An additional embellishment would be the three White Porcelain Knobs which move smoothly. Favorite Salesman Sample or Toy Cast Iron Stove It is a wonderful little cast iron stove. This is a detailed COPY made a few years ago of an antique salesman sample or Toy. It is very decorative and has lots of detail. It has a lid lifter with it. The front of the stove has a large door that opens and has the word FAVORITE on it. There is a large oven rack inside this door. There are two small working doors on the front and there is a small grate that fits in the fire box. It could probably fired up. All six burners, and water reservoir has lid also. There is a decorative shelf above the stovetop. The measurements are as follows, 17 ½” across, 27 ½” high(including chimney) and 10 ½” deep. Please take the time to get a tape measure so you can get an idea of the actual size. It is not a tiny little stove that you can pick up ... morewith one hand nor as big as it looks in some of the pictures. The Favorite Stove Company Antique Base Burner Parlor Stove The Big One
This is the largest model of the base burner that the Favorite Stove Company made(the 16 inch"fire pot" It stands about 6 feet tall when setting on it's base. I have the cast iron 6 inch elbow that goes on the back of it also that goes with it and also a nice curved form nickel lid lifter for the hot plate on the back of this parlor stove. Due to it's weight. It is not very easy to move it around to get more pictures but I used to use this stove to burn wood although it was originally made to burn coal of course. All of the 48 mica windows are intact on both sides and the front. I bought this old parlor stove in 1969 and have owned it since then. Dollys Favorite Stovepipe Here is a Stovepipe.that has come from a Dollys Favorite.small.child's sized stove. I believe that both of these came together.if I remember correctly. This stove has the split stovepipe.configuration. The short.bottom portion.looks a little more solid.and looks like it may have been re-done at one time or another. The red.upper.looks more original. It has rust.but I think it is still a very good piece. The two fit together very well at about 19 1/2 inches tall. The bottom is about 8 inches tall.while the top is about 12 inches in length. Very cool piece from the Favorite foundry in Piqua. Ohio. Would be a great display piece for the stove or cast iron cookware collector. I've never seen a piece like this, I'm guessing it is a stove part, but displays very good as is. Would look great with some skillets and other cast iron cookware. This is a REALLY hard catalog to find. These hard bound store catalogs like this just don't come up very often. The guy I'm selling it for really isn't sure he wants to part with it. So this is how he wanted me to list it. It's really in excellent shape with very few problems for as old as it is. It's about 115 pages long and is about 8" by 11" closed. I HAVE THIS TOP FINIAL may of been nickled at one time but it is a heavy cast with screw bottom it about 3 1/2 inch high with embossed on both sides WE GUARANTEE FAVORITE STOVES RANGES BEST IN THE WORLD.I think this could be used on the top of a lamp also if you would like.

This is a beautiful 1915 to 1920 stove made in Ohio. PLEASE NOTE. I BROKE A LEG OFF WHILE MOVING FROM MY STORE. I have only used it as store display. Have plexi glass cover for burner. Leg can be braised and repaired. Stove is very clean. It was used as store display when I bought it. NICE STOVE.
