Up for purchase is a antique Baltimore printing press. No model number or additional info in casting. Small table top model measures approx. 15" long& 7" wide. May be missing parts so please check pics carefully. I believe there should be an ink roller assembly but it is not present. There are a pair of spring loaded rods with hooks that attach to something? The"L" shaped piece of cast needs a bolt to be reattached as seen. I don't see any broken or repaired cast iron. The piece that holds the paper is 8" x 5 1/2" The press appears to this novice eye to be all original and in working order. Rare Printing Press Cast Iron Cutter, Tool, Golding and Co Boston, Pat. 1878
This is an antique very early Cast Iron Cutter by Golding and Co Boston. The patent date is August 1878. The machine was obtained from the sale of an old printing press museum in Colorado. I don't know very much about this piece except that it was probably used as a cutter of some sort. The piece has a handle that raises and lowers with ease. This is a very unusual and rare piece. While researching i couldn't find another one for sale. Please see all photos for detailed condition. The cutter measures 11" tall. When the handle is raised. It measures 9" wide.

Antique Cast Iron Small Tabletop Printing Press Original Paint FREE SHIPPING
Here's a Nice Antique Tabletop Cast Iron Printing Press. The unit weighs about 13 pounds and measures approximately 15" long and 9 and 1/4" tall. It's in Very Good Condition for the age and use; I do believe it retains most of the original thick enamel finish. With gold embellishments on each side. It's dirty, there are losses and chipping to the paint, surface rust, paint drips and other normal wear- look at the pictures and see that it displays very well despite all that I mentioned. I do not see a manufacturer's name anywhere on the press. I don't know anything about this type of machine, but there is nothing obviously missing or broken- however, if you're unsure on something please make sure to ask questions. When you move the handle, the roller moves and the circular plate rotates. It seems to work a ... morebit clumsily so I'm sure it would require a thorough lube job and possibly more to work properly. Antique cast iron Tabletop Letterpress Printing Press pin striping flower design
I have other antiques listed and more on the way. This is a RARE hard to find piece of printing history still in working condition but you would need a roller if you wanted to use it. It has great pinstriping and an awesome flower design there just aren't many of these left. The levers and moving parts move great as they should. It looks great as is but is a bit dirty it will clean up and look even better if you want to. This is small so you can display it anywhere making it great for a decoration in a home or office. It comes just as you see it so look at the pics. I am not a printing press expert but as you can see it is a great piece.

