Florin 114 original potbelly wood stove
This is a Florin 114 civl war era woodburning stove that was manufactured in the Florin Foundry in PA. never been burned in as long as it has been in my family and that is at least 30 years that i know of. as far as i know it is intact but i am a private seller not a stove dealer so i dont know all the ins and outs. no visible cracks or breaks in the metal. And in the front is cast the numbers"10467" There are three holes on each side of the base for mounting to the floor of the caboose. The center section wall of the cast iron is 3/4 inch thick. Total height 39 inches. Max width and depth each 20.5 inches at the base. The stove will separate into multiple sections. Great condition. No cracks.

It is approximately 16" across and 21.75" lengthwise. The legs rise up 7.5" and the edge of the stove is 9" above the floor. Despite being found laying in the woods. It is sturdy. My husband(180# can stand on it with no problem. I have not tried to clean it. It appears to be cast iron. There are some numbers/letters on the inside of the legs: BIOS, C80. For sale is a 1889 Conestoga 40 Atlanta Works Potbelly Wood Stove Cast Iron. It shows wear. Rust and does not have the lever to lift the lid. It will need some tlc and some new paint. There is a hole in the side(see pict. 5) which I am not sure if that is supposed to be there or not. The stove measures 12" at the base and is 26" tall. ANTIQUE COAL WOOD POTBELLY STOVE FINIAL TOP SWINGING METAL 12" TALL
This auction is for an antique swinging finial top for a coal. Wood or potbelly stove. The entire piece is just a hair under 12" tall(from the bottom of the base to the very top of the finial) The finial is just under 9-1/2" tall and the base is 2-1/2" tall. It measures approx. 11-1/2" diameter across at the widest part(one side is made flat rather than round) There is a number on the bottom of the base which looks like X-981 or 186-X as we don't know which would be right side up. Ask ALL questions prior to bidding, of course, but we think the base is made of steel(maybe cast iron, but doesn't really seem heavy enough to be cast iron) and we think the finial top is tin. The base is unpainted metal and naturally shows some rust and the finial is painted silver. There is one screw holding the finial on which is obviously ... morea replacement screw as it is not painted silver and doesn't match the others. There are some spots of silver paint loss and scuffing on the finial and the base has sooty type dust on it. As stated, we know nothing about this item so email with questions BEFORE bidding. Item Description Hot Blast Florence Parlor Stove Estate Find Condition– Used– Buying as is Very nice Antique Parlor Stove. The name on the back is C Emrich and it has two dates on it. The patented date is 1899. Another piece is dated April 10. 1917. I am guessing it was the date it was made. I picked this up at an estate auction recently. It is truly a piece of American Art. It is roughly 68 inches tall and if I had to guess. I would say it weighs at least 175-200 pounds, but that is just an estimation. I plan on doing one of two things with it. 1. Sell it as a whole. 2. Refurbish it and then sell it as a whole. If you want it while the price is cheap. Please buy it now. If I pay to get it updated the price is going up. I don’t know a lot about stoves. The ash door or catch tray is missing and the shaker grate(as shown) has been cracked and held together with wire.
