Gorgeous Large & Rare! Fine Antique Victorian Crystal Candelabra w/ Prisms
~ Gorgeous Large& Rare! ~ Fine Quality 4-lite Antique Victorian Crystal Candelabra or Lustre with Cut Glass Prisms This is a fabulous find from a wonderful old Connecticut estate sale. Which also contained pieces from the Vanderbilt estate formerly located at the site of the Empire State Building on 5th Avenue in Manhattan. We cannot establish for certain the provenance of this fine candelabra, so we make no claim; however the quality is beyond question. This gorgeous piece is very large and magnificent. Standing approximately 21" in height and nearly 13" in width and made of fine quality crystal in the Victorian era. Each arm of the candelabra comes off the sturdy and substantial hexagonal base and central stem. There is a small defect in the glass of the center stem(See Photo#5) which we point out in the interest of full disclosure ... morebut does not in any way detract from the astounding beauty of the piece. The three arms each terminate in a floral-shaped bobeches designed to catch any wax falling from the lit candles. Upon each is a single candle holder with a scalloped top edge. Each bobeche is adorned with either 9 or 10 prisms that are approximately 4" in length. One of the candle holders has a repair to it which is visible upon close inspection(See photos#9& 10) While the repair is not offensive. 19th Century Hand blown And Etched Crystal Candle Holder
From my parents estate. This is a hand blown blown crystal candle holder. You can see on the bottom. Where it was removed from the rod it was blown on. The etching was done by hot needle and by hand. There is a crack in one of the candle holder, but it is secure and will not break from using it. Someone let a candle melt until it was gone. They must have forgotten to blow out the candle, before it reached the hole. Glass or crystal will break with heat. Luckily this cracked in the inside of the glass, you can not feel the crack, there are no rough edges. This was made by my great grandfather, in the mis 1800's. it is authentic! It is stunning! Pair of 3" Dia. Elegant. Faceted Leaded Cut Crystal Candle Holders These elegant multi-faceted Leaded Crystal Candle Holders came from my Aunt's estate. She probably bought them in the 1950's or 1960's and probably in San Francisco. They may not have been new then either. The heavy 3" diameter globes will bring out the best in your candelight dinner with tiny speckles of rainbows from the beautiful prism cuts. Each piece weighs 1 lb 14 oz. I have looked all over them with a magnifying glass and there is no evidence of molding lines. All edges and facets appear to be cut and polished. The candlestick hole is round and the spherical cavity is undercut from the entry hole. This was probably blown in as the glass cooled. There is no maker's mark that I can find on either piece. The lamp was in use in the family home sometime from the 50's to the 80's and we are unsure of where it originally came from. For it's age it is in excellent condition and light paint wear. We did not find any seams on this piece there are only a few very small bubbles and inside there is at least 1 very small at the surface inside. I can't feel any chips- there are no cracks or damage. The edges feel to be cut and have some sharpness. approx 12 1/2" t& 6 1/4" d top 6"d bottom. The crystals hang approx 5" overall(all 3 pcs) there are 10 total crystals- 3 per hanging. Antique Pair of Crystal Candle Lamps with Hanging Cystals
This is a gorgeous Pair of Antique Crystal Candle lamps with Hanging Crystals and Etched Globes. They stand 17.5" tall. The base is 10" tall and the globes are 8" tall. The bases are made up of a 4" 4" x.75" square crystal followed by a 2.5" square crystal cube. A 1.75" square crystal cube and a 2.25" round ball. The globes are beautifully etched with flowers and leaves. The rim is 4.5" in diameter and the bottom is 1.5" round. Each candle lamp has eight 4" long hanging crystals. This was once electrified and could be made so again if you choose with a lamp kit. There is a cut in the base crystal for a cord. They are gorgeous either way! Shipping includes insurance.

This candle holder is an exquisite piece that distinguishes itself by the intricate hand-etched base and the Art Nouveau or Art Deco raised wings that hold the top aloft. As in a tribute or a prize. It is truly a statement piece of old glass and crystal that could have been made sometime between the late 1800's up until 1940. Unfortunately, I cannot find any maker's marks, so do not know the true origin or age of the piece. However, such intricate workmanship is rarely found in modern times. There are no chips. These are a pair of rare vintage Czech Amber Bobeche with 8 pins in each of them. These are vintage from Czech-circa 1940 quite unique. We have not found any like these anywhere on the internet and can make a great start to creating your own bobeche set with choice of prisms. They are part of a limited collection of antique crystals preserved by my grandfather who collected these in the 1940's. These vintage Bobeche have some signs of age as they are over 60 years old. A beautiful pair of hand cut lead crystal and heavy brass finish luster candle holders. Made in germany The etched bochette is 6 inches wide The base is 10 inches tall. It is adorned with eight large vintage hand cut teardrop prisms on each abra. Very heavy metal base has a beautiful faceted crystal post that supports the bochette. The bottem of base has a gilt brass finish on metal. I found no cracks or chips on the crystal bochette. The prisms are also in good condition for their age. I changed the old connectors on the prisms with new brass ones because the old ones were brittle and rusty looking from age A must see!

The wires& crystals look older& used with normal wear overall. The condition is good, though not perfect.there are a few minor chips, on an edge or corner of one or two, all the point tips look good. This is a beautiful pair of blue glass crystal bobeche. The round top candle tray piece is flower shaped& has cut lines in it. The piece is 3 1/4" across with a 1" hole in center. The small 5/8" top crystal is a little lighter shade of blue& wires are cleaner brass with normal wear from use. The larger blue crystals are 1 1/2" long and more of a cobalt color. We have not found any like these anywhere on the internet and can give a great look to the right pair of holders. They are part of a limited collection of antique crystals preserved by my grandfather who collected these in the 1940's. These vintage Bobeche have some signs of age as they are over 60 years old. They are in good condition and have never been used. They have been stored in their original wrappers from when my grandfather packed them away. Wonderful form and color. Approx. measurements of the tops are 3" wide with the prisms/ crystals hanging 3 3/4" from top of lustre to bottom of crystal. Great antique condition with one of the tops having a tiny chigger to outside edge and both having just a bit of minor roughness around inside hold.
