Great lot here. I have no idea how old they are or what they fit. Maybe a how comfort but in no way do I guarantee that.SOme of them have several chips around the rim. They have a lot of tarnishing surface rust and some pitting. the spacer that goes in between two eyes is a little bowed and has a crack. They need a good cleaning. The larger eyes measure approx 7 15/16 and the one with holes and writing measures 6 3/4. Even with the condition these are hard to find and im starting them at a very reasonable price. Vintage Home Comfort Wood/Coal Cookstove
This stove has been lovingly kept. The enamel is in great shape. The firebox is in perfect condition- no missing or broken tiles and the grate is wonderful. The cast iron top is rough and pitted(not lovely, but very functional and has all the pieces) It is a great appliance, conversation piece, heat source and it cooks and bakes like a champ! It has a large hot water reservoir that is in great shape, no leaks or functional defects. I have owned this particular stove for about seven years and have used it every fall/winter. I am a connoisseur of vintage cook stoves, and this one is remarkable!

Up for sale is a great antique wood cooking stove. I believe it is a Household Ideal Home model stove. It has 8-172 cast into the top plate. I don’t know if it a model number or not. This is a 6 burner stove with a nice big side cook oven. It also has 2 great upper shelves to put stuff on. The side of the stove is marked-THE WHITE-WARNER CO.MAKERS—TAUNTON MASS. For condition, it is just in GREAT shape! You will have a hard time to find a stove at this level at this at this price! The nickel was restored about 30 years ago and has no rust at all! Any shadows in the pictures are due to the lighting I used. the nickel has just the right amount of wear to look just right for an old stove. The finish is the original black cast iron with no rust, just the right amount of age and heat oxidation on top near the burners. The thermostat on the door ... moreis good with no cracks. Vintage Home Comfort E-1 electric cooking stove. This stove worked when my step-grandpa last used it. After testing it recently. I found that both the upper and lower coils in the oven heat up, as can be seen in the photo, so the oven works. All four burners also heat as they should. I cannot get the dial to turn to test the middle"deep well. However, I may have been doing something wrong as I initially thought the oven was not working until I found the manual, which also goes along with the auction, and realized I just had it in the wrong mode. I should have re-tested the deep well dial after finding the manual, but I forgot to, and the stove is almost 2 hours from us. The plastic/glass cover is missing off the timer, and I did not test the timer. It has been kept in his kitchen in his heated home for the last ten years. It is as is ... morebut most everything appears to be working. The burners and oven definitely work. It is about 40 inches wide by about 27 inches deep(including the handles out front) and the height from the floor to the top is about 37 inches plus about another 9 inches for the area where the dials are located. Here is a catalogue/cookbook from the Wrought Iron Range Co. for their Home Comfort Cook Stove. This book is from 1920 and celebrates their 56th anniversary. It is a combination of recipes. Testimonials from buyers, the stoves themselves, their attachments, how they are built and lots of other stuff. The book contains 168 pages and is about 9 1/2" by 7" in size. It is in really nice condition considering it is over 90 years old. It has a small, about 1" tear in the binding at the bottom and some very light staining on the bottom corner of about the last 20 pages. Really nice condition for its age.

The griddle opens and closes with no problems that I can see. I do have the door handle for the oven but the pin is broken so it will need replaced. The dust/kickboard is missing one side plus the otherside has a dent in the metal. I did not test it out and will need some further cleaning. For auction is this great old SUN GLOW antique cast iron stove. It is very heavy and solid. It looks to be a gas stove as you can see from the hookups shown in the pictures. VINTAGE 1930 HOME COMFORT WOOD COOK STOVE PORCELAIN DOORS GRAY WHITE SPECKLED
This wonderful Home Comfort antique wood stove shared a place in my home and heart for many years. But after my 3rd and last move, there was no room and it is now in storage and needs to find another home. It was never used by myself, it was always a display stove. I had the top plates blasted and primed years ago so the red showing on top is still the primer coat, I meant to paint it black but never did. It can be picked up in Two Rivers Wisconsin and is easy to access and load as it is sitting in a garage in cold storage. The heat indicator gauge plate reads Wirco 1930, patented October 24, 1922.
