Antique Vintage Red Bow Boat Light Mounted on Clamp Port Side Maritime Works
This is most likely considered an antique(50+ years old) The only stamp on it. Is on the"on switch" and it simply says, Made In USA" I bought it from an elderly man that was down-sizing. It was described as a"Red Bow" boat light. It's for the"port" side of the boat. It's battery operated and the stainless steel housing is in very good condition, having maybe 2 small"pit marks" The red plastic lens is also in great shape, having only 1 or 2"rub marks" The metal clamp is a flat colored metal and would clean up nicely, there is one small area of surface rust(1-2" on the inside, but the finish is smooth in that area so there is no structural damage, at all. The"turn screw" that tightens the clamp to the boat, is bent and could use a bit of straightening out. The light ... morestill works, I turned it on and took pictures of it, lit up. The light, itself, measures nearly 7" in length. The clamp's inside width is 2 5/8" It's a really great light. I've looked at a number of boat lights online and have yet to find a similar one. It would make a great addition to the collection of someone that collects maritime items!

This is a very nice set of antique Tung Woo ship lanterns. They have some general wear(tarnish/scuffs/scratches) But look very good for their age. They have"Tung Woo Hong Kong" stamped into the front with a flying horse. They are 7" tall, and 5" wide. They both have wicks inside. One wick is black, and one is white(unused? I don't see any obvious damage to these, and the glass is brightly colored with no cracks. I don't know too much about these, so if you have any specific questions, let me know. I am happy to help. Great Maching pair of Vintage Perko bronze signal lights.these are old ones. Measure 5 inches tall 5" wide and 4 deep. Looks like they were built in or flush mount style. Here is a great nautical set of large ship brass and copper lanterns for your buying consideration. Recently acquired them at an auction that a party's collection of marine/nautical items were being sold. We will have a number of these pieces for sale separately in our Ebay store. The lanterns would make a great gift or keep them for yourself. I would guess these lanterns are of World War II vintage. No maker marks or year made marks on the lanterns that I can ascertain. Great set of port(red) and starboard(green) brass ship lanterns for your decor needs. The lanterns were electrified at some point in the past. The lenses in each one are glass and not cracked or blistered. Each glass piece ... morewas caulked into each of the lanterns at some point in the past. The lantern cases are in good shape. Show some finish loss. The red lantern has the lip along the top of the lantern bent in and that bottom corner has a ding. The glass lens was not damaged there in either place. Each lantern is 14.25" tall. By 11.5" across, by 10.75" wide. I do not see a maker's mark on the lanterns. The brass tops screw off to access the inside of each lantern. Someone has put aluminum foil inside to get better reflection of the light thru to the lens. These were electric lanterns originally, but the light unit inside is certainly not the original one. The back piece that the lanterns would slide on to a bar are still in place. The cords are the lanterns are older, but still look to be in usable condition. I would recommend you have the cords and wiring checked out by a professional before using them from a safety perspective. vintage nautical boat bow light red green torpedo bolt on port starboard U.S.A
This is a vintage bow light that is a bolt on unit and can be removed when not needed. It came in a box of fishing and hunting items. It's made in USA. I can't see a manufacturers name though. It has patent no. 2301714 on both sides. The internals look good. This wasn't stored with a battery in each side. So it's not all corroded or anything. The bulbs look clean and the parts look good, the inner housing have some light rust. The external parts show it's age. It could be cleaned up. But, I don't like to clean and shine old items, I would rather sell them as they come, as they look, and let the buyer decide. So, what it looks like is what it is. It's used, but a neat old nautical item. Thanks for looking.

