Seems to be missing the decorative top and some decorative skirting around the belly that I have seen in other pictures. Other that that it is rock solid with no rust.

An antique parlor heat stove by PENINSULAR STOVE CO of Detroit. Chicago and Buffalo, model 211. This stove is in need of restoration or for parts. This is a pretty stove with both Victorian and Art Nouveau design elements. As it stands it is 40" tall to the top of the brass finial and measures 16 1/2" across and 14" 1/4 deep at the bottom. Across the front of the bottom it is cast WORLD'S LEADER, and a large initial"K" is cast underneath the opening for the flue. The stove is missing the base. It would have been 14 1/4 X 16 1/2. The mica or isinglass panes in the door and on both sides of the stove show some damage and loss. There is a little loss to the iron at the top of the left and right sides where the cap sits on it. The domed cap is cracked, the round plate on top is cracked in two. we have one of the foot ... morewarmer rest, missing the other. There are 2 pieces of a teracotta type material in the bottom and another is like stovepipe the bottom has some breaking through places.The brass finial sits a little cocked.and most likely is missing its scroles. Up for sale is a great fresh find from an old Estate. This is a" COX WHITEMAN CO. Philadelphia. PA. Circa 1866. Antique cast iron parlor wood stove. The fire box measures 21 inches L x 16 inches H. x 9 inches W, this is just the inside of the fire box, the chimney exchaust is 5 inches in Dia. Everything is in working condition ready to go. The legs are missing but I still might find them in the building. It could be set on four bricks until something is found or made. The orginal legs slide on just like the old claw foot bathtubs are made. Like a wedge. Even a piece of hard wood would work. These bring good money as collectible stoves even without the feet. Antique EVENING STAR PARLOR STOVE re-plated This is a great old antique parlor stove. It is a petite size measuring only 28 inches tall and about 24 inches across at it's widest point. I have nickle plated several of the front pieces and legs. Marked on the front EVENING STAR 1888. This is a 3 legged stove. Seems to be complete. There are 2 faces, one on each side not sure what they would be, but remind me a lot of my mother-in-law. Antique Parlor Stove Gas Wood Coal Nickel Trim
Antique cast iron parlor stove that apparently burned coal. Wood or ran on gas. The gas burner is gone from the inside, leaving the vent and gas pipe bracket on the right side. The interior is all there including the coal grate and ash tray. They must have used it for burning coal at one time. No rust through on outside sheet metal. The nickel plated trim is still very nice but there is a weld repair on the front foot rest rail. You can see this in one of the photos. It is a nice smooth repair but it did take the nickel off at that spot. Have never used one of these and don't know much about them. The dimensions are approx: 37" tall by 20" wide by 18" deep. The name on the front is COLGAS UNIVERSAL No. 316. The ornamental top swings away to reveal a small lift off lid to put a pot on. Probably made a bout 1900- 1920. Great old Parlor Stove Finial with a very nice Eagle standing perched with wings spread wide. This old piece measures 9 1/2" tall and 6" across at the base. Constructed of two pressed brass or copper( metal domes with ornate open work centers on a domed base. The eagle is a cast iron. Very detailed 2 1/8" tall piece with a 3 1/4" wide wing span. Antique Parlor Stove Manufactured in Quincy Illinois
For Auction(Local pick up only. I will not ship as this is a cast iron antique and I do not want to risk damage) is an"Oakland National" Excelsior stove and mfg. co. of Quincy, Illinois No#202. This parlor stove dates to late 1800's or early 1900's. It stands over 5' tall. And weighs around 275 lbs, as best I can guess) The pictures speak for themselves. Good looking stove with some issues. I would call this item a"tweener" It looks great as is, but could be restored which would increase it's value. I like"tweeners" because not everyone wants to spend $2500.00 to decorate a house. And with this piece, the nickle plate is the nickel plate from when the store was made. So, it has some rust? It's 100 years old! Now. The issues: In the pictures you can see one side panel where the nickel plated ... moreapron would attach is broken. The piece of cast is gone. The apron will no longer attach to that side. One piece of apron is gone. The glass on the stove door is gone. And someone put a piece of plastic in it's place, and spray painted it black. Other parts of the stove have been spray painted. But in this case they actually did a decent job. I mentioned rust and it is apparent in all the photos. The stove door has had a hinge pin replaced. This turned out well, I don't think it is an issue. The nickel plated apron which has the stove's information has a crack of about 1" in the center top. This is an old stove and it has not been restored. It is a"tweener" Let the pictures speak for themselves. The stove is located in Chillicothe. Illinois. Again, it is sold as local pick-up only. This is a cast iron gas burning parlor stove called Gem Garland NO.16D. It has the original gas valve system restored to beautiful working condition. The stove has 26 all new mica windows in the door for viewing the fire. It also has all new nickle on the ornate parts. A very unusual glass/crystal gem star was on the stove when I found it. Very beautiful aquamarine and pigeon blood colors that really shine when stove is lit and burning. It will also come with antique briquettes. It measures 41" high 22" wide and 14" deep. The Favorite Stove Company Antique Base Burner Parlor Stove The Big One
This is the largest model of the base burner that the Favorite Stove Company made(the 16 inch"fire pot" It stands about 6 feet tall when setting on it's base. I have the cast iron 6 inch elbow that goes on the back of it also that goes with it and also a nice curved form nickel lid lifter for the hot plate on the back of this parlor stove. Due to it's weight. It is not very easy to move it around to get more pictures but I used to use this stove to burn wood although it was originally made to burn coal of course. All of the 48 mica windows are intact on both sides and the front. I bought this old parlor stove in 1969 and have owned it since then.
