It comes with the wood box. Two slate pieces inside, a roller and some ink in a tube. The roller seems to be dried out significantly and the ink is definitely no longer able to be used. It is over 100 years old, after all! The box has a split on the bottom from age but is still in sound and solid condition. Enjoy!

OLD ANTIQUE A.B. DICK ROTARY MIMEOGRAPH MODEL 90 DUPLICATOR PRINTER COPY MACHINE
This auction is for an all original A.B. Dick Company Chicago Mimeograph Duplicator Made in USA. Patent no. 91523. Other patents pending Registered United States Patent Office. 11100. I am not sure what this number means. It also includes a number of other items that can be seen in the pictures. One of these items is a Speed-o-Print Corporation Chicago Illinois filing cabinet. Most of the deal that says this is still intact with a picture of a red Pegasus. The old cabinet does have metal clips to hold files as well as some old newspaper print sheets on the inside. Also the directions are included on how to use it with one sheet being torn up a bit. Two booklets with different impressions and ideas on how to use the item are also included. One of the booklets has impressions from 1949 to 1960. The bottom of the pages say for example Impressions ... moreNovember 1949 Master Products Co. Chicago 6. Illinois. The other book has similar impressions and a section on how best to use the mimeograph in different ways. Also included are about 100 A.B. Dick Mimeograph Slip Sheets. They seem to be made out of cardboard and are next to the picture of the Speed-o-Print Corp. filing cabinet on the ground. The auction includes all the items that can be seen in the pictures. There are additional pictures below of the parts set up next to the mimeograph on the metal table/stand. From my research this seems to be from the late 1930's or possibly early to middle 1940's. This model seems to have been used during World War II. The patent dates back to the late 1800's. The whole item stands about 44 inches tall from the bottom to the tallest point. The mimeograph can be picked up and placed back on the metal table it is on. It is not attached to it. Apparently the table is also part of the original set. This item is being sold as I found it for parts and/or restoration. I am unsure if all the parts are included from the original set. ESTATE SALE FIND Late 1920’s early 1930’s EDISON-DICK MIMEOGRAPH MACHINE#72. The drum turns and it appears to be restorable. The brass plate shows several patent dates with the last being 10/9/28 and the serial number is 19288 followed by a star. The date code the supplies label is 04/31. I’ve been unable to find much info on the model#72. This is heavy(16 ½ lbs without packing) and is 8” X 14” without handle) X 8” I know nothing about these other than the basic’s so please look and ask questions. Thanks for looking and good luck. This listing is for an ANTIQUE MIMEOGRAPH MACHINE- a ROTARY NEOSTYLE NO. 8-F. It was manufactured by Neostyle Sales Agency. New York, USA, a branch of A.B. Dick Company in approximately 1909. The mimeograph machine is housed in its original metal cover. Which has two latches on each side-all four latches work. The outside metal cover has some rust on it and some of the paint is missing on the words"Rotary Neostyle" although you can make out the words if you look closely) but the"No. 8-F" is clearly visible. There are a couple of dents in the top of the cover, but it does not effect the machine. The mimeograph measures 15" by 15.5" on the base and is approximately 16" tall. We are not experts on this machine. But it appears that all the parts are here. The drum turns easily, the handles have the wooden knobs, ... morethe roller is in place for the drum, and the paper tray is included. The machine has an old stencil still attached to the drum, but the stencil is torn. WE HAVE NOT ATTEMPTED TO PRINT ANYTHING. WE REALIZE THAT THIS IS AN ANTIQUE AND SHOULD BE USED BY SOMEONE WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH ANTIQUE MIMEOGRAPHS. From the research we have done. The Neostyle Rotary No. 8-F was designed to print stenciled images or text when placed on the cylinder which is turned by hand and prints on the sheets of paper fed from the bottom. The cylinder has holes much like a strainer and there is a pad tightly clipped to the outside of the cylinder. Then whatever stencil one is using should be clipped on top of that. There is an ink container which is made to ink a brush inside the cylinder. The Rotary Neostyle No. 8F is truly a classic! We hope someone will purchase it who can appreciate its history. Antique A.B. Dick Mimeograph Machine - Model No. 75 - Pat. 1904, 1908
Offered is this neat machine of the past. It is an A.B. Dick Mimeograph machine. Made in Chicago. It is Model#75. Serial number 30425. It includes the machine, which is run via a hand crank and a wooden platform. The machine is comprised of cast iron, pressed steel, machined steel gears and a perforated brass backer screen. The wooden platform has a brass plaque that identifies the device providing patent information. The patent dates on the plaque include four dates from June 30, 1903 through February 2, 1904. On the steel bar that holds the mimeo master is another patent date of"June 30, 1908. This machine has a really neat device attached that counts the number of copies(revolutions) that the drum makes. Base is 12 1/4 inches by 10 inches. On the stand, the device extends to 10 inches tall. Seems to be in working order though it needs ... morea good cleaning. It is missing a wooden platform that hooks onto the wooden base here to feed the plain paper through the machine. There is some crazing on the rubber roller that feeds the paper through the device. It is also missing some pins or bolts that fasten the device to the wooden platform. Bid now to own this neat piece of printing history. There are a few steel parts that show a little surface rust. Very neat and ornate Mimeograph printing machine! Cool!
