All offers will be considered. 5.5" Tall and 4" Deep I also have the matching but not listed Blue one in the same condition as this red one. Let me know if interested. Has a beautiful Patina that I didn't bother to clean so that it can remain in its vintage condition. many people like the Patina look. If you're not a fan of it. It can be easily cleaned. RARE Antique Nautical Marine Oil Lantern-Three Bullseye Lens-Red-Green-Clear
This auction is for a rare nautical oil lantern or lamp form the mid to late 1800's. These lanterns were used on smaller vessels such as lighthouse service launches. Fishing boats, etc. It has 3 bullseye lens. Red, green, and clear. The lantern is made of galvanized tin. The round top is brass. The lantern is complete with the original font burner. There is a handle and a mounting bracket on the back. The wire door latch mechanism works well. The lantern is 8 1/4 inches in height.The lantern is in all original as found, uncleaned condition with great patina. No holes. Just a few minor rust spots but no pitting. There is a bend on one of the top corners, A gentle dent in the brass top. The red lens has 3 shallow edge chips as shown.No cracks. Overall a very nice and rare antique nautical lamp. For sale is a nice old marine lamp-lantern made by Perko De Lite Lamp. This one is made of copper and what appears to be galvanized metal. It has the original oil lamp inside and a green and a red glass lens. They are both in good shape and not broken. Mounting bracket on back with original Perko brass tag. Hanging or holding loop on top. This Nautical Ship Lantern measures 10" x 5½" x 5" It is all original and uncleaned. The gentleman I got this from said he used to use the lantern in it when he camped as a kid. Inside you can see the carbon left from when the lamp was lit. I think if this was wired right. It would make a beautiful and different kind of light for a nautically decorated room.

Here are 3 vintage"RED RAY" model flashing marine lights made by the ITT JABSCO CO out of Whitfield. Ohio. It says on the mounting brackets"Half- Mile-Ray Model 1075" The Portable Lighting Co Inc. There are 3 lights, two of which are incomplete.one is missing the metal cage, and one is missing the the metal cage and the glass lense. The other seems to be complete. They all sport red ribbed rubber handles, a mounting bracket and 2 toggle switches on each light. One still has the"RED RAY" sticker. These are similar to those historically mounted on US Coast Guard Cutters of years past. They are a rare find and a cool piece of marine history.

This is a great Perkins"PERKO" Marine lantern or bow light. The lantern is about 18" tall counting the handle. The lens is heavy red glass and can be seen from all sides(360 degrees) The lantern works off of oil or kerosene. The reservoir and wick are in tack and working. The Perkins metal tag is still in place(too dark to get into photo) There are some small nicks and I can see what looks like brass under the black paint. I believe the paint is original to the lantern. The lantern is heavy. Over 7 pounds. Lanterns like this were used on large ships as a warning light or bow light. Balloon Cage PERKO Red Maritime Kerosene LAMP Perkins Marine Nautical Lantern
It won't break my heart if I don't sell this item. I'll keep it and rig it up to become the coolest porch light in the neighborhood. A balloon cage ship's deck lamp made by the Perkins Marine Lamp and Hardware Corporation of Brooklyn. New York. This company is still going strong- a 5th generation family business now based in Florida and under the name of Perko Inc. Perko is also the product name of this item. This lamp is about 22 inches tall. And the diameter of the cage is about 14 inches. The red glass ball is slightly larger than a volleyball and slightly less than a basketball. The fuel canister is in working order- the wick rises and falls with the turn of the handle. the vessel doesn't look to have any leaks. Check the condition report and the photos for the problems this lamp has. Brass parts as well as the majority ... moreof the metal being perhaps a galvanized aluminum or thin steel. Two sets of two loops on either side of the lamp- I would assume the loops are there so the lamp can be mounted to something. This nifty vintage lantern could easily be converted to an electrical lamp if a buyer would choose to do so; or. Leave it original using some lamp oil to fill the canister and fuel the light. Offered for sale is a pair of Marine Marker Buoys with Red and Green lenses. They are used but as you can see by the pictures. The buoys are in very good condition and are operational. Ideal for driveway markers or decoration where an authentic nautical décor is desired such as waterfront, backyard, garden, office, pub, restaurant, etc. The lenses were manufactured by KOPP Glass of Pittsburgh. Pennsylvania. The“green” is more of a turquoise in the daylight but shows green when illuminated at night. The red is a nice dark ruby red. The Buoys are approximately 23” tall and 12” wide at the widest point. The lenses are 8 ¾” outside diameter x 7 ½” inside diameter x 7” high. They have 7"ribs" above and below the main centre beveled band. And are smooth on the inside. Ruggedly built from aluminum and stainless steel to ... morehandle the harsh marine environment. They should last a lifetime. There is no corrosion in the bulb socket or on any of the electronics. The bulbs are#1521 10.3V 5/5W. Very light weight. On the lanterns"Starboard" and"Port" are etched. Do not know much about these. They are old and say Hong Kong on the bottoms. No other markings. I only came across two other sets identical to these online. That where sold in the past. So they are rare. They have been in storage for a few years so are in very good condition. Vtg Perkins PERKO Marine Boat Lamp Starboard Bow Green Red Glass Light Lantern
