Here we have a vintage 1940's Bunsen"Sports Heater" Made in Denver, Colorado. The unit has some lovely patina to it- clearly showing its age, but is still extremely solid. Antique (1902 -1912) Perfection #130C Smokeless Oil or Kerosene Heater
Antique Perfection Smokeless Oil- Kerosene Heater Antique Perfection Smokeless Oil Heater. I rubbed off enough of the"patina" to determine this heater has 1900 and 1902 patent dates. There is also a"7 12" stamped in the top of the wick cap(see 2nd to last photo) That may indicate a production date. I think the later models came out in 1913. It still has a good Perfection wick. This kerosene heater measures approximately 24 1/2" tall, 12 1/2" side to side, and 12 1/2" front to back. This old heater appears complete except for the sight glass and would make a great restoration project if you want it to look like new. Or you could leave it as is, as shown in photos, for a rustic addition to your decor.

Vitage 1920 Antique Barler Ideal Kerosene Heater (Blue enamel color) VERY RARE!!
You are bidding on a True Vintage Antique. This item up for bid is a 1920 Kerosene Ideal Heater made by The"Barler Manufacturing Company" out of Chicago Illinois U.S. of A. The color of this model is a very rare find as I've only seen this exact color once and I've seen a WHOLE lot of them. This particular one was bought from an Amish family in Pennsylvania Amish country. The actual size is about 25" tall and 13" wide and it is absolutely beautiful. This Barler heater is in a great condition for being 93 years old and coming up on it's 100th birtday(a bit of rust but not full on rust color at all) It is fully operational(still please have inspected if going to use Ideal heater for every day use) and fully unrestored(being original state and looking great is rare) The nickel plating chrome still shines nicely(see ... morereflections in pictures) as does the powder baby blue(or North Carolina blue) enamelware paint. If you look at the provided pictures you will also see the gold of the kerosene tank looks awesome condition with hardley any rust and the craftmanship in the design of the tank knobs and features are timeless early 1900's style. The cast iron top grill design is beautiful and has kept it's color(not rust in picture it is really a black goldish tone) and also has a beautiful 1900's style. The unbelievably best thing about the condition is. the glass of the mica window.is UNBROKEN. Is in ONE PIECE, IN TACT and has NO CRACKS! The only flaws of condition is a 2 1/2" wide 1/4" deep slight dent in the front of heater just between the mica window and cast iron top(this is easily pulled out and fixable as it is really not deep at all) The other condition flaws are the 3 spots of missing paint(2 spots are 1" and 1 is 1/2" but really takes nothing away from the vintage look(I've clearly shown in pictures) Other than that see pictures for any light rust and judge yourself. Kerosene Flat Iron Sad Stove Heater Union 1880 2 Burners Cast Iron Antique
This auction is for a cast iron kerosene sad iron heater. It has 2 burners. On the front it says. Union. On the top of the fuel tank it says, Gardner, Mass, USA& C.O. G. S. Co. In front middle of the burners it says 2-CR and on the left it says 20 and on the right it says UL. Then on top of the burner in the front. It says 19-Ul(I think) These types of stoves were available starting in the 1880s. One advantage was you didn’t have to heat your big stove and heat up the whole house. When you iron with a sad iron you use a hot one while another is heating up. The front of each unit has a mica window to see the flame. They slide sideways. There are wicks in the burners although they do not turn. I assume they need cleaning with penetrating oil because they haven’t been used in a long time. Puritan Sad Iron Single Burner Heater Here's an 1890's Puritan single burner sad iron(flat iron) heater with a very heavy base. These burners were used to heat the sad or flat iron to press the family laundry prior to the introduction of electricity. These irons had patent dates ranging between 1865 to 1901. There's a cork stopper where you'd put the kerosene in. The Puritan label on the base is in very good condition for the age of this piece. There are a few breaks in the mica front but it is present and intact. Top portion is quite rusty; the bottom portion. Painted black, is wearing quite well. It has great eye appeal but is past its usefulness as a heater. Its a great robin egg blue color with all this great rust. So unique. I love it but hope you will love it more. DESCRIPTION: This auction is for an Antique Summer Girl Cast Iron Kerosene/Oil Burning Sad Iron Heater. It has also been described elsewhere as a railroad camp cook stove. In reality. These heaters were used to keep the sad irons hot enough to press the family's clothing. The wide wick generated heat to the entire bottom of the iron, thus heating it quickly. The total unit is 9" tall; the base reservoir is by 6" wide by 4" deep. The oil reservoir is entirely cast iron which was painted black. There is a brass knob on the side of the base for adjusting the height of the wick. It works smoothly and easily. The wick is still there. The chimney is metal with a cast iron burner on top. It is attached to the reservoir base by hinges on the front side; and it can be removed completely. The reservoir base is marked in raised letters ... morein the casting: No 1 SUMMER GIRL on the top of the hinged side of the reservoir; on the other side's top: PATD. DEC. 26, 1893.
