Old Vintage Hard to Find Milcor Outdoor Stove for camping. Hiking, skiing and anywhere a stove for baking outdoors is needed. My family used it for 20-30 years and my Mom baked up some wonderful treats with this stove and we all know that they taste so much better in the outdoors; just a outdoor fire and a place to set the stove on and you're there. It's also very lightweight, no heavy cast iron, pick it up easily with one hand and that makes it so much easier to bring along for your outdoor trips. It needs some cleaning, but everything is there; a no burned hand open& close handle and a heat indicator(photo#3) right on the front door. Rare Antique Camping Cook Stove Cast Iron Burner Figural Industrial
I'm sure there was more to this originally. It is approximately 10.5"x10.5" and 5" tall. No breaks or repairs in the cast-iron. It weighs a bit over 5 pounds. It would make a nice decorative piece for an imaginative person. It has a nice figural industrial. Steam punk look. Kind of victorian. I have not found any markings on it that identify its manufacturer. If you recognize this please tell me what it is exactly. i assume it was for camping or cooking use of some sort. more pictures below description* RARE DUNLAP MELTING FURNACE/STOVE I believe this may have been patented in 1900 but may be from the 1920's or 1930's; not exactly sure. Alcohol. Gasoline, white gas or maybe kerosene- not sure the fuel it used. It was full of fuel when I bought it and it smelled like gas. I assume it was in working condition since it had so much fuel in it, but I dumped the fuel and did not test it(I don't know enough to possibly blow up) It has some rope like material inside but could not get a picture of it. The inside looks silver or like plain metal-very hard to get a picture of but see below as I did get a little to show. Now that its dry inside, there are some tiny pieces of rust rattling around inside. Outside has lots of rust but I believe most is surface rust and the fuel drum seems very solid. Sticker ... moreis still readable but very bad. I beleive it says"Dunlap Approved Tools" Not sure if it's missing any parts. Comes with two pots and a pan or guard that goes around the top.