Here is an antique Baltimorean number 10 table top platen letterpress printing press. It's made of cast iron- very heavy at 15 lbs- and seems to be in very good condition. I don't know anything about printing presses. But it looks as if all the parts are there and in working order. The rubber roller is not dried out, but has a small dent in it& a replacement metal end. No rust other than on the underside of the base. Most of the gold painted trim is still good, the only worn off paint is on the handle. There is type inserted in it; various letters spelling out the words'name, address, phone' etc. apparently for printing out service cards. It measures approx. 15" long and 10" tall.There are manuals and parts for this press online; do a Google search. Still a useful item after 100 years or more. Or to add to a ... morecollection. Dorman Company out of Baltimore. stencil cutter. Becoming a supplier of rubber The company turned to making presses in the 1870’s. The Dorman hand lever presses were very popular and were copied by several other companies, but the only company that went by the name of Baltimorean, was the original Dorman press Baltimorean press# 4. It has the letter box with it. 8-1/2" tall 4" wide and 3" deep The box has name on it. Partially, and I can't make it out. 9-1/4 x 4-1/4 x 4-3/4" Ink is tattoo ink from Indianapolis. Antique cast iron Tabletop Letterpress Printing Press With Type letters Stamps
Here for your consideration is an old table top letter press. There is no markings on this. It weighs a little over 12 pounds and measures about 7x10" It comes with all that is pictured. There are three jars full of letter.And designs. There are a couple of stamps, and they are on the frame. There is a roller in bad shape, and some dried up ink pads, and another piece that I am not sure of. This is in rusty dusty condition, but pulls back and forth smoothly with no issues. Vintage Cast Iron Steel and Wood Adjustable Book Binding Printing Press
We have here a Vintage Cast Iron. Steel and Wood Adjustable Book Binding Press. The arms are steel. The base and screw portion is cast iron and the plates/blocks are wood. This was used for glue. There is old hardened residue on the wood blocks. It measures 23 3/4" to top of arms. 18" wide at adjustable height arm. 15" wide base. Wood block/plates are 12 1/2" by 7" It works smoothly. All screws turn and adjustable arms work. Blocks need a cleaning as they have glue residue. There is overall wear do to use. There is some paint loss and crazing to the finish. But it is still sturdy and parts move easily. NOTE: I'm not sure that it's a salesman sample- so please be aware that I am NOT selling it as such. BALTIMORE #5 PRINTING PRESS cast iron, original brayer, type case, wood box
We ship to the U.S. 48 only. Baltimore#5 rail printing press in original box with many accessories. Cast iron press is in excellent condition. No breaks or repair, has its type chase, most of its gold highlighting still intact. Top slide out two section tray contains a covered type case with some but not complete type. In the front section is a type tweezer, two wood containers, one is gold bronze the other is silver bronze. A third metal container may contain ink, not sure. A brush is included to apply the powder. A large round piece of finished wood is also there, I don't know the use. Also included is a original cast iron ink brayer, the roller is unuseable. The press box has a nice paper label on one side, dovetail corners, box shows use, ageing and wear and is missing its top lid. Everything is in as found condition. Made out of CAST IRON with its original parts. Down to the rollers. Of course, they have had their share of wear and tear, but they are original. Small antique cast iron printing press molded S W Lowe Patent July 29 1856. It measurers about 14" by 7" tall and 17" long. The printing bed is about 6" x 7" with a repair to the frame. Please see picture. Manufactured in Philadelphia. It came in several sizes and is considered the first small press of this type to be manufactured in the US. It was inexpensive enough to be used by printers for things like billheads. Invoices and business cards. Small and light weight so that it could be carried into encampments during the Civil War for dispatches and orders. The piece is in good working condition. The item that you are purchasing is an Antique Heavy Cast Iron Book Binding Press. With a very nice design to it, with a nice embossed letter"G" on the front, smooth up and down motion of the tool when turned, but the major detail is that it is broken off from the plate, this needs to be fixed and put back together to get back to original working order to be able to raise the plate. Some rusting on the underside and on the plate usual with age. Light Rusting in other areas as well as scratching and wear, usual wear and age for an antique cast iron piece! This is a great historical item! The dimensions of the plate are as follows, 31.25 cm across and 25 cm in depth from front to back. This is an excellent piece! It will be shipped through UPS! Cast Iron Toy- Salesman Sample Printing Press with Original Box Ink Blocks
Nice all original smaller size cast iron printing press with decal label"Fulton Press" I am not sure if this was a toy or a salesman sample. The base measures 4 1/2" by 6" The handle mechanism operates smoothly and there is no damage to any of the castings. There is a printing block mounted in it. The press has nice original two tone green and red enamel paint and is relatively clean. This vintage press comes with a spare printing block and ink block in the original box. I would guess this dates from either the 1920s or 1930s? These were both found together in a local estate put away long ago. Neat item. This item shipped to US buyers only.

This Antique Large Printing Press is in overall good condition. The gentleman I purchased this from told me his wife use to use this press about 50 years ago. I am not sure who the maker is but I believe it to be a Kesley. There is a Kesley print roller that came with the machine when I got it. This is a very heavy press and weighs over 100 pounds. The Lever works pushing the press toward the plate. I am not exactly sure how it is suppose to operate. It will be shipped VIA UPS Ground and will be well packed for shipping.
