Approximate Measurements: 92" x 70" The pillow cover measures 15" by 15" This is a beautiful vintage handstitched quilt with a hexagon honeycomb pattern. This handmade folk art quilt has over 6000 multi-colored hexagon pieces. The variety in the different flowers is amazing. So many different flower patterns and colors expertly put together. This beautiful piece has to be seen to get the true appearance much better than pictures show due to lighting conditions. It features a lovely collection of vintage fabrics. Some feed sack I think. The cotton batting is light weight and evenly distributed. Each hexagon measures 1 inch wide. The hexagons on the pillow are 3/4 inches wide. There are about 260 hexagons on the pillow case. The quality is very good with very light wear. The edge around the quilt has frayed. I showed the most extreme fraying in a picture. There are also two light purple pen marks, one of which bled through, also shown in pictures but hard to find when you are just looking at the quilt as a whole.

Beautiful Antique Thousand Eye Eyes Large Pitcher Decanter- a unique find- blown& pressed vintage clear glass EAPG. All of the art work and collectibles being sold by Adams-Byrd Fine Art& Antiques have been collected and selected one at a time by the proprietor. An art historian with many years of training and experience in university art history departments, museums, galleries, and historic sites both in the U.S. and abroad. In most cases the pieces offered for sale on Ebay are from the business inventory(the business has been based in the Washington, D.C. area for many years) Our inventory is extremely large, so the majority of the pieces we are putting on Ebay have never been displayed in any of our retail locations. Occasionally, we are also selling pieces from our personal collection. This beautiful old clear glass decanter/ pitcher in the thousand eye/ eyes pattern was blown into a four part mold(and a three part mold was used for the stopper) Several companies made this pattern. So we will have to leave it up to the experts in antique glass to determine which company made this fine and rare pitcher/ decanter. The exact dating also will be left to the experts. The clarity and quality of this piece(including the blown base) indicate an early date. It is in good used condition. There are no cracks. On the bottom of the stopper. Some little marks are either very small chips or imperfections from the glass molding process. The only surface"roughness" is from the pontil marks. We have never used it; it has just been displayed. Inside, around the perimeter edge of the base, there is a slight white ring. We never washed the inside, but the new owner might want to- to make this piece even more perfect. On the stopper some of the convex eyes in one area on the lower half have little"dimples" on the tips- they did not completely fill in with glass in the mold.

No makers marks however the top of the lid says Pat Apld For. In researching I found a few similiar from EAPG from the early 1900's that appeared similiar to this one. The hinged top/lid operates just firn. Nice overall condition to both lid and glass body but there is one approx 1 ncm long hairline in the top rim/edge that is visible. Please see pictures. The lid works well and appears to have been reapplied at some point. The lid shows some small scratches and normal aging. There are no visible cracks or chips to the pitcher. There is a slight wobble to the pitcher when it is set on a flat surface. This most likely happened during the firing/cooling process. One pitcher is 4 3/8" tall and the other is 4 1/4" tall. Both have a ribbed design with spring hinged lids. Both lids are marked. With one being very hard to read.
