This is an original circa 1900 Victorian Palace Oak parlor stove with a cook top(according to description on back of stove)If I am understanding this correctly the top is a cooking surface as well as being a parlor stove so there likely was never a crown/pediment on the top. Up for bid is this nice antique gas heater. The only identifying mark on this unit is on the manufacturers tag. The Superior Manufacturing Company Carnegie Penn. Model#7710. The unit measures 23" wide x 20" tall x 9" deep.This unit has been stored in a warehouse and worked when it was put away.The metal does show some surface rust and some dust from storage. All of the ceramic radiants are in tact with no breaks. Radiants will be shipped seperately as they are very fragile* The stone surround is also in tact with no chips or cracks. I have sold a few of these heaters on ebay and have recieved positve feedback on the transaction. Never planned to sell this in my life time. Been in the family longer than I would know as it nears it's Century mark. Standing about 19 and 3/4 inches tall this very deco set had been setting by the old cook stove or one of two fireplaces in the old house which will soon be 150 years old in North California. Another story. They are Art Deco, original. They are weathered by the years and then plating has faded here and there but still hold a shine when soft cloth wiped regardless of the plating worn off. Ornate Wood Burning Stove Door with Tile Insert
This is one beautiful door for an old wood burning stove. We have no idea what stove this went to. But we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to offer it. The door is made of cast iron and appears to be in very good condition. There does not appear to be any significant rust and what little rust there is appears to be only on the surface. The handle appears to have originally been nickel-plated. Much of which has worn off. The centerpiece of this door is the beautiful ceramic tile insert. We cannot guarantee that this was the original tile. But is does appear to be old as a careful inspection shows some light crazing. The door measures about 20” long and 12” tall. The door hinges are not broken and the original pins are still in place. One of the latches might be broken. But it is hard to tell since it is worn so smoothly. There is a thin sheet ... moremetal protector on the inside that does show significant rust damage. But is not visible and could easily be replaced if desired. The part is apr. 7 1/2 inches in diameter and apr. 9 inches long including the part that hooks in to the stove. It is apr. 3/4 inch thick. There is loss and wear to the plated finish along with an area of pitting which is shown in a closeup. We did not notice any damage. Cracks, chips, etc. The pictures should show the rest. Offered is a cast iron stove eye lifter and shaker wrench tool. These were used to lift the eyes. Or lids on old cook and heating stoves. This piece is unmarked so I am unable to connect it with a particular maker or era. It has a bit of decoration indicating that it may have belonged to a more ornate parlor stove. It is obviously an older piece. The lifter is about 6-1/2 inches long and weighs about 5.2 ounces. I can't find the slightest damage beyond light use marks and some surface roughness. Likely from the original casting. The end of lifting lug is about 1/2 by 5/8 by 1/8 inches, and is slightly irregular. These can sometimes be ground a bit to fit a particular eye. What I'm calling a shaker wrench on the opposite end may actually be another sort of rod pulling tool. This part of the tool may also be for adjusting interior vents, ... moreparticularly in cookstove ovens. I've posted lots of pictures so you can look it over. Ornate Vintage Cast Iron Wood Stove Parts - Free Pickup in SoCal
This is a set of parts for a cast iron wood stove. It has markings indicating that it was made by the“Southern Stove Works Evanville Ind. and is model“No 19" the“Art Leader. It comes with all the parts shown and no others. The stove parts are disassembled, I put them together(without fasteners) to illustrate what the stove would look like. Two of the panels are cracked: 1) The side panel with the two doors is cracked as shown, and(2) the rear panel is cracked and has been joined together, but the crack has been only partially joined. Only two of the legs, the more decorated ones, seem to be original parts of the stove. The other two legs are a loose fit in the slots on the bottom of the stove and appear to be from another stove. One of the two hole covers in the top is a very loose fit and appears to have come from another stove. The ... moreother one fits fine. The overall size is about 20 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 17 inches high, not counting the legs. The legs add another 8 inches to the height. This is sold as parts rather than a working or complete stove. It may be possible to fix it so that it will work as a stove. I think it would be fairly easy to put it together as a non-working decorative piece. It was held together with long bolts that are not included except for a couple that are not useable. You will pay the shipping calculator price for UPS but I will ship by Fedex because I am shipping this in a large suitcase and UPS will charge me an extra fee that is not included in the calculated price for not having it in a cardboard box!

This is(I think? a Cast Iron Flue Cover. I can't imagine what else it could be if not a flue cover? It is 8 3/8ths inches across and is slightly bowled- about one inch. It is Very Ornate with very intricate cut out areas and lots of embossed detail on the ironwork also. The detail is just as detailed on the back as it is on the front. It has a very stiff sturdy wire hang loop and has raised initials SHW of the maker( Not sure what it is. But the possibilities are endless! I could see it wired on an entrance gate or in the garden, or just hang it on the wall. Very Cool piece! It weighs 1 pound 5 ounces without a box. No cracks or breaks anywhere.

This is by far the Nicest one of these I have seen in 30 years of Hunting Estate Sales and Markets. Usually you only find Pieces of these left. But this one is fairly complete for age. Thank you for viewing my auction. Please read before bidding. This is for a local pick up only. This auction is for an ornate GEM OAK Victorian Cast Iron Stove made by the Toledo Stove. Company. Number of the stove model is No 114. Stove was kept in a family room for many years and is in good working order. Item shows some signs of rust along the bottom. See pictures for more details. It is in beautiful condition and would clean up nice. It is very dusty in spots. It is very ornate and the finial and other iron work on the piece are really in great condition. I do not know how old the piece is. Some light research on the Toledo Stove Company would probably date this piece to the early 1900s. Owner has had the piece in the family for generations and it has been gently used. Kept mostly as a decorative piece in the family room. You will notice ... moretwo holes, one on each side of the loading doors. These were to hang utensils/tools to stoke or control the fire in the stove. A small shovel and poker.
