Each is 7 inches tall. 4 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches deep. The claw is about 3 1/2 inches across. The middle resting stem is 5"x 1 1/4"x 1/2" thick. Each leg weighs about 4 1/2 pounds. The paint is chipping, but there are no breaks or cracks in the cast iron. In overall very good, original, vintage condition. This is a CLASSIS SHAPED vase/ run and this is VERY HIGH QUALITY& VERY WILL MADE by HAND. Add two handles and you would have an AMPHORA VASE. This is THICK& STURDY& Hand Hammered from the shoulder down. From the shoulder up its smooth and has a MIRROR like surface. The flared rim is decorated on the top side. The THREE fancy legs have scroll work and a feathered top where it is attatched to the vase. The padded paw feet have 3 toes. This is a classic GREEK Shape and Design and it was made in GREECE probably in the last half of the 2OTH Century but that's only a guess. This is signed as best we can make out' TAEI XEIOPOE 925' on the bottom. On our postal scale it weighs ABOUT 9.1 ... moreOZS so that's about 260 Grams. But this is a POSTAL SCALE& NOT a JEWELRY SCALE so please allow a few grams either way on this. Besides this is too nice a piece to scrap. Anyway. I've cleaned this lovely piece. But still fail to find a maker's mark. It has a beautiful shape and line with a shell pattern on the legs. Nice clawed feet and scroll handle. The piece cleaned up very well. But a few brownish marks remain in the center.I'm afraid to go to aggressive in a area that doesn't really show anyway. The piece is 7" long. 3-3/8" wide and 4" high. I cannot find a mark. There is some type of scratch on the inside of one of the legs.if there ever was a mark there. I cannot read it. Which, together, would make an attractive associated pair of fire side stools. Broad cabriole legs with pad feet. Early mortice and tenon construction to the frame. Secured with oak pegs and later mount blocks behind each corner. Some historic repair work to a couple of the legs which is largely invisible and contributes to the immense chartacter of the object. Rare 18th Century Queen Anne Slant Front Desk Bandy Leg Slipper Feet No Res
Rare 18th century Queen Anne slant front desk with bandy legs and slipper feet. This desk is fresh to the market from a local estate. It looks like cherry. But I believe it is actually applewood. It measures 40" wide x 38.5" tall x 17" deep with a writing height of 26" The condition is as follows. The front right foot is broken, but the original piece is there and needs to be glued back on. There are a couple of breaks to the drawer lips(se pictures) The interior is complete, but one of the cutouts on the top of the pigeon holes is replaced. Some of them need to be glued back in place. There is a little worming to the bottom board, but overall a solid piece of furniture. The wooden pulls are replacements. It has been refinished and is beautifully done. it measures a large 28" square by 30" high and has great tiger strips of oak in the top as is in the bottom shelf also. This auction is for a set of legs and platform off of a Sears Craftsman 113.12173 1 1/2 HP table saw. It is 15" X 19" X 24" tall and has adjustable legs. Be easy to put a piece of wood on the top and mount virtually any brand and type of machine to it. As you can see it still has saw dust all over it. I will dust it off before I ship it though. It will come in pieces to save you money on shipping but will be very easy to put back together. A very nice set up I have had it on my saw since new and was always used as a homeowner machine, the motor seized up and I bought a new saw and this part is worth more as parts than scrap. Delta Rockwell flared leg stand rubber feet pads bugle bolts
These feet came off a 1950's Homecraft 8" table saw stand when I put a caster set on it. They didn't want to come off/were rusted on and I had to drill out/grind off four of the screws as you can see from the pictures. Four screws survived whole. So you'll have to replace the other four from the hardware store. Rubber is a little dry and has a small piece or two missing and a crack here and there, but they are all what I'd call whole and intact and not ready to break in half by any means. They should work just fine, especially for something you'll never see. Please ask any questions before you bid. Thanks. P.S. Yes. The price did go down.