Submitted for your bidding is a very cool and very old Mimeograph. The mimeograph is in very good working? Condition. All the parts move and turn and I see lubricating oil over the majority of the parts! It is a No 78 Model B and the serial number is 74722 with a star at the end. It also says on the big wheel U.S patent dates from 1926 etc, and it has all different marks of patent dates from 1902 to 1916 on the side of the machine and other plaque markers. It also comes with the wood board piece that attaches to the front of the machine, and it also comes with a metal rod that I do not know where it fits on. It also sits on a very nice wood base I think cherry but im not sure. Up for sale is an antique A.B. Dick Edison rotary mimeograph machine. Model 76. Purchased from an elderly man whose wife used it to make church fliers until she passed away a few years ago. The unit has significant wear to wooden parts. And some corrosion to metal parts. Missing one round foot piece. Dirty/inky(needs to be cleaned) Cover is highly corroded. The gears to appear to work/turn. I was told it functioned recently but lack the equipment or know-how to test it. I suspect with some cleaning and attention it would restore rather well. 1904 Edison Rotary Mimeograph machine#75 made by A. B. Dick. It is in working condition and I don't see any damage. It operates smoothly. I tried it! No as a copy system but I turned the crank and it all worked smoothly. The drum is intact with its covering. All labels are still there and just a bit worn. See photos. The cover fits but shows some denting and needs adjustment to fit properly. Weighs 15 lbs not packaged Measures 15" by 10 1/2" by 13" tall. A. B. Dick Co. began to sell Edison Rotary Mimeograph systems in 1900. In 1909. A. B. Dick claimed that the Edison Rotary Mimeograph No. 75 could produce 2,000 perfect copies from a stencil at a rate of 45 to 50 copies a minute. For printing, the prepared stencil was attached to exterior of the perforated hollow metal drum. Measures about 16" x 14" x 14" Lid fits over it and fastens with little metal hooks. I do not recommend carrying it by the handle it is very heavy. Very Nice Antique A B Dick Neostyle No. 8-F Mimeograph Duplicating Machine 1909
This beauty has been in the family forever. It is a Rotary Neostyle Model No. 8- F mimeograph macihne. It was part of a collection of early office equipment passed down to me in the 1970's. Many of which we believe was used at the Burrough's Company Shipping Department when my grandfather was in charge of all product shipments. I am not sure if it is complete so we are selling it"as is" As shown. It is in excellent condition. It revolves freely. The cover is in unusually fine with bright gold stencilling. This auction is for an antique Edison-Dick Mimeograph machine. The A.B. Dick Co. was founded in 1884 in Chicago. Ill. by a young lumberman named Albert Blake Dick. Business at that time was still predominately done on a handwritten basis. There was no machine such as a Mimeograph, so it became necessary to invent one. How that came about is well documented and so is the fact that Thomas Alva Edison’s ideas were key in forming the world’s first duplicator. The“Edison-Dick Mimeograph” This simple machine created an industry. A.B. Dick Company began to sell Edison Rotary Mimeograph systems in 1900. In 1909. A.B. Antique Underwood Revolving Duplicator mimeograph Early Copying Machine
The rotary revolving duplicator came out just before the turn-of-the-century and made mutliple copying easier. Made by Underwood and is cast iron- 30+ lbs. The original paint with gold stencil is intact. The unit still looks functional and has a mechanical counter. The wood base measures 18" x 12 1/2" There are 2 metal rods included- purpose unknown. The tin cover has some paint loss and spots of surface rust. Enjoy!
