Each measures apx 11.5 inches tall and athe top measures about 6.5 inches across. They are separate pieces of glass connected by a brass base to a brass knob in the top. Not a chip crack or mark on them. Beautiful hand painted roses and detailing of dots and thin white lines. Beautiful prisms accent the edge and appear to be original to the holders. The ruffled edges lead me to believe they are American made. They are a dark forest green color and are sensational in person. Also as you can see in the pictures. One is slightly taller then other due to the fact these are hand made lusters. The prisms are cut and polished. Please communicate concerns before you leave feedback. LARGE EARLY 1900s CLEAR COPPER-WHEEL ETCHED CANDLEHOLDER IN J. RACINGER STYLE
Be sure to add me to your! This LARGE. EARLY 1900'S COPPER- WHEEL ETCHED CANDLEHOLDER LAMP is in the JOSEPH RACINGER STYLE and may have been cut by this talented Bohemian cutter. The cuttings exemplify many of his themes and charactereistics: The Rococo shells with crisscrossings. Some with single and some with multiple ovals, have a characteristic C and outer trims; The castles have Racinger elongated triangular doors and oval windows; This candleholder's cuttings include two deer in flight, often found in Racinger's work; The trees have an ethereal quality as do Racingers, along with the detailed individual tuffs of grass. This piece is unsigned. As were most of Racinger's work during his years with Westmoreland, 1921 to 1937. As a young trained Bohemian glass cutter he had been in America from nine years before. He had ... morehis own shop after the Westmoreland period and did work for others. I have not been able to identify the blank of this candleholder. The date of this piece is unknown. This large candleholder has an impressive shape of high quality glass with a beautiful tonal"ring" It has a ground bottom rim. It stands 12 1/4 inches high. The 4 1/3 inch diameter open base narrows in stages to the 1 1/4 inch neck. Which is also the base to hold the candle. This then widens to 1 1/2 inches for 3/4 inch to hold the candle on the interior, before abruptly flaring out to 4 1/4 inches. The lamp then gently travels up 8 inches, flaring out to a 7 1/3 inch diameter ruffled rim. The 3/8 inch thick clear glass understates the intricacies of the etching. No Candle is included. UNIQUE VINTAGE PAIR OF CZECH CRYSTAL BOBECHE AMBER 8 PIN
These are a pair of rare vintage Czech Amber Bobeche with 8 pins in each of them. These are vintage from Czech-circa 1940 quite unique. We have not found any like these anywhere on the internet and can make a great start to creating your own bobeche set with choice of prisms. They are part of a limited collection of antique crystals preserved by my grandfather who collected these in the 1940's. These vintage Bobeche have some signs of age as they are over 60 years old. They are in good condition and have never been used. They have been stored in their original wrappers from when my grandfather packed them away. A beautiful pair of hand cut lead crystal and heavy brass finish luster candle holders. Made in germany The etched bochette is 6 inches wide The base is 10 inches tall. It is adorned with eight large vintage hand cut teardrop prisms on each abra. Very heavy metal base has a beautiful faceted crystal post that supports the bochette. The bottem of base has a gilt brass finish on metal. I found no cracks or chips on the crystal bochette. The prisms are also in good condition for their age. I changed the old connectors on the prisms with new brass ones because the old ones were brittle and rusty looking from age A must see!

They are all glass, gold toned in color, with cut glass star burst patterns on their tops/bases. The central piece is sectioned, and they have tops as shown in the photos that fit snugly. I literally may have these shown upside down, as they appear to be single taper candle holders. The glass portions have bubbles, nicks and scratches and are not mint, but certainly are interesting. The earliest known example is a blue glass fragment from Nippur dated to 1400 BC and is mentioned in clay tablets from the reign of Assurbanipal(668–631 BC. Lead glass also occurs in Han-period China(206 BC– 220 AD) Here it was used in cast to imitate jade, both for ritual objects such as big and small figures, as well as jewellery and a limited range of vessels. In medieval and early modern Europe lead glass was used as a base in coloured glasses. Specifically in mosaic tesserae, enamels, stained-glass painting, and bijouterie, where it was used to imitate precious stones. Up for your consideration is a pair of real beautiful candle holders with crystal prisms They stand about nine and one half inches high and are about 3 inches wide. I have used these in many settings and deccor and they seem to go well just about anywhere. The prism shaped bases make a rainbow affect in the sunlight. The tops are removable and just the base can be used. See photo. Im not sure of the age but they came from an estate of fine taste.Great condition with a low starting bid. THIS FIGURAL IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION FOR IT'S AGE. IT'S AGE WAS AUTHENTICATED BY A LOCAL ANTIQUE DEALER AS EARLY 1800. THE OVERALL HEIGHT IS 14 1/2" WITH THE MARBLE BASE. THE BASE IS 1" THICK X 3" X 5" THE BRASS IS A HEAVY CASTING WITH NO SIGNS OF BENDING OR BREAKAGE. I HAVE LEFT THE PATINA AS IT WAS WHEN PURCHASED. This is a beautiful pair of clear. Crystal bobeche. There are cut designs of flowers& star shapes in the 3" long pendants. Also 2 stars in the top 3/4" piece. The round top candle tray has nice cut design in it& the piece is 3" across with a 1" hole in center. The total length of the 8, 2pc pendants are 4" each. The wires& crystals look older& used with normal wear overall. The condition is good, though not perfect.there are a few minor chips, on an edge or corner of one or two, all the point tips look good. They also need cleaning. They are so beautiful that the few/small imperfections are not noticeable. I didn't even see them till I removed pendants& wrapped them in pairs. Open carefully! This is a beautiful pair of blue glass crystal bobeche. The round top candle tray piece is flower shaped& has cut lines in it. The piece is 3 1/4" across with a 1" hole in center. The total length of the 6. 2pc pendants are 2 5/8" long. The wires& crystals look like a mix of older& new. The small 5/8" top crystal is a little lighter shade of blue& wires are cleaner brass with normal wear from use. The larger blue crystals are 1 1/2" long and more of a cobalt color. The condition is good overall with normal wear, no chips that I could find. They also need cleaning. Will remove pendants& wrap in pairs. Open carefully!
