It is 31 inches tall and roughly 10 inches square at the base. It retains its original brass maker's name plate which reads Geo. Damon& Son, New York City. I sell many of these old printer's type cases or drawers this is a very nice one. It is very old. It is all wood and the top has the lip that the printer used to pull the drawer out of the cabinet. The depth of the slots are an inch deep. Which is very nice as some I have sold have slots of less than that. The case measures about 16 1/2 inches by about 32 1/2 inches. Great for displaying miniatures, thimble, jewelry, antique type or printer's cuts, shells or anything that fits! A GREAT ANTIQUE! This is a very old type case or typecase or printer's drawer. The old ones were made in sections as seen in the back view. It has an original old Hamilton handle. This is one of the earlier handles. This case is from about 1880. Or so! It has the paper backing which as seen in photos and it is disintegrating. The condition is certainly appropriate with age. It is heavier than the ones I have sold before. I hope the photos tell the story. It measures about 19 1/2 in he's by about 32 inches. Posted with

OLD ANTIQUE A.B. DICK ROTARY MIMEOGRAPH MODEL 90 DUPLICATOR PRINTER COPY MACHINE
This auction is for an all original A.B. Dick Company Chicago Mimeograph Duplicator Made in USA. Patent no. 91523. Other patents pending Registered United States Patent Office. 11100. I am not sure what this number means. It also includes a number of other items that can be seen in the pictures. One of these items is a Speed-o-Print Corporation Chicago Illinois filing cabinet. Most of the deal that says this is still intact with a picture of a red Pegasus. The old cabinet does have metal clips to hold files as well as some old newspaper print sheets on the inside. Also the directions are included on how to use it with one sheet being torn up a bit. Two booklets with different impressions and ideas on how to use the item are also included. One of the booklets has impressions from 1949 to 1960. The bottom of the pages say for example Impressions ... moreNovember 1949 Master Products Co. Chicago 6. Illinois. The other book has similar impressions and a section on how best to use the mimeograph in different ways. Also included are about 100 A.B. Dick Mimeograph Slip Sheets. They seem to be made out of cardboard and are next to the picture of the Speed-o-Print Corp. filing cabinet on the ground. The auction includes all the items that can be seen in the pictures. There are additional pictures below of the parts set up next to the mimeograph on the metal table/stand. From my research this seems to be from the late 1930's or possibly early to middle 1940's. This model seems to have been used during World War II. The patent dates back to the late 1800's. The whole item stands about 44 inches tall from the bottom to the tallest point. The mimeograph can be picked up and placed back on the metal table it is on. It is not attached to it. Apparently the table is also part of the original set. This item is being sold as I found it for parts and/or restoration. I am unsure if all the parts are included from the original set. From what I am told all the parts are included to make it work as it should. I am told that it did

Very nice antique typecase. Early 1900's. Made by the Hamilton Manufacturing Company of Two Rivers. Wisconsin. This is a No. 3045 Quarter Size Rule Case. All the spaces are numbered and there is a handy measuring scale along the lower side. Marked on the back with the company name and location and"Made in the USA" The case measures 15 1/8" x 7 3/8" x 1" tall. Most likely made of poplar wood. The sides are fingerjoined and the plywood bottom is nailed on. This piece has not been refinished— finish is completely original. Shipping weight is 2 lbs.

This is a great old typecase or printer drawer which originally held type. It is a true antique and is very dirty. I have not attempted to clean as I will leave that to the new owner. It measures about 32& 1/4 inches by just over 16& 1/2 inches. It has the lip top that the printer used to pull the drawer out of the cabinet. Ideal for displaying old type. ANTIQUE 1920s CHECK PRINTER Todd Protectograph Inc. Prints!
ANTIQUE CHECK PRINTER Old unit was produced in the 1920s by Todd Protectograph Inc. of Rochester. NY. Base measures about 5.5 x 3.5 inches, with a height over 4 inches. It weighs over 3.5 pounds. Instructions are printed on a yellowing piece of paper attached to bottom of unit. It's all pretty old and rusty looking, but I actually got it to print some characters(see pic#6) although not necessarily the ones I was trying to print! Item is sold"as is" and I do not guarantee that it will work as it should, or that all parts are here. Winning bidder will receive exactly what's shown in the pictures. In any case it's a very cool display piece that will look great on your desk and generate conversation!

Antique Metal Linotype Set Printer's Box with WoodenTrays, printing, letterpress
This listing is for a neat antique metal printer's box for type set lead letters. The cabinet has a total of six drawers that open and close nicely. They have individual compartments as shown in the photos. The cabinet is made out of metal. But the interior drawers are still made out of wood. This is from the industrial era where items were starting to be made out of metal and not so much out of wood. The cabinet measures approximately 22 1/2" wide x 20" deep x 10" high and has an approximate weight of 46 lbs. The cabinet has some minor marks and dings appropriate with its age(there is a small amount of minor surface rust as shown in the photos) This is a great piece and would be wonderful as re-purposed cabinet for a crafter/ hobbist or to have as a addition to a printing collection! Antique OXOXO Sentence Printer Alphabet / Numerical system stamp set and ink
This is a rare.Complete set of a printer’s alphabet/number stamp set. The only markings are found under the clasp/hinge and it is imprinted with OXOXO(see picture) This is probably from the early 1900s and looks a lot like early A.Flanagan sets. Although there are no markings to prove that it is a Flanagan set. All the pieces are here. Including the original wooden ruler and metal spacer. NOTE: Many of the rubber pieces have come unglued from the wooden stamps but are in great shape. This set. Because of its age, is sold AS IS. The inker pad is inoperable and rusted shut.