This listing is for a vintage Perkins PERKO Marine boat Kerosene Lamp. Finding one in better condition than this one will be a challenge. The lamp is made of Galvanized metal and has a Brass Top/Finial and the Kerosene lights hardware is made of Brass. The Dark Green and red lens are made of Glass and are chip and damage free. The design of this lamp is different than most others. The inside hardware is accessible from the bottom of the lamp only. It has ingenious spring loaded tabs of each side. If you want to pull out the hardware you simply squeeze the tabs and pull the hardware out. As you can see from the photo's the Brass hardware is in excellent condition and includes what is probably the original wick.I think this lamp has spent most of it's life indoors. The outside Galvanized Metal is also in excellent condition. Nothing ... moreis loose. All corners etc very tight construction. The top finial piece with hanging loop is made of Brass. I did not clean this. Left the original patina. I did however clean the Brass Perkins/ Perko identification tag because I could not read what it says. Looks to be c.Late-19thC vintage to me. Lantern is 20" tall not including the top swing handle. Buying as you see it as found in estate. The globe has a large hole on one side with crack lines going out from hole. The remaining thick glass looks stable as is however. Globe still displays well on good side. There are other ridge chips on glass. A couple of dings spots on shoulder of lamp. Top lid has dent on top. Vertical cage rod is pushed in where the hole in glass is. Opposite rod pushed in somewhat as well with some broken connectors to cage. Layer(or layers) of old black paint on surface. Old patina to lantern. Marine Nautical 1851 Ouvrard & Villars Red Globe Anchor Lamp onion copper brass
Market fresh find; Original to the mid-1800's from the French Crimean war era. This is an Ouvrard& Villars Nautical Anchor lamp; Beautiful condition, it is constructed of hammered copper with a dual-ring brass cage. Original ruby flashed red globe. Marked O V Depose on the copper. May very well have come from one of the Ironclad Steam Battleships on the Black Sea, I purchased this lantern from the estate of a very meticulous and discriminating lamp collector. This piece has undergone a no-harm electrification. Which can easily be removed. The original oil burner is wired to the underside of the chimney. The original font is in place. The bottom of the font has been painted on the underside. I can't guarantee the font won't leak, but I suspect(but can't confirm) it was painted to stop any rust. Vintage Chrome Ship Boating Bow Stern Green Red Warning Light Marine Navigation
Up for auction is a vintage boating warning light recently found at auction in the suburban Philadelphia. PA area. It is found in good used condition. I am unable to test this to see if it is operational or not, but certainly could be made to work. This light has a tear drop shape and would be mounted in the bow to determine port or starboard sides. It is consistent with 1950-60's era boats. This light would be great for reuse or as a nautical decorative accessory. There is pitting and paint on the chrome surface, as seen in the photos. The lens appears to be plastic. It has a nice deco appearance. I cannot find any markings or numbers. This light measures approximately 3 7/8" x 6 1/4" x 3 14" in size. A nice maritime piece. Offered with no reserve. A rare Perkins Marine Lamp. This is made by the Perkins Marine Lamp and Hardware Company of Brooklyn New York. Has a small brass ID tag just under the toggle switch. See picture#3. The lamp stands 15" tall and is 7" in diameter at the base. Copper construction. Features 2 tie down hooks at the base. Also has hook on the top cover. This antique lamp is in excellent condition for its age! The glass cover is still very clean and free of chips/cracks. The housing is a bit worn. And a little rusted, but other than that it's great. This is an Antique PERKO Solid Brass Marine OIL Lantern Towing Lamp with RED lens. This is a very old original Marine lantern. I believe off of a Tug/ Tow Boat. It is an OIL lantern. The bottom detaches a Oil lantern. The Glass lens has NO cracks, but the red film has spidering, see pictures. Glass intact. It is labeled with PERKO- Perkins Marine Lamp& Hardware Corporation- Made in Miami, Florida. It is about 18" tall, the flat sides are 10" across and about 15" across. The large brass lantern has Great Patina! This is all original vintage,oil lantern, no electrifying. Collector's take a close look- You won't find one with this age and in this condition often. I cannot find any markings but most of these were made by the famous Perko Marine Lantern Company of Brooklyn. New York. This handsome old lamp has a brass top with ring. Two separate red and blue GLOBES with divider, and a hanger on the back. It is about 10" tall to the top of hanger and 8" wide at the divider. This would be a great addition to any lantern collection. Decor or it would make a TERRIFIC gift.
