An antique parlor heat stove by PENINSULAR STOVE CO of Detroit. Chicago and Buffalo, model 211. This stove is in need of restoration or for parts. This is a pretty stove with both Victorian and Art Nouveau design elements. As it stands it is 40" tall to the top of the brass finial and measures 16 1/2" across and 14" 1/4 deep at the bottom. Across the front of the bottom it is cast WORLD'S LEADER, and a large initial"K" is cast underneath the opening for the flue. The stove is missing the base. It would have been 14 1/4 X 16 1/2. The mica or isinglass panes in the door and on both sides of the stove show some damage and loss. There is a little loss to the iron at the top of the left and right sides where the cap sits on it. The domed cap is cracked, the round plate on top is cracked in two. we have one of the foot ... morewarmer rest, missing the other. This is a Tropical#015 smokeless oil heater. We purchased it on a trip to the Amish country in Lancaster Penn. The murial of a farm scene was hand painted by an Amish artist. This heater has been on display in our home as a decorative piece and although is intact to be used as a heater we never have. It is 2ft high and 21/2 ft around. Antique Decorative Cast Iron Wood Pot Belly Stove Swing Dome Top Cap Finial
This is a finial top to an antique cast iron wood stove. It has a rustic patina. There are no cracks in the cast iron. The actual finial has rust but no cracks. The hook to swing it on the stove is still intact if it is to be used for that purpose but it can also be used for several other decorative ideas. There is a stamp/name underneath. But with the rust and natural wear it is difficult to make out as you can see in the pictures above. HEARTH MATE Antique Wood Stove Great Decorative Door
Unusual Door to old wood stove. Great art piece. It is roughly 15 inches wide by 10 and 1/2 inches tall. Look closely at the picture and please note it is not an exact rectangle in that being a door there is a jog on one side that would have had it sit nicely into the opening on the stove. Everything is in tact. No chips or problems. I restored the piece myself. In the picture you see on ebay I have it sitting on a black metal table. It is centered on that table possibly making it appear to be larger and framed. It weighs approximately 18 lbs. It also is not flat has about 2 to 3 inches in thickness which is taking into account that this was a door wanting to achieve a tight fit. ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED. Selling this little 1850s parlor stove today. The stove is solid. Sturdy and completely functional. Its small, around 30" It has been totally dis assembled cleaned, finished with high heat barbeque paint, given new fastening hardware and ready to burn or use as a decorative piece. Water bowl touched up with appliance epoxy paint. I have never seen a more ornate stove that this one. The condition is also remarkable. It can be shipped in pieces, picked up here or possibly busses by Greyhound.

Antique Cast Iron Decorative Cottage Home Wood Coal Stove French Country Decor
This is a beautiful old stove that is actually called Cottage Home. It is made by Southard Robertson& Co. in Peekskill. NY. It is able to be shipped since it falls within the UPS and Fed Ex Ground limits. It probably weighs about 30 lbs. It is absolutely beautiful and functional in the way that I have been using it. The last pic is a heater that I purchased at my local electrical supply store. It is a perfect fit once I place one brick for it to be vented in the perfect spot. I say perfect because you not only get the best venting but you barely see it. You have to be searching for it. It is lighter than other models of this vintage because the back of it has always had a piece of curved sheet metal. The stove pipe actually is made to go out that way. The original piece is still on it. I wouldn't want to make a fire in it indoors ... morebut one could use this instead of a chiminea outside. It is a gorgeous piece that will fit right in with Country French or Shabby Cottage. I bought it like I do for most things, to use in a photo shoot as part of a set design. It has a very ornate finial which I actually don't use. I have for the most part left that off or sometimes have replaced it with a small lamp finial. This auction is for the stove only. However, if one wants the heater to go with it I will sell it for what I paid for it. You can actually get one cheaper than mine at Bed Bath and Beyond or even on Amazon. I paid extra to have a metal one instead of plastic. The heater warms up the stove as well generating a very comfortable heat source. The electrical cord is not visible as I run it out where the stove pipe would go. I prefer local pick up because it will be costly to ship as it will require a good size box but I will offer that if someone is interested.
