This is limited to 4000 in 1992. This is 256/4000. Beautifully detailed this stein measures about 9" tall, and the bas is 5" diameter. I don't see any chips or cracks. Let alone a half boat model like this! I would imagine this was hand made, painted and affixed to this plaque. This is very rare and may be the only one like it. Plaque measures 12"x8" Has hanger on back. Not sure how old or what it's made of. Looks like some composite plastic material that resembles bone or ivory. The hull or keel is painted dark forest green. The steam smoke stack is painted gold along with some other pieces. Stack has a symbol on it. Maybe a bird? Has thick thread for rope that connects sails ... moreand masts. It has some dirt showing or some of that brown may be how it was supposed to look. Here we have a neat old sail boat model mad e of wood with canvas and thread. The bottom is painted and it is affixed to a stand. It measures ap p. 11" high and 11" long. The sails are tied to the masts with thin thread and some of the threads are broken. They are all very fragile from age. It also has a coating of dust. This nautical set includes a sail boat ship. Fish net and the captain. These items are used but two items have tags on them yet. Ship measures 12" wide and 13" tall. The crosses on the ship: 2 red and 1 green. It has 3 flags: 2 green, 1 red. The captain measures 9" tall and 4" wide. He has a beard, binoculars, sailor hat and blue jacket. 830 Danish Silver Spoon 2 sail 3D Viking ship finial- H.H hallmark sails attach
The hallmark on this is H.H on the bottom of the bowl with a dot on either side. I suspect it is Danish but don't see the exact mark in the list. There is a mark of 830 on the handle front side close to the finial. I could not get it to picture. It weighs.6 oz(6/10) and is very special. New silver is not 830 now according to the post I read. the 2 sails are micro welded I think to the cast finial. A very distinct look. this is an excellent piece and is as shown in the picture. About 4 1/2 inches long.

Antique Bronzed Cast Iron Model Viking Ship Etched Copper Sail made in Denmark
This is a beautiful antique Viking model ship. It is complete and in wonderful condition and an amazing find! The hull is made out of cast iron. The sail is beautifully tooled with a large bird and great detail. There is a wonderful bronzed surface finish and patina appearance. All the lines(ropes) are made from twisted wire and sound and all are there. The ship hull has great detail and the dragon head bow is wonderful. The entire ship measures about 16” in length. When it is on its display stand the tallest point is about 14-1/8” On the rudder paddle it says“Iron Art Copenhagen Denmark” It is a stunning piece and is heavy and weighs almost exactly 4lbs. This is a spectacular display piece and perfect for any collector. I will take great care in packaging this and ship it in a large box for added protection.

Antique model sail ship boat in glass case. Primitive. 18th century?
I purchased this from the Kendrick estate recently. This estate was enormous. A very wealthy and prominent family in Texas(house built in 1840, neighborhoods and street named after them) I've never been to an estate sale so big and with so many wonderful antiques. The family was in the oil business and collectors of everything old and special. Anyway, just trying to give a little of the provenance. I was told it was probably from the late 1700's or early 1800's. I'm not an expert, so I don't know how old it is, but it's certainly very old. It actually caught my eye because It looks very old(but in good condition) The way glass is cut and the frame is constructed leads me to believe that it is at least a couple hundred years old. It would be a very nice display piece. Great size for desktop or shelf. Perfect for all ... moreages. Wonderful and unique gift. Certainly rare and definitely one of a kind.
