This stove has a side loader, two hidden cook tops, chrome foot rest, cherub front door design and challis. Challis is complete and undamaged other than being a little aged like the rest of the stove. All of the moving parts work as they should. When the front door is open there is a great, ornate front gate. There are no known broken parts. It was viewed recently by a professional stove installer and he found the stove to be sturdy, solid, not warped and undamaged. It is in great shape for its age. My father found this in a scrap metal yard in Dayton, Oh in 1954 and I made mud pies on it, then it became a plant stand on my front porch and most recently a printer stand for my computer.

HUTCH brand POT BELLY STOVE sold by Lehmans in Kidron OH The stove is solid cast iron and domestically manufactured by Hutch Mfg Co in Loudon. TN. It can be used to burn either wood or coal. This stove is in new unused condition. I purchased it from Lehman Hardware in Kidron. OH in the early 1970's. Shortly after I purchased it we moved to a home with a fireplace and we had no further use for it. It has been stored there in dry conditions in our basement until now. Vintage Vulcan-Hart US ARMY RANGE wood/gas/coal 8 burner plate cook stove oven
This is the Vulcan-Hart version of the US Army commercial wood/coal kitchen stove originally built by the Garland stove company for the US Government contract. But has many upgrades. This stove has a large commercial size natural gas burner in the firebox, which likely could be rejetted for propane allowing you to use multiple fuel sources(Wood, coal, gas) It also has a built in cast iron water heater heat exchanger in there. It has a brite"US" nameplate which appears to be solid brass and silver accenting on the casting names and rivet heads. The top is 52W X 36D X 33H. It's real cast iron- it weighs in the neighborhood of 400 lbs. The Vulcan-Hart company. With history back to 1865, still makes high quality $$$ commercial stoves today and the quality and lineage of this unit shows. Built in 1951 according to the nameplate on ... morethe side. It came with a 1947 house I purchased last year. According to the 87 year old previous owner, the unit was bought new and placed in the corner of the living room by his aunt during a 1952 renovation and hasn't moved since. He only used it for extra heating in that large room and never recalled actually burning wood in the unit, and I found only evidence of natural gas use. It comes with the stock"tools" poker, scraper etc. The unused heavy-ass firebox grating for burning solids is in the last photo. It was sitting in the bottom of the ash drawer. It is a bit dusty in the photos and it does have a light patina of rust color on the inside but I know most of that is due to the natural gas combustion residue. And there is no ash inside and very little soot in the flue. I decided to leave it all original and not try to restore it as that might change its value and it does in fact need very little cleaning and perhaps some paint inside to make it look like new again. I found no cracks, scratches, or damage of any kind when I inspected it, and I do feel confident in its excellent condition, but I am selling it as-is, no warranties. It will come with the carbura

As the heat from the cook stove rises it hits the fins on the bottom of the heater and this circulates the heat to the surface of the sad iron heater top. This unique vintage stove finial measures 8 ¾ inches high. 10 inches in diameter at the center, 3 ¾ inches at diameter base, round top measures 2 ¾ inches, and 6 inches between top of two handles. Unmarked. Fine condition. No cracks or chips. Minor wear on nickel plating. Age unknown. Note the ornate screws which holds the finial together. The handles attach separately through four slots. Finial can be opened to find a bolt inside which I think would attach finial to a swing top, etc. Heavy- weighs about 2 ½ pounds. This Item Is An Original Vintage 1940's. 1950's Wedgewood/ Grayson Gas Stove Top Clock. Cooking Timer, Electric Light Shade Assembly with Salt& Pepper Shakers Holders. Please note, you may see dark marks. Red& blue tints here and there on our chrome and shiny items, these are not defects on the item, they are reflections of our camera and surroundings when we take our photos. Any defects, aging, wear, etc. will be noted in our descriptions. This clock/timer ... moreshade/canopy and support are bright white. This is the original Wedgewood/Grayson assembly. The porcelain enamel on the light shade and the vertical shade support are in excellent condition. There are no scratches or chips- the chrome base plate and S&P shaker arms are also in very nice shiny condition. The underside of the base plate does have some exposed underlying copper plating. The Grayson clock/timer is a painted finish in very nice condition. The square clock thin trim is in fair condition, mostly shiny chrome with some wear as you can see. All the clock/timer knobs turn as they were intended, the clock hands and red timer wheel all turn quite nicely; there are no cracks or chips in the glass crown/cover. The clock/timer olive green and red face is in gorgeous condition, some slight yellowing from age. We have thoroughly cleaned the exterior surfaces, replaced the rusted screws and nuts(see the last photo of"Sally's Work Bench" The wiring should be replaced just to be on the safe side, we have clipped and taped the broken wires.
