Has the original parts& burner on the inside. Burner has all original caps and knob and handle and everything moves as it should. Even has the really cool cap with arrow on it that moves to show the kerosene level. Even the wick adjustment knob is detailed with a flower. Burner is empty with no cracks that we can see. It has all the metal emblems and embellishments that is should have as far as I can tell. Looks like everything is there and would probably work fine(my opinion) but I'm not an expert.There is only light surface rust as far we can tell and would paint up nice or left as is for that great patina look. The top of the unit opens where it would reveals the burner. This is just a great piece. Not seeing many dings or dents. Maybe a small on here or there. Handle is intact. The oil tank is really cool as well, being made out of either brass or copper! For your consideration we are offering this outstanding antique Perfection Model 750 kerosene/ oil heater. Overall this piece measures in at 25"H 13"D. Condition is as follows/ shown: Heater is completely original and without restoration minus the 2 top screws were replaced due to being locker down. The paint is fantastic with only a few small rubs to mention. The glass shade is void of damage, the nickel plat is shiney/ bright. There are no dents, heavy scratches, holes, corrosion, heavy rust to mention. The piece still has a wick as shown. I don't believe this was used very much nor has it been exposed to moisture. Is this beautiful Condition with Visible Glass Globe Room Heater It Measures about 24-1/2" tall( excluding handle) by about 13" in diameter at the base In Fabulous Working Order Ready for a new Home! Glass is in Fabulous Condition. no cracks no chips that we can see- only a straw mark( please read below for what a straw mark is) from manufacturer on the back side- it functions just fine with this for all these yrs) Wick is in Great Condition& Works& Turns as it should. This Heater was used Little& is all in Fabulous Condition- The clear glass is embossed with a flame design and the name Perfection across the top of the globe Model no. 735" marked on it Straw Mark by a Glass Manufacturer: Shear Mark- Straight mark or scar caused ... moreby the shears used to cut away the molten glass as it was being dropped into the mold. Sometimes called a“straw mark” When the hot glass is held over the mold and just enough is put into the mold. The handler cuts off the molten glass with metal shears, which are much cooler than the molten glass. If this is done just right, so it's thrown to the side of the piece, it blends in with the rest of the glass and doesn't show. When too much, too little, or the molten mix doesn't get thrown to the side, the result is the visible strawmark. Not a crack. Please ask any and all questio ns before bidding. We have for sale an Antique Perfection Smokeless Enamel Model 660 Turquoise Blue Kerosene/Oil Heater. This was an estate find. It stands 24 inches in height not including the handle and the legs sit 17 inches apart at the base. The stove was PAT June 17 1913. The condition of the stove is very nice. Some light surface rust and scratches, nothing major. The enamel does show some wear at a couple places. The brass burner insert is in great condition, no holes complete with wick although you may want to change it out before firing it up. This unit has not been tested but I feel pretty confident that it will work fine. I believe it could be polished up to look even nicer. A nice display piece as well as functional. This is a Perfection Smokeless Oil Heater. Made in USA, with Trademark and Patent No. 630 marked on the front. This Item is dated to approximately 1913. It is two-toned Country Blue and Chrome. It is rusted, but as you can see by the pictures, it is not that bad. I have not seen any pictures of the bottom of this item, so I do not know if the bottom is suppose to look like that. It does seem like the substance is a form of plaster. Item stands About 32" high with handle extended. About 10" diameter and weighs about 5lbs Historical details: Before WW I. Oil companies had horse drawn carts with large tanks of kerosene that would go through the larger cities of America. Fasten to the sides of these tankers were Perfection stoves and heaters that the deliverymen would sell off the cart.
