Made of cast iron it is about 40 inches wide. 25 inches deep(excluding handles on front and excluding pipe connector on rear) It is about 32 inches tall at the grill plus 20 inches for the backsplash for a total overall of 52 inches tall. I did not have a scale to weigh this on but it is very heavy. Firebox has some damages(photo#7) Ash pan needs replaced. Small piece broke off backsplash mounting arm(far left bottom in photo#3. Backsplash is still solidly attached) Left side of pipe connector is cracked(photo#12) Left side door needs a catch. Oven door is set up with a spring closure which needs adjusted. Other rather minor flaws. All four legs are good. Porcelain/enamel is nice with some rather minor blemishes. Water heater and fold out spigot are good. Has all of the hot plate lids and burners. Sold as a display/collector item. It probally needs some repairs before it would be safe/wise to use. See photos for condition. Contact me for payment methods at time of pick-up. This listing is for an authentic vintage cast iron trim part from an antique heating stove. This is the front apron from an OAKLAND NATIONAL No. 162. This stove was made by Excelsior Stove& Mfg Co. of Quincy. Ill. Part measure 4-1/2" tall, and has a length of 16-3/4" measuring on the curve. It has three lugs in back to lock into the stove. Front retains much of original nickel plating, but needs some cleaning. There are no chips, cracks, welds, batters, breaks, or repairs. Piece is on good used condition. Antique or vintage cast iron with enamel front plate Radio stove door Harwick ??
Up for bid is an antique or vintage cast iron with a white enamel plated front plate stove door. It is marked Radio. In my research. The only Radio stove I could find was made bt Harwick. It looks like the door was chrome plated. Most of the chrome plating is gone, just a little left on some of the edges. The latch is broke/missing. There are spots, stains and a chip in the enamel finish on the front plate. I pack my postcards between 2 pieces of cardboard. Then in an envelope with a tracking number, which results in a higher price than just sticking it in an envelope. This item/items as most of the things I sell. Came from an auction, flea market, estate sale or rummage sale. Up for auction is a nice primitive style iron stove door. This piece was made and marked by Jacob Kimball of Portland. Maine. Jacob Kimball was born in 1771 and died in March of 1842. This door is quite heavy. Weighing approx. 12 lbs. Reinstall this piece on your home's wood stove. On an outdoor patio stove or simply to display among your antiques and collectibles. Offered here is a cast iron door from a stove or furnace AS-IS. It measures 12 3/4 X 7 1/2 inches not including the hinges and closure. The hinges have holes for a pin. The top pin is still there. Please use the Supersize Feature on our pictures at the top and below the description as we consider them to be a very important part of our auctions- our photos show great detail and they are about the next best thing to"being there" Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE This is a really cool vintage stove top oven. This style of warming oven is meant to sit on top of your conventional kitchen stove or wood stove and the radiant heat that rises works to bake pies and bread and to keep cooked food warm. The oven stands 11 ¼” tall. Is 11 ½” wide, and 10” deep. There are two shelves inside. Both shelves are removable and the bottom shelf has a square sheet of metal attached to it underneath for either heating purposes or to keep the flames from reaching anything on the shelves. This steel oven is not marked anywhere ... morewith any manufacturers information. It still has most of its original black paint and the two original shelves inside. The door closes and latches securely. The glass window is intact with no cracks or chips, and the Heat Indicator thermostat is in place and work. I cannot tell you how accurately it works, but I did put the oven on my stove top and turned the electric burner to High– the thermostat started moving almost immediately and went from Low to Medium to High in about 5 minutes. The metal oven does get very hot so it needs to be handled very carefully and not by children. This old primitive oven is in very good condition with just a few flaws. At some point. This oven must have been dropped on a hard floor where it made impact with the bottom right front corner. As a result, there is a minor dent in the steel and the oven does not sit flat like it should.but it still heats up fine. There is some missing paint on the top and some of the silver metal shows through and there is some very light rust coloring. There are also some scratches here and there and some flaking paint.
