Co" And is stamped"The Hamilton Mfg Co Two Rivers Wis" and"New Departure Patented" It has 89 compartments in the following sizes: 2 1.25 x 1.75 31 1.25 x 2 2 1.25 x 2.25 28 1.25 x 3 11 1.25 x 4 14 2.25 x 4 1 2.75 x 6.25 This is a piece of used commercial equipment and has scratches. Ink stains, and other signs of use. The original paper lining is mostly intact but has a few small pieces missing. Antique Oak drawer Hamilton Printing Cabinet. Made by the Hamilton Manufacturing Company. 133 total drawer spaces. 2 drawers are missing, but the drawer pulls for those drawers are included. In overall used condition, with signs of use and wear. Has been painted a bluish gray at some point over the years. Approximately 68"wide x 75" tall x 24" deep. Drawer dimensions are approximately 8.5"x3-3/8" Available for local pickup if you are in the Milwaukee area. Print type tray by HAMILTON all original with years of patina bottom/back all wood as is partitions. Handle is cast and has the name HAMILTON embossed. Tray is 31.75 x 16 inches net wt. 7lb. This tray is a nice wall hanging or makes a nice shadow box for minatures or other collectibles. The front frame is green but could be brought back to original varnish finish. This came out of a cabinet that held 23 drawers. and had been painted green. The shop was a small town newspaper/print shop and these type drawers were all the rage in days of hand set type and is approximately 60 years or older This is another tray from same lot only it has different configuration as shown of the spacing and sizes of the segments. ANTIQUE TYPESETTING TRAY HAMILTON QUARTER SIZE RULE CASE 3045 PRINTERS DRAWER
This is a really nice small typesetting tray. It is in excellent condition. The wood is sound with no water or insect damage. Nice circular imprint stamp on the back that says. The Hamilton Mfg. Co, Two Rivers, WI, Made in USA. Nice. Careful construction with dovetails. All of the markings on the piece are impressed into the wood and inked. Measures 15" wide x 7-3/8" tall x 1" thick, overall. I have not cleaned or oiled it– I thought that best for the new owner to choose how much patina stays. Weighs 1 lb 0.4 oz. Antique Vintage Industrial Age HAMILTON MFG CO. 50 Drawer Wood Block Printers Cabinet. These were designed to hold the wood printers block type sets as I was told. This one was a barn find outside Chicago. It was likely one of at least three like sets of cabinets because the number group on this cabinet is 51 to 100 with drawer 57 having been substituted for drawer 106 out of the next high group of numbers from the next higher cabinet. Being as such this cabinet would have likely been a a very large printing establishment in or around Chicago. There are dings. Scratches, and all other cosmetic issues but it is a 100 plus year old cabinet anyone looking at this listing proablely are not looking for smothing new. Most of the drawers open smoothly but there are a few that you have to pull a little harder. In the future I will pull the cabinet ... moreout to take better photos. The Diminsions are: Cabinet 21" Deep X 35 1/2" Wide X 84" Tall. Drawer Outside 1 3/4" Deep X 32" Long X 16 1/2" Back. Drawer Inside 1" Deep X 31" Long X 15 Back. The drawers are divided down the middle with 14 3/4" X 15" on each side of the divide in the drawer. When you walk into the room you notice this printers cabinet. This will be a"Local Pick-Up" only. wonderful antique printers cabinet.Hamilton. drawer pulls have Hamilton embossed.solid oak.soap stone top.one large drawer.the little slots actually turn around to the other side.I just put it in that way because I had it against a wall.its missing all the printer block drawers.but really makes a better island without them because you can sit a stool in front of it.it has about 2 inch soap stone on the top original.the oak is real dark color right now.could go lighter.if desired.great butcher block.measures.40 inches wide.x.32 inches deep x 38 inches height.ask any questions needed.thanks.rose.352 221 2465

Hamilton Mfg Company. Twin Rivers, Wisconsin. 12 Drawer Printers Marble Top Table. Oak trim around top is loose but reparable. 39x31" x 38" tall. 11 thin drawers and 1 wide drawer. Bottoms need to replaced on drawers but their dividers are in tact. We are remodeling so I sadly have to sell it! It came out of Riverside Printers in Corning. NY when they closed about 15+ years ago. Pickup location is 14830. You must arrange pickup. Transport, and packaging*I cannot assist- It weighs about 400 lbs.