It is in all original good condition with a small chip on the green lens but no cracks. It is approx. 9 inches tall and 4 3/4 inches wide. The original burner is inside and in working condition. PAIR OF ANTIQUE SHIP'S RUNNING LIGHTS This is a very attractive pair of ship's lights. Made of galvanized metal. Nicely weathered. Believe that were made in the 1920's.They are not a matching pair but they are pretty well matched as they are of identical style and dimension. The Port light has a badge with the inscription"British Manufacture" and because of the style and construction is to be believed that the Starboard light is of the same origin. Both have slide out oil burners with respective wicks and glass tubes, the wick adjusters are working normally. Gorgeous Port Light Lantern. Lantern measures approx. 10 inches tall(not counting the pail 3.5" type handle) by 7 inches wide by 6 inches deep. I have sold a half dozen nautical lamps and this is by far the fairest of them all.inside 7 out. It has a beautiful patina. Only one very small dent, no scratching or chips. There are two layers of curved glass.the exterior glass(Barcelona Glass) is clear and a red internal curved piece. Both pieces excellent.no chips or cracks There is an opening. Surrounded by a rubber gasket, going into the lamp. Not sure what it is for, maybe a lead light. I placed a small light in the body to show what this lamp can look like. Could be electrified quite easily with the hole already there. Great looking lamp. Would look great all lit up out on a boat dock. By the pool or on a patio. Could be hung, attached ... moreto a wall bracket or just set on a shelf. Excellent Condition. There is some type of mounting bracket on backside. The lid is also very tight with solid hinges. I gently eased the top off with a screwdriver to open. You must remove the screw all the way to open.it slides into a hole as shown in pictures. There are 4 little feet on bottom with holes for air circulation. Would appreciate any info you might have as to maker as there is no hallmark on the lamp. Believe it's early 1900's. We are selling a set of Maritime Ship Lights. The plate reads Perko manufacturers Perkins Marine Lamp& Hardware Corp Miami Florida. We had these on display and have moved to a much smaller home and just don't have the room for them anymore. They make a great display and conservation piece. These measure approximately 8 1/2 inches x 8 1/2 inches x 12 inches high. One of the lights are green and the other is red for port and starboard. The gentleman we bought these from is a member of the Corps of Engineers and gave us this information about the lights. They are off of a riverboat that was over 100 years old and its home was on the Cumberland River. They scuttled the boat in the 90's to make it a home for fish(a fishing reef) He saved them for himself prior and used them as display. Up for sale a vintage copper& brass maritime ship lamp with a green glass globe. The majority of the metal is copper although the back may be brass. And the plate is brass. This is a full red glass globe. The case is 14 inches tall measuring to the top of the handle,the round portion with the globe is 8 inches in diameter and the base portion is 8 1/2 by 8 1/2 inches square. This has been wired so the light is in good working order. There is a brass plate on the outside(pictured) it shows Port Round Red. NAUTICAL Marine Navigation BRASS PORT LANTERN LIGHT RED GLASS Hanging Ship Boat
Up for sale is a very old Nautical Maritime Navigation Brass PORT Lantern/Light. Let me start by saying I do not know what I have here; it is old. Weathered and has some rust and oxidizing on the lantern. The top hanging part is loose as screws not secure in the back of it. I believe it is copper and or brass. I do not see any name on the lantern. There are no dents on the lantern. Front screw opening. The front has the word PORT. The light is heavy red glass. Not plastic. There is no interior piece that lights the lantern. The glass has come loose and the metal frame has separated in the corner but all of this can be fixed. Could use a cleaning/polishing. For its age. It is in very good condition. Approx. measurements: 13” tall(ring for hanging is 3” which is not included in the height measurement of 13” Each side width is 6” small top that ... moreopens is 3” tall Front: 11 1/2” around the front just below the top that opens. Glass measures 7” long by 4 1/5 tall Front opening measures 5 ½” wide by 4” tall This piece also comes from Florida and has been weathered thru the years being hung under an outside sunroom. Very Nice Wilcox& Crittenden Co. Ships Red"Port" Lantern. Middletown. Conn. USA on Brass Tag. Great Patina! This lantern has no Burner. But is in Excellent Condition. I'M not sure how the burner was installed. As this does not open from front or have clips like others I've seen. No Chips in glass that I can see, No holes in metal, Minor bend on left front corner. I figure someone out there will know about this one. So I am starting at a low bid& Low Shipping in hopes it finds the right home and match! Please see all Pictures.this is a very nice lamp!
