Antique Victorian Tilting Vanity Mirror, Ornate Floral Metal Frame
This is a gorgeous old Victorian tilting mirror in a larger size. 19” tall, 12” wide. The frame on this is all flowers and Acanthus leaves with a large ornate foot. The metal has an aged patina and the back has an old time worn and stained cover. There are no chips or cracks to the mirror but it is starting to freckle and shows age. This displays beautifully and would be an asset to any Victorian room. The items that I sell are the items I love. Gorgeous Antique Vintage Vanity Table Top Mirror Stand Up Mirror Ornate Floral
Beautiful antique vintage dresser vanity table top standing mirror. Very unique! Painted mirror with wood back that has a very ornate looking design in a clear plastic that looks like glass around the edges. This has a floral design to it. The flowers and frame are held on with pins. The bottom right flower has a pearl pin. The pins and maybe even the pieces o the frame could use a dot of crazy glue on the tips so they cannot come out causing the flowers to come off. This fact does not in any way detract from the beauty of the mirror it is simply a suggestion of mine that seems practical since the flowers can currently come off if pins come out. I have recently refinished the frame with hand-applied aluminum/dutch metal leaf over black bole with glazing on top. A stunning Cincinnati Art Carved Oak mirror with floral carving from 1899 that features the initials KS. The carving on this frame is in one word. Spectacular. FABULOUS ESTATE FIND. Up for auction. Is this old amazing chippy gesso wall mirror. The frame is made of wood. Four(4) si des that have truly colorful gesso flowers that range from pinks. Mauves, yellow, blue, and green, an off antique white lace like b ackground. Pink edging on inside of frame, the frame itself is a greenish color, and a glass mirror insert. The flowers appear that they might of originally been some type of silk arrangement that has a clear coating over it to make them stiff and also has a green vel vet ribbon accent. Back of the frame has two(2) metal rings and wire for easy hanging on a wall or door. Measures overall 12 1/2"in. wide. 1 4 1/2"in. tall. And 3"in. deep. Flower pot at the top and also etched in the mirror. The top of this frame is the urn and it has been repaired. When we purchased this my husband couldn't believe the bad attempt to repair it so my husband took it apart and repaired it the right way. So from the front it's hard to tell it was ever broken off. This is about 37 1/2" tall and 19 1/2" wide(22" at the widest point) but the actual inside measurement would be 27 1/2" x 17 1/2" Both measurments are from the top of the arch to the bottom. This is an excellent vintage mirror with an elaborate gold frame that is a molded hard plastic composite material. The condition all around is excellent and there is only one tiny scratch that is hard to see on the mirror. And the frame is flawless. Antique Old Art Nouveau Deco Period Floral Picture Mirror Wood Frame Flowers Urn
A nice old vintage Wood and Gesso ornate picture mirror frame. It is in good condition with some signs of wear and some losses to the applied decorations. It is marked by the maker with a metal tag on the reverse side for Narcissus Mirrors. This large mirror measures 3 feet 1 inch high and 1 foot 11 inches wide. The inner opening measures 2 feet 6 inches high and 1 foot 6 inches wide. It has a nice look like that of the frames on Maxfield Parrish Prints from the Art Deco Nouveau periods. Listed for your consideration is this beautiful Antique 1930's Wood and Gesso Framed Mirror. What a wonderful size. It measures approximately 20-1/2"in length and 12-1/2" in width. The frame is a deep green and antique gold color. The mirror has a beautiful arched floral and leaf motif. The silvering is in good condition with the exception of a few faint streaks. It is very unnoticeable. The frame and gesso is also good. There are a couple of flaws that are minor and shown in the photos. This is a perfect mirror for that special space. Gesso and wood framed mirror with barbola flowers. The mirror and antique frame are in very good/excellent vintage condition. Mirror appears to be in perfect condition- no visible signs of defect. Gilded frame shows distress from age. In some areas the gilded material has flaked off and there cracks along the frame. But this certainly adds to the vintage and shabby appeal of this antique Victorian piece. Lower right hand corner of frame has a small area where gesso has broken off(see pictures) This item was purchased at a local auction and I was told it is from the early 1900s, but I have nothing to confirm the age. Excellent Antique Art Deco Gold Gilt Wood & Floral Gesso Framed Wall Mirror
This is an excellent antique wall mirror in a wooden gold gilt frame with floral gesso accents and border all the way around. It looks like the gold was re-painted and there is only one tiny chip missing from the frame and one spot that was touched up. Otherwise, it is near-perfect. The mirror is also excellent, thick and heavy, crystal clear throughout, with only a few small black spots from age. The paper is intact on the back and there is a wire attached for wall hanging. The outer dimensions of the frame are 14 1/4" x 29 1/2" I will pack it very well, double box it, and insure it during shipping.

Antique Vintage Gold Gilt Wood & Gesso Framed Floral Etched Wall Mirror
This is a charming antique wall mirror with elegant floral gesso accents on the top and bottom of the frame. A beaded scroll and leaf pattern etched into the back of the glass at the top of the mirror, and three flower screws holding the mirror snugly in place on the frame. Overall condition is very good with no missing silver on the mirror or gesso on the frame, and only very light, almost completely unnoticeable cloudiness and a couple tiny black spots on the glass. There are a few scuff marks on the outside edge of the frame where the pink primer is showing through. It still looks fantastic as-is but could be easily touched up. The cardboard backing is intact with a tear along one side. There is a wire attached for wall hanging. The outer measurements including the frame are 12" W x 28" H. It use to be all gold, but I professionally hand painted it with Annie Sloan Chalk Paint and applied some gold leaf for an incredible old world finish. This is an antique piece dating back to the early 1900's and has a wonderful high relief design of flowers and flowing leaves. ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS! This wonderful old mirror is very heavy. Weighing in over 6 pounds unpacked. It is oval, the frame standing nearly 19" high by 16" wide. The mirror is original to the piece. It measures 12" high by 10" wide. It has a few minor marks where the silvering has worn away(as shown) and a couple of faint cloudy spots, but still reflects a pretty clear image. I used Annie's"Versailles" ... morePale Celadon Green) on the leaves and"Scandinavian Pink" Similar to Salmon) on the flowers. It has been finished with a light application of dark wax to bring out the superb carvings and accented with gold leaf in the flower centers and the outer rim of the oval mirror trim. This is a nice large wall mirror with floral decoration that is highlighted with smoked mirrors around the main mirror surface. In pretty nice shape as the pics show with some imperfections/ losses to the frame as well as it having been repaired around the top and it comes exactly as shown. It measures approximately 37 1/2" x 62" and the main mirror surface is 20" x 30 1/2" with the top section comes out 8" from the wall.
