An additional embellishment would be the three White Porcelain Knobs which move smoothly. This Stove also comes with it's original corrugated metal Hose Connector& can be used with gas or propane by changing out the Brass Orifice at the end of the Black Tube in front of the White Knobs. Mostly cast iron with a tin chimney that has a nice ... morenickel-plated cast iron frame for the mica window. This frame is embossed"The Brightest And Best" I see no other marker's mark. I took the first set of photos outside in natural light and frigid temperatures(6 degrees) When I came inside I realized 30 seconds with super fine steel wool would clean the nickel plating easily. So the photos taken inside are what it looks like now. With just a little cleaning. I leave the decision of whether or not to continue cleaning to the new owner. Much of the original black paint remains on the cast iron pieces. There is surface rust where it is missing. I see no sign that the tin chimney was ever painted. The mica window is badly cracked as shown. I plan to put a cloth inside for shipping. With bubble wrap around the pieces. Wick turner moves as it should and the wick extends well into the bottom of the tank. Tank is clean inside. I see no cracks or chips so I see no reason why this wouldn't work with some kerosene. I believe the fuel cap to be original- neither it or the filler neck is threaded. Please enlarge my photos for a close look. Ask any questions before bidding. Depending on where you live, I can often ship via faster priority mail for the same cost. I do this whenever possible.

An antique parlor heat stove by PENINSULAR STOVE CO of Detroit. Chicago and Buffalo, model 211. This stove is in need of restoration or for parts. This is a pretty stove with both Victorian and Art Nouveau design elements. As it stands it is 40" tall to the top of the brass finial and measures 16 1/2" across and 14" 1/4 deep at the bottom. Across the front of the bottom it is cast WORLD'S LEADER, and a large initial"K" is cast underneath the opening for the flue. The stove is missing the base. It would have been 14 1/4 X 16 1/2. The mica or isinglass panes in the door and on both sides of the stove show some damage and loss. There is a little loss to the iron at the top of the left and right sides where the cap sits on it. The domed cap is cracked, the round plate on top is cracked in two. we have one of the foot ... morewarmer rest, missing the other. There are 2 pieces of a teracotta type material in the bottom and another is like stovepipe the bottom has some breaking through places.The brass finial sits a little cocked.and most likely is missing its scroles. Great lot here. I have no idea how old they are or what they fit. Maybe a how comfort but in no way do I guarantee that.SOme of them have several chips around the rim. They have a lot of tarnishing surface rust and some pitting. the spacer that goes in between two eyes is a little bowed and has a crack. They need a good cleaning. The larger eyes measure approx 7 15/16 and the one with holes and writing measures 6 3/4. Even with the condition these are hard to find and im starting them at a very reasonable price. A group of three antique cast iron stove parts. I am unsure of the exact function of each. They could be lid lifters. Grate shakers, or something else, but they are all stove related. The first piece measures about 8-1/4" long and is marked"140" on the top of the handle. There are some casting marks on the underside of the handle as well. But they are difficult to read. The second piece m easures about 8" long. Has a casting mark on the underside of"B63" and is nickel plated. The third piece m easures about 11-1/2" long and has no casting marks or other identifiers. And is also nickel plated. The parts are used. But in good condition. The plated items do show some plating wear and minor rusting. The pictures show the condition of the items. Antique or vintage cast iron with enamel front plate Radio stove door Harwick ??
Up for bid is an antique or vintage cast iron with a white enamel plated front plate stove door. It is marked Radio. In my research. The only Radio stove I could find was made bt Harwick. It looks like the door was chrome plated. Most of the chrome plating is gone, just a little left on some of the edges. The latch is broke/missing. There are spots, stains and a chip in the enamel finish on the front plate. I pack my postcards between 2 pieces of cardboard. Then in an envelope with a tracking number, which results in a higher price than just sticking it in an envelope. This item/items as most of the things I sell. This bid is for a great antique Windsor No.25 stove top water heater. Made of cast iron with a copper coil inside. This was made to sit on top of a wood stove or other heat source to heat the water that would be in the tank usually close by. As the heat would rise it would heat the water in the coil and make it circulate though the tank. There is one small chip on the back side of the cap rim. Lid lifters 1 Aluminum 1 Andes 1 twisted wire handle marked S1 1 large one with grated handle. 3 burner grates 2 are a matching pair with arrow design 1 single on. Took close up in the pictures. Set of 3 nesting/ progressive burner covers. These 3 burner lid/ cover fit perfectly one inside of another. They are marked GC 141. 142& 143 Set of 3 matching burner covers/ lids. Here is an old cast iron M&B(marked on knob) 20 Kerosene Sad Iron Stove. It is in good condition and is complete with both wicks. The tank is clean and dry.
