There was one very similar one that was made in West Germany. This particular pitcher does not have a makers mark that I could find though. It appears to be vintage. This is a very heavy. Solid pitcher. It has sunbursts cut into the bottom half of the pitcher with clusters of grapes and leaves etched and cut above. It has a silverplate handle, lid and spout. The insert still has its cork insert in the cap to prevent leaks. The spout has a strainer to keep and fruit particles in the pitcher, not the glass. The item measures approximately 11.5 inches high and 8 inches across(spout to handle) It weighs 4 pounds. 10 ounces. The silver is tarnished in some spots. The glass is in very good condition with no clouding. It still sparkles beautifully. I accept payment through PayPal only. Please make payment within three days of the end of the auction. This exceptional antique Victorian sterling silver and cut glass claret/lemonade jug has a tapering cylindrical form to a tapering square shaped base. The cylindrical neck is fitted with a fine sterling silver. Hallmarked mount with the original hallmarked hinged cover incorporating a plain plateaued thumbpiece. The neck of this antique claret jug is embellished with ribbed glass ornamentation. The body of the jug retains the original broad hallmarked mounts fitted with an elongated C shaped sterling silver handle. These mounts each feature a hinge to the opposing surface to the handle; these decorative hinges were originally used in the crafting process. The glass body of the jug is embellished with exceptional subdivided panels of hobnail style cut glass ornamentation accented with geometric motifs to the incurves. The body of this exceptional claret jug is further ornamented with a faceted star motif to the underside. Exquisite Hand Blown Victorian Lemonade Pitcher with two glasses circa 1890. Hand painted frosted satin glass pitcher with ruffled edge top. Pale soft colors of blue with pale cranberry band. Gold band. Stylus made dots of paint form pretty patterns on the frosted glass. The pitcher has no chips or cracks or scratches. On the bottom of the pitcher it is rough. Showing that it is a delicate hand blown piece. The glasses match the pitcher. Both have tiny chips along the mouth of the glass. These could easily be repaired. The pitcher and glasses are a beautiful representation of hand blown. Hand painted, turn of the century glass work. The pitcher is 9 inches tall. Please see my other listings too!

Up for bid is an antique silver banded amber glass pitcher& tumbler set. I am not sure of the exact age. But it is very old, as referenced by the attached photos and shows expected signs of wear from age. I noted one manufacturing bubble in the pitcher and thinness on one side of the bottom from where it was lifted while being made. There is a small chip at the foot near this thin area. The silver banding on many of the tumblers has worn away. Otherwise this set is in very good condition for it's age. The pitcher stands 8" tall and is 7" at it's widest from handle to spout. Beautiful Victorian lemonade set. Green glass pitcher with ruffled edges. Gold gilt accents, and enamel flowers. Tumblers also have beautiful gilt edges and hand painted enamel flowers. Possibly Fenton or Northwood. There is no maker's mark. But the pitcher does have the number 931 etched into the base. Pitcher is roughly 10 inches tall and 7 inches wide. Glasses are roughly 4 inches tall and 3 inches wide. Most of the enamel is in very good condition on all of the pieces. There is significant wear to the gold. Particularly around the middle of the pitcher. There are some small bubbles in the glass of the pitcher. I've done my best to picture and describe everything. But if you have any additional questions, I will try to respond promptly.

This is a lovely rare vintage depression glass handpainted lemonade pitcher and six glass set. This set has a beautiful handpainted scene of a cabin in the woods. The pitcher includes lid and measures 9" x 8" from the spout to handle. and is 4 1/2 in diameter. It measures 10" to the top of the lid. The glasses measure 5 1/2" tall x 3" in diameter. I see no chips or cracks in any of the glasses or pitcher. It is yellow with a brown handpainted scene. The pitcher and glasses have a dark black ring around the tops of the glasses and pitcher. This may be Czech glass.

