This is a Vintage Perfection model 1715A portable kerosene heater with original Pyrex glass. This is a great collectible! great for parts if you are restoring another similar one. There is some rust areas(see pictures) but the metal is still in good structural condition. This would be a great little restoration project. It has a great handle and the heater is approximately 25inches tall by approximately 17 inches wide at the base. The wick(photo#9) is in perfect condition and the dial which adjusts it moves freely. The glass shade, made by Pyrex, is without cracks or chips and features the original wavy glass. You are bidding on a vintage PERFECTION SMOKELESS OIL HEATER. It is model# 140-C(Which I believe to be from 1913) This is in working order and is really cool! This smokeless heater is in vintage condition. And there is some surface rust from over the years. I love the look as is. However, from my reasearch I have seen these beautifully redone, but I thought it was best to let the restoration up to the new owner. It measures 23.5 inches tall x 16.75 inches at the furthest distance between the legs. The vents all seem to work well. And the heater opens and closes nicely. The oil tank is really cool as well, being made out of either brass or copper! It may need a wick in the near future, but the heater lights up nicely(as can be seen in the pictures) And yes, I emptied out all the oil afterwards in order to avoid a huge mess in the mailing process. ... moreEnjoy. The chrome/stainless steel trim has surface corrosion and can be restored to its beauty when it was new 100 years ago. The patent date is May 23. 1913. The kerosene oil tank has the fuel gauge that shows how much fuel remains in the tank. I have not tested that to see if it is functioning. There is a wick although I don’t know if it is still usable. For your consideration we are offering this outstanding antique Perfection Model 750 kerosene/ oil heater. Overall this piece measures in at 25"H 13"D. Condition is as follows/ shown: Heater is completely original and without restoration minus the 2 top screws were replaced due to being locker down. The paint is fantastic with only a few small rubs to mention. The glass shade is void of damage, the nickel plat is shiney/ bright. There are no dents, heavy scratches, holes, corrosion, heavy rust to mention. The piece still has a wick as shown. I don't believe this was used very much nor has it been exposed to moisture. Basically put a beautiful antique heater in tremendous condition ready to use or to just admire as a decorative addition to any vintage decor. Antique (1902 -1912) Perfection #130C Smokeless Oil or Kerosene Heater
Antique Perfection Smokeless Oil- Kerosene Heater Antique Perfection Smokeless Oil Heater. I rubbed off enough of the"patina" to determine this heater has 1900 and 1902 patent dates. There is also a"7 12" stamped in the top of the wick cap(see 2nd to last photo) That may indicate a production date. I think the later models came out in 1913. It still has a good Perfection wick. This kerosene heater measures approximately 24 1/2" tall, 12 1/2" side to side, and 12 1/2" front to back. This old heater appears complete except for the sight glass and would make a great restoration project if you want it to look like new. Or you could leave it as is, as shown in photos, for a rustic addition to your decor.

This is used and very dirty. There is some paint and other marks on it as well. There is a used wick in it. The knob turns fairly easily but not very far either way. I never had to use one of these before so I don't know if that is normal or not. The handle is secure. The whole thing is about 8.5" tall and 8.5" across the bottom. And uses the same wick font. The heater has a Perfection kerosene tank that as you can see burns fine. But needs to be adjust somehow, because it is very hard to turn the wick up and down. There is a piece on top of the canister that twist off. Once that is off the wick goes up and down freely, so it is something with that piece that is making it hard to turn the wick up and down. The bottom of the heater has the no. A-602 near the bottom. This is in good condtion with the typical color loss. And just needs the tank that holds the kerosene and wick.

Perfection Unused Kerosene Oil Heater.
Offering a Perfection Kerosene Heater. This heater has never been used. Shows almost no evidence of time. The wick has never had oil in it. It looks great. A good basic Perfection room heater. Blue steel center portion with painted Gloss Black trims. If your not familiar with these heaters they all expect the porcelain models will develop a loss of shine on the upper parts after some use due to the heat. In order to keep them at there best a light fine steel wool to remove any light rust that may form on the steel portions in the off season should be done and if kept oiled or a light coat of WD 40 on them when not in use it will prolong the newer look. It takes a rather large carton which weighs about 21 pounds to ship it well protected. Its packed and will go out as soon as the payment is made on it.

A good.Usuable example, of a glass insert for a perfection kerosene heater. The glass has the#7a stamped on the back. There is a small chip out of the bottom rim but it will be covered upon insertation. The glass needs a goos soaking in warm water and a cleaning.

1890's Perfection No 53 kerosene oil lamp heater Standard oil Antique vintage
Found In very old farm house estate sale. Complete as far as I can tell and in great shape for the age. It is obviously patenaed but not rusted out or dented up. It sais No53 standard oil on the tag. Call Mark at 6on2-998-7o74 with questions. P.S. I've charged about 20 bucks handling as I will have to take this item to UPS to buy a box to fit it. Perfection Model 750 Brown & White Porcelain Kerosene Heater with Glass Globe
For your consideration is this Perfection Model 750 kerosene heater with the flame glass globe. It has a brown and white porcelain finish with a nickel plated fender. It measures 24" tall and about 13" in diameter at the bottom. This one is barn found with a layer of dirt from normal use. The porcelain finish is nice but does show a few random small chips. Otherwise very nice and appears to be complete. I could be doing something wrong but I can't get the wick adjuster to turn. Everything else appears OK.
