This auction is for a Vintage Percolator Copper Brass Platter Tea Set By Universal and American Electrical Heater Co. I have no idea of its age. However it is very heavy which leads me to think its rather old. As you can see by the pictures it does have some signs of age with tarnish appearing in various spots. The nozzle on the percolator has broken off on the inside and will need to be reattached by either glue or welding. I did clean it prior to listening but a good cleaner for metals like Bar Keepers Friend would really sharpen it up. It consist of the electric percolator. The power cable, tea bag holder, the creamer, the sugar bowl, and the tray/platter. Please note that on the undersides of the creamer and sugar bowl it says Universal. Description: antique vintage metal clothes iron No. 7-L from the American Electrical Heater company. The iron is somewhat small and very heavy. It was made in Detroit. Michigan. There is no cord included. Just the iron itself. Measurement: about 6 inches long. About 4 inches wide and 5 inches tall. Contents: metal clothes iron No. 7-L from the American Electrical Heater company. Condition: the iron is still in good physical condition for its age. But it has some surface rusting, scratches and other wear, especially around the sides and bottom. I have no ideal if the iron still works or not. I am selling it more for its vintageness.
