Vintage Home Comfort Wood/Coal Cookstove
This stove has been lovingly kept. The enamel is in great shape. The firebox is in perfect condition- no missing or broken tiles and the grate is wonderful. The cast iron top is rough and pitted(not lovely, but very functional and has all the pieces) It is a great appliance, conversation piece, heat source and it cooks and bakes like a champ! It has a large hot water reservoir that is in great shape, no leaks or functional defects. I have owned this particular stove for about seven years and have used it every fall/winter. I am a connoisseur of vintage cook stoves, and this one is remarkable!

Momarch Wood/Coal cookstove
This was a wedding present to us 40 years ago. It is in perfect working order. The only issues are age related. One of the firebox vertical baffles is coal scalded but works fine. These are individually replaceable) but also could be furnace cemented to protect surrounding surfaces. The water reservoir is showing rust on the lid but I believe the reservoir itself is copper. It holds water. This is the model that is plumbed with water jackets in the firebox to heat water. Generally. A small diameter by five foot galvanized tank would be mounted on the chimney behind or to the side of the stove. As the stove heated the water it would thermosiphon into the tank which was mounted high enough to ensure gravity flow to the kitchen sink. Stove has always been protected and shows no rust except where noted. The last two pictures show what it looks ... morelike with a coat of stove black applied. Usually, this is done yearly for cosmetic looks. As with most stoves of this vintage there is some crazing on some of the burner plates. Ash box is excellent and both the grate and burner handles are original as is the poker. What is missing is the stand which is an easy fabrication using 3 or 4" T-metal. You should allow 16 square feet of footprint minimally. Stove weighs in around 250-300 lbs. Since the oven is surrounded by airspace, it is essentially a convection oven. When you learn how to bake in this stove you will make the best pies you've ever tasted. I list this for local p.u. but could deliver within a 200 mile radius of McCall, ID. for a to be determined cost.

Glowmaid Wood/ Coal Burning Cookstove by Globe American Corp. Kokomo, IN. USA
Glowmaid Wood/ Coal Burning Cookstove by Globe American Corp. Kokomo. IN. Style Number 6-710, Serial Number: RI 31812. I believe this company was later sold to Maytag Corp. Newton, IA. This is a really nice and clean piece. However L. rear leg is broke off at mounting hole. Cracks on cast iron top above fire box, and R. cast iron support broke on warming shelf. I do not know what is missing in back for the chimney. I believe this stove could be restored and made usable again. Otherwise, this item is a wonderful decorator piece. Please look at pictures closely! I have more pictures by request! Thank you for looking!

State Crawford wood/coal cookstove
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 State Crawford wood/coal cookstove made by the Walker& Pratt Mfg. Co. Boston Ma. In the early 1900′ s. It is a midsize stove well built and attractive. I have been using this stove for the last 7 years in my house(I got a new cookstove) Minor problems with stove. Small piece missing near stove pipe collar, small crack on stove top(top left near joint, small piece missing on side near damper, some crackling on the enamel on the back board. will not effect use(I have filled these places with furnace cement and had no problems)Oven thermometer works, but is missing glass. Not all original parts, I had to have some parts made that were missing, ash pan door and oven rack. Needs a good cleaning and stove blacking, new firebrick and ready to go. I have moved stove outside, ... moreI have taken it apart because of weight, just enough to move it.

1903 Favorite Stove Catalog Store Copy hardback NICE Wood Coal Cookstove Antique
This is a REALLY hard catalog to find. These hard bound store catalogs like this just don't come up very often. The guy I'm selling it for really isn't sure he wants to part with it. So this is how he wanted me to list it. It's really in excellent shape with very few problems for as old as it is. It's about 115 pages long and is about 8" by 11" closed. The paper is nice and has a nice weight to it. It's a very nice, well kept book. Anyway, I've posted all the pictures I can of it and if you have any questions, do feel free to ask. Thanks now.

SMALL OLD STEEL WOOD OR COAL COOKSTOVE COOK STOVE
Nice antique old cook stove for wood or coal with lid that lifts up with a grid for cooking if you like. There is a vent for air in the end and a place to put a chimney on. It measures 14 long" x 12" tall x 10" wide at the steel legs. This old stove has no name and looks rusty but the metal is very solid steel and it weighs about 10 pounds with a sturdy steel handle to carry it. A great primitive item to be sure. Actual shipping U.S.P.S. and serious USA bidders only with at least 15"real" positives. Good luck bidding. ag6 2.RcmdId ViewItemDescV4,RlogId p4%60bo7%60jtb9%3Fuk.rp73%28c%3Eag6%3E2-14afed993ce-0x10d-
