This old. Glass, fuel jar was probably used as a reservoir to supply kerosene to a cook stove. Or maybe an antique heat stove. It has a spring loaded valve that still works perfectly- and features a metal band around the middle of the jar that held the iron bail. Or handle. CONDITION is VERY GOOD- no cracks or damage to the glass- just wear from use( circa early 1900s) The bottom exhibits some stretched glass residue. A pontil mark, from when it was originally blown. Very rare International Oil Burners glass fuel bottle from the 1920's.Old aqua heavy thick glass jug measures 17" tall and is embossed on 2 sides with piture of the old stove.This is a actual working piece with a brass top and the handle is made of plain iron.The bottom has a diamond shape with a trademark and numbers.This bottle has no damage except the bradd screw on cap has a minor split but is tight.We believe this is a 2 1/2 gallon size and is rare to find intact and without damage.We use only the best bubble wrap and peanuts to guarantee safe deliver.

Antique / Vintage One Burner Cooking Stove with PERFECTION Glass Kerosene Bottle
This listing is for an antique. One burner cooking stove and a Perfection Stove Co. glass kerosene bottle. The stove does not have any maker's marks. I think that these items date to around the 1920s. Selling for restoration or for a collector. Untested. Incomplete. The stove is missing the burner grate. It is missing all but three of the screws and nuts. It may be missing other parts as well. The kerosene bottle does not have a metal ring or handle. The paint is flaking off of the stove. It has rust. Scratches, dents and bent places. One mounting bracket for the gas line is bent(pictured) I'm not sure if the paint is original or not. The"bowl" that serves as a gas intake has a cut-in, rectangular shaped hole through the side. It looks original. The glass bottle has a rusty lid and is dirty inside. I did not open the lid ... moreto clean the inside for fear of breaking it. The outside has scratches and some rust stains. There is a large"L" shaped area on the bottom that looks kind of like a crack. But I think its a crease from the manufacturing process. Will ship disassembled. Sells as is. This is a jug used for holding kerosene for kerosene stoves. It was also used for directly pouring the kerosene into them. It has a spring loaded valve in the cap that still works perfectly. It is a complete piece with the metal band and handle as well as the screw on cap with the working spring valve. The jug is about 9-1/2 inches tall(without the needle point on the valve) and about 7-1/2 inches wide at the base. The picture showing the bottom of the jug appears to show cracks but these are just marks from being detached from the original piece of glass during the molding process. Antique Portable Heater Classic Kerosene Stove With Opaque Glass Center 25"X 9"
You are bidding on a very old kerosene heater. It measures approximately 25 inches tall. 9 inches wide and 13 inches on the bottom. The glass center takes up about 8 inches in the middle of the heater. It had been painted a white enamel and they did such a good job I have no idea what the original color might have been. I do not know if it's in working order as it was used solely for decoration and was not needed as a heater. However the inside"pot" is still there. There is no kerosene or oil in it at all nor has there been for as long as it's been here in this house.since the 1970's.It is a very study little heater, very pretty with the glass center. Although I never actually did it, I always thought I would find a way to place a flameless candle inside the glass which could make it a very appealing little"lantern" ... morewithout the danger of fire. Because it is so old I'm sure the working parts have rust and I am unsure it it's possible to get it in working order if you really wanted to use it for heat. The item was used on the kerosene cook stoves. It has a pat number on base July 1913 also a no.3. Outside pic so glass is clear without blue tinge. glass has few bubbles in finish. Antique 8" Glass Fuel Globe embossed bottle. Old Kerosene Cook Stove jug. Nice!!
The glass globe(or jar or ball or bottle) is rather large and measures roughly 8" in height and about 7" in diameter. The side is embossed with"Use Kerosene Only. Not sure if this is of a Perfection stove. The bottom is embossed with a number 5. And another number or two which are under the metal band or strap. The glass looks to be free of any cracks. The metal strap around the globe shows rust from age. The glass has some wavy areas. Overall this antique looks to be in fair condition and is sure to be a nice addition to your collection. This is an Owens Illinois Stove Dripper kerosene glass bottle Plunger with a hinged handle. The bottle measures approximately 17" high and the bottom is approximately 7 1/2" in diameter. The top is quite rusty as you can see in the pictures. The marks on the bottom are an"I" in a diamond over an"O" or oval. The numbers are 7 3 7 around the mark. No 1,299.914 and No. 1.456.716. In England No 145.674. Has metal ring with bail around the top of the jug. Has some rusting and discoloration. Still in solid condition. Lid and spring work as originally intended to. This measures 8" wide and is 10" tall. Is very clean inside. Doesn't smell like kerosene, or anything else. Is clean and nice. This 1920's kerosene bottle is light aqua in color. Pat. applied for June 24. 1919. Very good condition, no chips, cracks, or nicks. It does have some rust coloring around the neck of the bottle and on the metal band& bail, but the band and bail are in good condition. The cap removes easily, but is rusty inside and out. 7 1/4" wide, 8" high to top of the cap, 7" high to top of neck. All Sales Final. Ship to US states only.

So based on that and reading some history of the company. we think the stove was from the 1920's to 1930's.
