HUNDREDS of pieces of wood printing press furniture spacers type NICE PATINA++
Here I have a huge lot of original(1920s era I'm guessing) printing press furniture/spacers. They are all thin and vary in lengths from a couple inches to probably 10 inches. They are almost all about 5/8" wide and 1/8" thick but they do vary. HUNDREDS of pieces. I would guess around 350 but I have not counted them all. They almost completely fill a large flatrate priority box. As is no returns. Great. Beautiful rich patina on these. They are clean and ready to go! Good luck!

Description: Up for your consideration we have this wonderful old antique stand with printing press letters. I don't know if it is a complete set but there are loads of letters and some numbers with some letters being upper case and others being lower. There are a couple of fancy letters too that I noticed. This was used circa 1910 to print smaller newspapers. Pamphlets, and weeklies according to the Granddaughter of the original owner and came out of one of the southern states I think she said. It has the color of copper and some oxidation so that is why I am leaning that way. It is a butter knife. In fair vintage condition. It is 12.5" by 9" The squares are over 2" by 1.5" they are all the same Almond Joy symbol. There are 2 spots on it that the plate is spreading apart from the wood frame- please see the photo of it. It's hard to see the spread when looking at it straight on. Antique copper cut for letter press printing of picture, mounted on wood.
Antique for printing picture with old style printing press; copper mounted on wood. It probably dates from the early 1900s. Possibly earlier. It was used in printing with a printing press the old way by rollers putting ink on the cut and the printing press pressing it against paper. Picture shows scene of field with flowers. Fence, buildings in distance, and person standing in field. Extremely detailed, possibly produced by etching. Measurements: type-high(or 7/8 inch) copper = 3.25 inches x 15/16 inch. Much used but fully functional. No functional defects. In accompanying photo. Top shows copper cut, bottom shows actual printing with green ink(coarse paper reduced quality of print; would be better on smooth paper) It was used competently and so still delivers a sharp picture. Vintage Cast Iron Steel and Wood Adjustable Book Binding Printing Press
We have here a Vintage Cast Iron. Steel and Wood Adjustable Book Binding Press. The arms are steel. The base and screw portion is cast iron and the plates/blocks are wood. This was used for glue. There is old hardened residue on the wood blocks. It measures 23 3/4" to top of arms. 18" wide at adjustable height arm. 15" wide base. Wood block/plates are 12 1/2" by 7" It works smoothly. All screws turn and adjustable arms work. Blocks need a cleaning as they have glue residue. There is overall wear do to use.
