This is a gorgeous old Victorian tilting mirror in a larger size. 19” tall, 12” wide. The frame on this is all flowers and Acanthus leaves with a large ornate foot. The metal has an aged patina and the back has an old time worn and stained cover. There are no chips or cracks to the mirror but it is starting to freckle and shows age. This displays beautifully and would be an asset to any Victorian room. The items that I sell are the items I love. Vintage Swivel Vanity Dresser Mirror with Drawer Ornate Victorian Style
Beautiful swivel dresser mirror with drawer bought by my grandparents in the early 1950's. Measures 21 1/2" tall. 16 1/2" wide and 8" deep. I believe it is walnut, but I'm not sure. The finish is walnut. The wood above the mirror has decorative carving. Ornate spindles with antique brass knobs/turns hold the mirror. In nice condition with a bit of wear and scratches. Those spots can be touched up with Old English Scratch Cover. Or some other kind of wood restorer, or the whole piece can be painted for a shabby look. Brass needs cleaning. This unusual horseshoe shaped mirror is intended for dresser or table use. It has two 3/4" brass ball feet and a hinged prop-arm stand to hold it upright. It has a 1 3/4" wide frame. I'm not sure of the wood. But it's tight-grained with the original finish& appears to be possibly cherry or mahogany. This mirror stands 12 1/4" tall and is 10 1/2" in width at its widest point. The frame is approximately 3/4" in thickness. The mirror has a 1" bevelled edge and its area measured to the frame rabbet is 7" W. x 8 1/2"H. The prop is 8" L& 1 1/2 W. The mirror shows some small areas of silver loss and the frame has some minor finish damage at the edges. But over-all, it is in very good antique condition. Vintage Bevelled Glass Vanity Dresser Mirror Victorian Cast Brass
This is a handsome. Vintage, bevelled dresser or vanity mirror that belonged to my grandmother who died at the age of 90- decades ago. So it's pretty old- I don't know how old. It appears to be solid cast brass, looks Victorian, and is stamped with the number 301 1/2 on the back of the mirror's frame and 196 1/2 on the base. It's heavy. The overall height is 18" and comes apart in 3-4 sections. The actual mirror is approximately 6" x 8.5" not including its brass frame. The frame has two decorative screws on either side of the mirror that allow it to pivot. The mirror has a few specs where it has lost the silvering. This would be perfect for anyone living in a Victorian home, and especially if the man in the family shaves the old fashioned way. A Fancy Victorian Tri-Fold Dresser-Vanity Mirror, Brass & Celluloid w/ Woman
For auction is an ornate Victorian tri-fold vanity or dresser mirror. Made of solid brass and celluloid and nicely decorated with a semi-nude woman. Mirror can be used on a dresser top or hung by the chain. Item has beveled glass and is made of solid brass except for the chain, which is steel with brass plating. There are strangely no manufacturer's marks, but it is a top quality item. Each mirror is about 8 x 10 inches, and overall dimensions are about 25-3/4 x 11 inches. Item is in remarkable condition. Celluloid is excellent. Mirror's silvering is excellent. With only a tiny flaw on leftmost mirror(see last photo) Brass could be polished, but I think it looks great the way it is. Antique Victorian Beveled Glass Plateau Vanity 3 Footed Mirror 10" Wide
The mirror measures roughly 10" across and is about 1.5" tall. The feet appear to be more of a metal. While the decorative rim appears to be like brass. I have polished the brass and as you can see, it is in good condition. The feet do not polish. The backing and mirror are original. There are stains on the backing and spots in the glass that are difficult to photograph but I feel that photo three shows the worst of it.

