3 Antique Vintage Candlesticks - Golden Amber, Aqua Blue & Emerald Green
Here are three candlesticks. Each in a gorgeous color: a rich golden amber, the aqua blue of Carribean seas, and a rich emerald green. The shape is terrific! Unlike many candlesticks. The bell shape catches any drips, protecting wooden surfaces and saving the ordeal of removing wax from fabric. I have taken a photo of one piece upsidedown. They are smooth and finished which seems as if a very thin taper candle could be used with the candlesticks reversed. Each is 2 1/2" tall. 3 3/4" at the top and 1 3/4" at the base. All three are in perfect condition. I am not certain of their age but were purchased at an antique barn some years ago. See photos below. Write with any questions. The woman I spoke with said they were her grandmothers, who passed at 85 years. So I am not sure of the age of them, maybe 1950's or 60's. One of them has imperfections in the glass(pieces embedded in the glass) that just add so much character and does show that these are fairly old. They stand a astonishing 18" tall, and approx. 5" wide. They are in mint condition, no chips, scratches, just the imperfections when they were made. The top portions are kinda a fluted look, and the bottoms similar. They are a beautiful blue color, I hope the pictures do them justice. These would be a very nice addition to anyones collection.
