This candle holder is an exquisite piece that distinguishes itself by the intricate hand-etched base and the Art Nouveau or Art Deco raised wings that hold the top aloft. As in a tribute or a prize. It is truly a statement piece of old glass and crystal that could have been made sometime between the late 1800's up until 1940. Unfortunately, I cannot find any maker's marks, so do not know the true origin or age of the piece. However, such intricate workmanship is rarely found in modern times. There are no chips. Both are in excellent condition with no cracks or chips on the bases. Bobeches, or prisms. The design features criss-crossed swirls, reminiscent of waves on the ocean. Each holder has 2 bobeches& 6 prisms on each bobeche. They measures about 10" wide and 7-1/2" tall with the bobeches in place. They are not marked. An antique Art Deco period unsigned glass with sterling silver overlay/inlay floral pattern candle holder in very good condition. It would be in excellent condition but it does have a boo-boo as shown in the photos. At the base on one side where the top circle of glass meets the base. There is a crack with a small pie shaped wedge missing. It is a clean break, and it is hard to see unless you really pick it up and look at it. There is so much charm in real antiques; none of them are perfect but all of them share one thing: They are from a time bygone and beautiful! If such pieces could talk they all would have interresting stories to tell! This wonderful fleur-de-lis candle holder stands approx. 5" tall and shows all the details one would expect of a glass item produced during the Art Deco period. It seems to have been blown into a form and was then hand decorated with heavy silver motives depicting grapes and vines. It could be Bohemian Glass but I might be wrong. Considering its age the condition is excellent ... moreand there are no chips. Cracks or flea bites. A wonderful set of two heavy glass candlesticks in an art deco style. The base is hexagonal. With a main column and two side columns rising out of it, all of which are also hexagonal in shape. The center column has the well to hold the candles, and is connected at the top to the 2 side columns. A very unique and beautiful pair! They are in good vintage condition with no chips, and only one small crack across the top of the piece connecting the center and side column on one of the candle holders. beautiful set of art deco glass candle holders with 8 of 12 original glass prisms + 2 unmatched heavy clear glass(2.5 pounds each) with a great 6 tiered round base. Swirl neck, 2 tiered upper portion absolutely stunning each measures 8 1/2" tall. 5" across the base, 4" across the top there are 6 holes on each to hang the prisms. Pair of 2 Antique Art Glass Crystal Candelabra (3 candle) Art neoveau deco
Up for auction from an estate sale is an Art Deco/Art Nouveau triple crystal glass candelabra candle holder. These beautiful pieces are in great condition and measures about 13" wide and 6 3/4" tall. The base measures 6 1/2" wide and 3 1/2 deep. On the base of one of the CANDELABRA is scratched" AMBRO" I believe this was the last name of the original owner. I tried to get a picture of this but it didn't show up very well in my photos. But it only adds to the character of these beautiful relics and barely even noticeable. the holders are two sided so you may display with out the etching even being noticed. These candle holders are said to be at least 80 years old if not 100 years old. They are also very solid weighing in at about 2.8 pounds each.

Prisms are all fine except one has a small chip on the bottom point and another has a small chip on the edge of the round piece above the prism. We are offering this set of 2 VINTAGE ART DECO double candle holders in clear glass. These are in excellent pre owned condition measuring about 4.5" tall. About 4" across top x 1.25" base is about 4.25" across x 2.38" A very unigue art deco design. Could even be used in southwestern decor. We try very hard to describe all items as accurately as possible. Because of this we will only accept a return in case of an obvious error in the Item Description and not buyers remorse.
