I am offering 2 Blue Satin Art Glass Candlestick hol ders. They are shaped like a bell. But they are NOT bells. This type of glass is sometime s also called frosted glass. The candlesticks are not shiny. They have a matte finish. They are crystal. They have a slight optic diamond pattern on the interior of the base. The pattern can be seen in the sunlight. At first. I thought they were Tiffin or U.S. Glass bec ause they are the exact same shade as the other Tiffin Satin glass pieces that I have. I don't know the maker. Vintage Candlestick Holder Pair Pink Glass Hand Painted 1930s
From an estate. Lovely old pair of hand painted candlestick holders. They measure 3-1/4" tall with a base diameter of about 4-1/4" The base is clear glass, the holder itself is pale pink. The floral painting is in excellent condition but there is some scratching and loss to the gold trim paint. In my opinion, however, it is not excessive considering their age which I believe to be circa 1930s. I am uncertain of the maker but I did find a similar pair on an antiques site that identified the maker as Indiana Glass. There are no actual chips or cracks. BUT. PLEASE NOTE: there is a triangular crack on one of the holders that I believe is a manufacturing flaw as it seems to be inside the glass. It is near the top and I have shown it in the seventh and eighth photos. It would hardly be noticeable with candles but you should know that ... moreit is there. VERY UNIQUE- Pair 7 1/2" Antique Handblown Art Glass Candlesticks- Candle Holders! These interesting candlesticks were gifts to my mother back in the 1930's. They were in an antique shop in North Carolina that was owned by my Great Aunt and Uncle. These candlesticks are unique. They feature a'swirl of glass' at the base. Both have unique glass'bumps' on the sides and each has a glass'hook' near the top. The glass is thick when you look down into the top. I think they look like trees with bumpy outsides and swirling roots. Mom thought they looked like melting candles. In my amateur research I could not find another pair like them and neither could the collectors I consulted. The candlesticks are about 7 1/2 inches tall. They are about 3 inches wide at the base and 1 inch across without the'hook' 1 1/2" ... morewith the hook. CONDITION- The candlesticks are in very good antique condition with no cracks or breaks and all of the bumps and hooks are intact except for one chip on the base. Set of 2 art deco ruby flashed cut to clear dual stem candle holders. They each measure 7" wide at farthest point and 6" high. Nice pattern cut into bottom where flashing is. Sorry I do not know the maker of this set. In nice vintage condition with only damage found being a very small chip to edge of top on one of the cups. It actually looks like a manufacturing flaw when you look with a magnifying glass. Where the edge of the flaw was rubbed off.

Vintage Art Deco unmarked glass CANDELABRA Candlestick PAIR w/ 4 Bobeche wax catchers& 32 Prisms. About 8 1/4" tall. 10" across including the removable bobeche, or 8" across with bobeche and prisms removed. The lady I'm selling these for bought these in the 1940s. When she was 12 years old. She took a taxi to Cartier in New York City to purchase them. They aren't by Cartier but were sold there. She paid $14 each for them, quite a sum in the 40s! They were a gift for her mother, and going by taxi to purchase them, by herself at age 12, was an adventure! Candleholders are in excellent condition. Prisms are all fine except one has a small chip on the bottom point and another has a small chip on the edge of the round piece above the prism.
