Vintage Cast Iron Art Deco Wood Burning Stove Finial
This auction is for a Vintage Cast Iron Art Deco Wood Burning Stove Finial. This unique vintage stove finial measures 8 ¾ inches high. 10 inches in diameter at the center, 3 ¾ inches at diameter base, round top measures 2 ¾ inches, and 6 inches between top of two handles. Unmarked. Fine condition. No cracks or chips. Minor wear on nickel plating. Age unknown. Note the ornate screws which holds the finial together. The handles attach separately through four slots. Finial can be opened to find a bolt inside which I think would attach finial to a swing top, etc. Heavy- weighs about 2 ½ pounds. Vintage 1936 Monarch Malleable Range Co. Wood/Coal Cook Stove. Features an oven with gauge and comes with assorted handles for top burners and includes a bottom drawer. The top consists of 2 burners and a flat griddle surface. Also has a water reservoir for heating water and an extended pouch feed. Complete with an electric light. Plug-in and clock on the top. You will also get a reproduction operating manual. In great working condition. Ash bucket is in very good condition. Would be great in a cabin setting or vintage kitchen or off the grid living. This is used but in very good working condition. One area on the top"modern" section of the white enamel has a small chip that has been repaired. This is an exceptional example of the traditional box stove from the OLD WEST DAYS of the late 19th century. This one is remarkably well preserved for being more than 150 years old. I was told when I acquired it. That it had come from an old west Saloon in the Tombstone or Tucson. Arizona area. This one is huge. Almost 4 feet long, 18" wide and 32" tall. It is all numbers matching, and as you can see by the pictures, undamaged, original and magnificent. The front reads A M Godin, the height is 48" and the width is 45" The stove is completely functional, uses wood to heat up your house. The decorative cap lifts to cook or boil water on top of the cooking surface. There is a tray inside the stove collecting ashes which makes it easy to clean when it's full. Up for sale is a vintage cast iron wood/coal burning stove. It's marked 91 Indian Hot Blast. It's mostly complete but I think it's missing the hot blast parts inside. I was told the stove can be restored and used with out those parts. Believe there is suppose to be a ash tray/pan but that is missing also but that's easily replaced. We've never used it or installed it. Had the intentions to have it restored and use it in our house but too many projects and no time to do it. It's just been sitting in our pole shed. Sold as is. Connecticut, is in excellent condition, and shows minor use/wear for it’s age. It is complete with all 3 legs, working door, original porcelain humidifier bowl with cast iron bowl basket/cradle, flat cooking lid underneath the cover, coal/ash tray with grate, and attached stove pipe. The beautiful Art Deco crown and skyscraper details and flourishes are solid cast iron. There is some surface rust consistent with the age of the piece. It is capable of burning both wood and coal. This is an old watch fob. It shows an old kitchen cook stove and says- Sanico. Six Metal, Rust Resisting. It has white enameling on the stove. It measures about 1 1/2" in diameter. It is in good condition with some wear and scratches.

VINTAGE MONTGOMERY WARD WOOD-COAL BURNING COOK STOVE
Can be used as a display or rebuild fire box. And put into service. This stove was being used at a hunting camp, up until this past fall. It is in fair conditions, has a copper lined water tank, but spout need new seal. size/dimensions are approximate 27"D x 48" W x 33" H not including warming oven The included photo is the only one I have of unit assembled. At this time it is partially disassembled. Base is off. Warming oven is off and the grill/ burner area is off, main body is intact. You will need 2 to 3 people. 4 would be nice, to move unit. The main body is heavy approximately 200 to 250 pounds would be my guess. A trailer would be nice, but you could probably lift it up and on a pickup with enough help. This is a PICKUP ONLY NO SHIPPING. The stove is located in Mingoville. Pennsylvania, which is about the middle of the ... morestate, about 15 miles east of Penn State University. The grates in the fire box at this time do not move. Probably could be fixed. The fire box needs rebuilt. All the original fire box liners are included except one. That was replaced with one that is not original, but worked. These liners are made out of cast iron and are in poor condition. The large bottom metal sheeting on the stove was replaced a number of years ago with a piece of stainless steel sheeting. The griddles on top of stove are in fair condition, pitting and small holes in some where the lifter goes in. Two of the griddles have been replaced so are solid but surface is ruff. I cleaned up the one griddle, as you can see in the one photo, it cleaned up OK, I feel most of the rest would do the same with a good wire wheel, a lot of elbow grease and maybe some sanding. Vintage Round Oak Duplex wood burning stove for sale. My grandfather has had this old thing sitting in the garage for many years. It was once a working stove. It looks rusted. And Im not sure all the original parts. Are there. This would make a great restoration project for anyone. The stove was too heavy to move from its position so Im sorry that there are no photos of the back side. Sold As is. No returns. We do not offer shipping.
