a standard home bulb. These look great as hanging lamps. You could also attach it to a stand and use it as a floor lamp. It would have to be a heavy stand. As this light weighs about 20 pounds. I recently saw a pair of these exact lamps listed for sale in an antique store for $2600. This style, with the rolled copper is pretty rare. You will see quite a few similar lights with a smooth copper reflector. But, this particular style is harder to come by.

This lantern measures about 15" tall by 6 3/4" by 6 3/4" with the handle up they measure 22 1/2" The brass has a beautiful, aged patina and the glass is free of any chips or cracks. The wick is still intact. They are in excellent condition with no dents or damage. A very nice and highly collectable pair of lanterns!

The light is just over 24 inches tall, but we can shorten the connecting pipe to reduce the size of the light between 24 inches and 14 inches(no charge for changing the connecting rod size) The bulb end of the light is 9 3/4 inches wide and the glass in this end is 8 1/2 inches wide. This light weighs about 6 1/2 pounds. The glass undamaged. To access the bulb, you remove one screw in the brass ring around the glass. This light has been totally rewired with all new UL-Listed parts rated for any voltage of 250 volts or less. The new bulb holder takes a normal screw in house bulb of 100 watts or less. While this light is made of all brass. We recommend it be used for interior applications only. This is the real deal. And we will ship you a light just like the one shown above.