Offered is a fantastic. Victorian, vanity mirror, with beveled glass in a Medieval design. I'm pretty sure its brass because it does not take a magnet. Iron wood. Never the less, don't polish it. You want the original patina. This is almost certainly Victorian, around 1885. I see know company mark on it. The mirror measures approximately 12" w x 17" h x 7" high and is in excellent condition with no repairs, breaks, sratches, nicks, missing parts, etc. It stands up firmly. The item weighs 5 lbs. Antique Victorian Small Dresser Shaving Vanity Mirror Dome Topped Wood Frame
Very heavy for its size Victorian dome topped beveled mirror with wooden frame. The mirror has the shape and looks of a vanity or dresser mirror. We cannot see however any evidence on the sides that it was indeed suspended inside a base or stand. The wooden frame is domed at the top and curved at the corners without any visible joints any where that we can see. We are not sure what kind of wood the frame is made of but our guess based on its color is"cherry" The back of the mirror is almost entirely covered with a heavy flat piece of wood which is screwed at the edges holding the mirror in place. The mirror is beveled and looks very old and hand cut. The normal age stains or discoloration are showing through. And these only add to its character. The wood frame is in very good antique condition with only two areas showing a small ... morehairline crack. These are hardly visible. Antique Victorian Bradley and Hubbard Figural Vanity Mirror
Nonna's Keepsakes is proud to present this lovely Victorian antique vanity mirror from the mid to late 1800's. This Bradly and Hubbard creation depicts an angelic design with two kissing cherubs at the top of the cast iron mirror. A male angel on the left side and a female angel on the right side. Floral designs are used in a flowing cascade from the cherubs to the adult angels on both sides of the mirror. There is a gold gilt wash over the cast iron which is visible throughout this mirror's design with some of the gold visible in the photos. This item is numbered 744 on the back of the frame, at the top on a cherub's wing, with possibly a fourth number which is not legible. This item stands 11 inches in height, 10 3/4 inches in width and has beveling around the mirror approximately 1/2 inch wide. The mirror has a very small ... morebubbled spot below the frame between the 6 and 7 o'clock position. If you tip the frame just right, it will be visible, but not large enough to capture on film. This is a manufacturing defect, not a chip. The mirror has a very slight hazing which we attempted to show in the photos. The back of the mirror has a full swivel stand and the original screws and pins. The color of the item is shown most accurately on the cherubs and angels. We found no cracks, chips, repairs or replacement parts on this item. We consider this item to be in excellent used conditon. This is a very ornate pair of matching vanity mirror plateaus. These are not footed and sit flat on the surface. They look like bronze but I believe they are actually spelter. They are metal backed and that metal is covered with paint that feels like it has a polymer in it. They look old but I am not sure that they aren't just made to look that way. Either way. This mirror ... morefeatures 3 separate brass framed and hinged beveled glass panels, with the 2 side panels showcasing an ornate floral motif with figural cartouches and winged cherubs. The back of the middle panel is covered with a leather-style board. This mirror sits elevated on 4 decorative little feet, and is finished off with brass scrollwork along the top of the central panel, and a heavy chain for hanging. The hinges operate smoothly, and the mirror can be displayed in folded form in tight spaces. Fully opened, measures ~13in tall X 33&1/2in wide, with a 13in long chain for hanging. In closed position, measures ~13in tall X 17&1/2in wide. Richly patinaed over time, this mirror is in overall good condition considering age, with age-related yellowing, mild soilage, dustiness, and superficial scratches. The mirror itself shows haziness with loss of silvering, and the bakelite has a superficial linear scratch, and loss of a tiny piece near one corner, and within the cartouches which are not readily apparent. There is old brass cleaning residue along the crevices of the embossed framework. One of the bakelite panels has lifted from the frame and can be re-inserted. Please enlarge pho

FAB antique Victorian painted metal or iron vanity/dresser mirror
FAB genuine antique heavy painted metal ornate Victorian mirror. Excellent condition with no chips or cracks to the mirror and just minor areas of paint loss. There is crazing of the paint which can be seen in my close up photos. Swivels forward and backwards. Measures 12.5 inches in height by 8 inches in width. Quite heavy.
