Vintage 1936 Monarch Malleable Range Co. Wood/Coal Cook Stove. Features an oven with gauge and comes with assorted handles for top burners and includes a bottom drawer. The top consists of 2 burners and a flat griddle surface. Also has a water reservoir for heating water and an extended pouch feed. Complete with an electric light. Plug-in and clock on the top. You will also get a reproduction operating manual. In great working condition. Ash bucket is in very good condition. Would be great in a cabin setting or vintage kitchen or off the grid living. This is used but in very good working condition. One area on the top"modern" section of the white enamel has a small chip that has been repaired. Usual amount rust etc. that you would expect from an item of this age and use. Local pickup only, this is very heavy. The stove is 48" ... morewide. 28.5" tall to the cook top and 42" tall all the way to the back top section. The top back"modern" section is removable and is 26" deep. It measures about 8 3/16 inches tall. 7 inches across the top and bottom, and 1 ¾ inches across the middle(not counting the lips for the lid to sit on. That measurement would be about 3 inches across. The bottom is marked“Y 5” 4-30E2” and“Monarch” The top surface is in excellent condition. Smooth with minimal pitting. And only a few scratches. The shaker Crank handle is used to turn or shift the grates under the stove burners and they drop the cooled ashes which are scrapped out into the coal bucket and carried outside to the garden area to use the coal ashes as a natural fertilizer. Was probably given to the buyer of a new stove as it has instructions of how to get the most even temperatures, and how to use the air drafts to control the temps. This is 143 pages long. THE STOVE IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION AND IT WORKS. IT IS COMPLETE. THERE ARE VERY FEEW MARKS OR SCRAPES ON THE ENAMEL. THE SEPERATE PICTURE IS THE BASE FOR THE STOVE. Enterprise Monarch Wood Cook Stove
The Granddaddy of Wood Stoves! This is the solid cast iron base Monarch made by Enterprise. NOT the newer Monarch with the four legs. This stove will last forever if you take care of it. Overall it measures 56" wide, 30" deep, and 61 1/2" high(not counting the stove pipe) The 6-burner section only measures 33" wide x 22" deep. Floor to stove top is 30" Inside the Warmer oven measures 12" deep x 34" wide. The solid base measures 34" wide x 24" deep. This Stove is loaded with chrome finishes as you can see in the photos. Yes. It needs a good cleaning and polishing, there is no rust, no corrosion. It burns both wood and with the included cast coal shields, coal! I'm including my coal bucket and my ash can. Also included is the heat generated circulating fan that is shown in the photo. The ... morewok that fits in a burner hole is also included as is the grate handle and the burner lifter. I'm including the ash shovel and the poker. Wood can be added through the front door. Through one of the two far left burners(my usual pace to feed the fire, or by lifting the left unit(see photo) to add larger logs. I had hoped to pass this stove on to my grandchildren. But their choice of lifestyle doesn't include by beloved stove. I'm 70 now and in declining health, and my days of splitting wood, carrying wood, and feeding the stove have come to an end. I've so enjoyed this wonder stove and I'm hoping whomever buys it will enjoy it throughout your life as well. I bought this stove at Lehman's Hardware in Kidron. Ohio. It is probably 10-years old. If you could buy this stove new today it would cost you over $9,000, as it's little sister(the one with 4 legs) costs just over $8,500.

Rare Antique Cast Iron Monarch Parlor Pot Belly Stove Wood Burner Finial
This is a very nice. Rare antique cast iron Monarch stove finial with metallic copper finish(I don't know if the finish is original) but the finish is quite aged and has some areas of light surface rust and verdigris, and it shows some darkening from age. It is sturdy, solid, and perfectly useable and displayable, but where the four decorative scrolled corners meet, there are screw holes with no screws. It fits together snugly, but there is slight movement at the corners if pressure is applied. There is one small piece of metal broken off by one of the screw holes, but it is otherwise complete free of cracks, repairs, or other structural damage. It measures 14 1/2" H x 6 1/2" square and the base measures 4" across, including the lip. It will be packed well and insured during shipping.