ANTIQUE LG LEMONADE PITCHER & 6 MATCHING GLASS SET~HAND BLOWN AND PAINTED~
This is a beautiful Victorian Antique Blown Glass and Hand Painted. Lemonade/Ice Tea, Large Pitcher and 6 matching glass Set. The tall glass pitcher is 13 1/2" tall, with a 4" opening at the top, and 5" across the bottom. It has a tall slender body, fanning out at the bottom. The air bubble are visible in it hand blown applied handle, which sets up high at the top of the mouth opening. It has a curvaceous pour spout, with heavy glass thickness to the piece. The glass is velvety smooth to the touch, and has a smooth pontil at the bottom. The center of the pitcher has a decorative band of bright gold design, accented in white dots. The thin line banding of gold carries on downward to the bottom of the piece, with the white accent dots. The glasses are a sleek design, which flare out slightly at the top, tapering inward, and flaring ... moreever so slightly back at the bottom. They are 6 1/2" tall with a 2 3/4" opening at the top, and 2" across the bottom. They have the matching design as the pitcher, with the thick gold band, and the thin lines all accented in white dots. Remarkably these pieces are free of chips, cracks and repairs. The only sign of age was the wearing on some of the gold banding in some areas more than others, due to age and wear. The pitcher has a small chip on the underside of the base. The other glasses have no damage. Lemons, for most folks in the country, were impossible to get. The concept of the 44 ounce lemonade would have been regarded as lunacy. These 4 inch tall tumblers would actually have been a little big for serving lemonade. It was the extreme in hospitality to have a pitcher of lemonade and a beautiful little glass for your guests. This lemonade pitcher is 12.5 inches tall and ruffled. The hand painting is enameled to the glass and the 7 pieces are perfect. Expect a very large box with a number of smaller boxes inside, as we make every efforts to get irreplaceable objects to you intact. If you are purchasing more than a single item. The calculator feature on ebay does its best and is occasionally ... moreaccurate. The more you purchase, the farther off the mark the calculator can be. It's really pretty simple. I don't have an exact date but from the unique styling on the handle I am thinking it is from the 1920's or 1930's.The pitcher is fabulous! Has an ice lip and applied. Ribbed handle. Offered here for your collection is a beautiful Northwood Art Glass Lemonade Pitcher. It was likely produced between 1900- 1910. It stands 12 incehs tall and is in beautiful condition with no chips. Cracks or flaws. The enamel design is very delicate and appears on two sides. It is an unusually graceful design. The gold trim on the pitchers lip shows that it was likely in daily use for much of its 100+ years. It also features an attractive frosted panel at the bottom. Antique EAPG Silver Banded Amber Glass Lemonade Pitcher & Tumbler Set
You are bidding on an antique silver banded amber glass pitcher& tumbler set. I am not sure of the exact age. But it is very old, as referenced by the attached photos and shows expected signs of wear from age. I noted one manufacturing bubble in the pitcher and thinness on one side of the bottom from where it was lifted while being made. There is a small chip at the foot near this thin area. The silver banding on many of the tumblers has worn away. Otherwise this set is in very good condition for it's age. The pitcher stands 8" tall and is 7" at it's widest from handle to spout. VICTORIAN EAPG Glass Water/Lemonade/Tea Pitcher MASCOTTE Etched Fern Leaves
Here is a beautiful antique Early American Pattern Glass beverage pitcher in the Mascotte pattern c. 1884. I have this pattern attributed to Burlington Glass Works as well as Ripley Glass. It has a diamond block pattern at the bottom and an etched or carved band of fern leaves near the top. It is a flat bottom pitcher with the diamond block pattern on the bottom as well. It stands about 8 3/4" tall and 5 3/8" wide. Any whiteness or cloudiness you see in the diamond block pattern I was able to clean with some scrubbing bubbles and a toothbrush. So it is clear now. This is a beautiful pattern and would look stunning at a table serving ice water, lemonade or tea. You could even use this to serve pitchers of fancy iced mixed drink beverages while entertaining this summer. It looks like it is about a 2 qt sized pitcher. Comes from local 90 year old Mrs. Jackson who inherited this set from her mother. Clear glass etched floral pattern applied handle pitcher is 10" tall with 1/8" thick glass and weighs 2.25 lbs. Glasses are much thinner at less than 1/16" thick standing 5 and 5/8" high with applied handle at the base. I assume it was polished after the pattern was etched as it is a smooth feel. Not sharp to the etching. I called it a"Dodecagon" as it has 12 sides, the pitcher and the glasses. It may be hard to see in the pictures. PICTURES DO NO JUSTICE TO THIS DAZZLING SET! Rubina enameled and gilded Lemonade glass app. 5 inches
Only one but a beautiful example of Rubina shading from cranberry to clear in this lemonade tumbler. It is decorated with gold arches(no not those arches) and branches of leaves with three beautifully done white enamel Lilly of the Valley plants. There is a rim of satin around the bottom. I can't tell if it's from acid or just a paint treatment. It stands app 4 7/8 inches tall. I can't find any chips cracks flea bites or whatever The rim appears to have been fire polished so we're not dealing with that sharp edge that chips so easily.Could have been done by any number of glass houses in several different countries. This is a spectacular Art Deco cobalt blue glass pitcher and glass set. Pitcher measures 8 3/4" tall. Glasses are just over 4" tall. Couple of very minor imperfections in the glass which you have to look very closely to see. I could not capture them in photos. This pitcher has a lightly ribbed clear glass applied handle.
