Free Shipping Condition: New Location: Yonkers, United States RARE CHAMBERS OVEN UTILITY STORAGE PANTRY DOOR WITH LATCH- looks like BRUSHED CHROME- from the 60's handle has that modern atomic look super shiny ... moreon the side but brushed satin on top- feels good to the hand- THIS IS FOR BOTH THE OUTSIDE PANEL AND THE INSIDE DOOR PANEL The brown enamel is awesome such a nice color this is the original finish that was called coppertone at the time BUT it looks SO much better than coppertone. It's the same brown throughout, no dark edges that was common back then. The door has a few very small scratches but very hard to see. The shine on it is like new! I had to use the flash on my camera to keep the reflection of items around the room out of the pic- that white spot is the flash. The back is attached and shone in a pic, there is a small spot where the enamel is missing toward the bottom. Could use a good cleaning, the latch is a little loose but can probably be fixed once the back panel is taken off. I have many parts and will try to list them all soon. If you need something. Please send a question and I'll check my stash for you. I do have the pantry floor that is in the matching grey and a brushed chrome top along with the backsplash with the atomic age electric clock still attached. Also the griddle in great shape and inner parts and other stuff I can't remember. This item is very heavy- if it costs more than $20. Sorry for the poor quality photos. Flash and shadows make the stove look two toned when in fact the porcelain was in such good shape it was only necessary to re-porcelain the backsplash. It is ready for natural gas and can be changed to propane. This is a beautiful 61C. This stove is like new although it is 60+ years old. My refurbisher has been doing this over 40 years. Vintage 1954 chambers stove
Up for grabs. This vintage 1954 chambers stove. This does need a restoration to be perfect, But it looks pretty nice as is, the only thing I don't see is the pilot burner cover, but it has all the warming accessories. I don't know a lot about this as it is not mine. My friend said it sat for several yrs with no use, It should be gone over before use, but if anything is needed, you should be able to obtain it, this is a sought after oven because of its high quality. Quite frankly This is what people want in the kitchen. A cool retro stove that looks awesome, VINTAGE FEEL. I restored my 1963 Tappen stove when I redid the kitchen, and I get a lot of complements on the vintage look. this unit measures 38" wide x 27" deep x 51" high. It has an awesome stove light that spans the width of the stove, one cool feature my Tappen ... morehas, very nice at night. what I do know is that it has a warmer with several different combinations on the top right, left side is a griddle(aluminum) left door is the oven, right door is a service/storage door.this would be an awesome addition in any home. Vintage Chambers Gas Stove Oven - Antique Appliance Cookware - Home Decor
Vintage Chambers Gas Stove and I just noticed a couple places with some porcelain loss which is shown in the last picture otherwise some minor scratches. The griddle opens and closes with no problems that I can see. I do have the door handle for the oven but the pin is broken so it will need replaced. The dust/kickboard is missing one side plus the otherside has a dent in the metal. I did not test it out and will need some further cleaning. This stove is available for local pickup and can be picked up in Kearney. Nebraska. Full Payment is due after the auction ends but we can store the stove for 30 days.

Stove was part of an inheritance and has been stored in the garage for several years. As one might expect it has some rust. Overall it's in good condition. As with any gas appliance I would recommend installation and serviced by qualified personnel. The quality of these stoves are far superior to those made today. If you placed your valuables in the oven and your house burned to the ground they would survive. With it's superior insulation it truly will cook with the gas turned off after reaching cooking temperature for a nominal time period. This listing is for a Chambers A Series Range Stove made in the 1930s or 1940s from the research I've done. This stove was original to my childhood home until a kitchen remodel in the early 1970s.my mother had the Chambers relocated to the basement where it was hooked up and used during the reno process. It was then detached from the gas pipe and hasn't been used since. It's in good shape but in need of a definite cleaning. The stove is clean and well-kept. Only a couple of small blemishes that can be fixed. A functioning, beautiful, antique stove can be yours today! There are 3 burners, a hot plate, steamer, oven, and boiler- fully functional. It was fully functioning and used until recently.
