However, it was acquired from an estate cleanout dealer here in New Jersey. It is old and looks to me like an Art Nouveau décor. No chips or cracks. There is a dimple(not sure what else call it) in the glass from when it was made. I took a close up photo so you can see what I mean. Also. I did my best to polish the silver overlay but I was not able to get all to shine up. There is still tarnish or some sort of dark discoloration over the silver overlay. I'm not sure if stronger polish will get it to come clean or not. Blue glass has some scratches and marks here and there. Pitcher Glass Antique Enamelled Blue Ruffled and Four enamelled tumblers
Outstanding Victorian Ruffled Enamelled Painted Blue Pitcher Number 1054 on bottom of pitcher. It is mold blown with four enamelled mold blown enamelled painted tumblers. The painting is in good shape on the tumblers with a small amount of loss. On the pitcher the painting is almost mint. There is some gold loss on the pitcher. And some gold loss on the tumblers. One of the tumblers has the bubble which depicts that it is mold blown. The pitcher has the number 1054 The pitcher is 10 inches high with ruffled top which is 5 1/2 front to back. The pitcher has an applied handle. The tumblers are 3 7/8 inches tall and three inches across. This is a very beautiful set of Victorian glassware. It appears the enamelling has been applied by hand.

Heres a really unique antique pitcher made of"Blue" milk glass.The pitcher has a ground glass upper lip and a hand applied handle as well as a hand applied decorative collar.The only mark is a embossed"2" on the base. The pitcher measures 6-1/2" tall by 4" wide at the widest point of the base.Top opening is 2" across with a pouring spout. Condition is very good. ground lip has a few small flakes orignal to the making of the piece not damage. Very unusual piece of early blue milkglass. I pack very careful and ship fast!

Striking Antique Sapphire Blue SWIRL GLASS Mold Blown SYRUP PITCHER JUG ANTIQUE SWIRL GLASS SYRUP PITCHER JUG Wonderful antique mold blown glass syrup pitcher jug measuring 6-1/4" tall. Featuring a tin metal flange and spring loaded lid. Glass is a striking sapphire blue color in a lovely swirl pattern which repeats on the applied handle. Bearing three vertical seam lines, condition is very nice with several straw marks in the curve of the handle, roughness where the top handle meets the glass from production, lots of stretch marks in the glass and a bit of surface rust on the interior of the tin lid- base has no pontil and bears a paper label which is illegible. Antique Victorian Blue Opalescent Optic Swirl Glass Syrup Pitcher A wonderful glass pitcher featuring a blue opalescent swirl pattern with the original metal spring top lid. The clear blue glass handle is applied. The top/ lid is engraved with the latter 1880's Pat. date(see pic. 6) I don't believe the lid was made to come off, I have not removed it or really even tried being it fits so securely& tight. Measures about 6.5" to the top of the lid. In very nice condition showing the normal age wear. No chips, cracks or repairs. Noticed a couple of straw lines(felt the grooves) under the applied handle, is common in the older glass. See last 2 pictures) The interior lid has a few rusty spots. am showing many pictures to help describe it best. A wonderful addition to your fine collection.

The pitcher is 7 inches tall by 6 inches wide. It dates to 1870- 1887. See Barlow and Kaiser. A Guide to Sandwich Glass. 1985, p 57 ff. Boston and Sandwich originally called this type of handle a"claw handle" It is one of the earliest handles I have see which was attached first at the base, not the top, which became the standard for the glass industry at the end of the 19th century. The glass frit used for overshot is clear, as always with Sandwich, except that in this pitcher there are two little drops of red glass, one on each side, that made it into the frit by accident. Antique Blue& White Cased Glass Pitcher Antique Hand-made Glass Pitcher. I've been told this is an early American piece. This was mouth-blown hand made with the ground pontil mark on the bottom. This is a cased glass piece. It has the white glass on the interior and the outside glass is blue with the darker blue on top. Then it gradually shades to a lighter blue toward the bottom. Rim is crimped with a beautiful ruffle. It has a clear glass thorn/branch type handle. 3 of the"thorns" have a chip or sharp edge. Measures 6.5" tall x 5" wide from lip side to handle x 4.5" diameter. Base is 2-3/8" diameter. Condition: Lip rim has a rough spot. See photo. Applied handle has a chip on 3 of the"thorns" Since this was mouthblown and handmade it does have 2 bubbles in the glass, see photos. Because this ... moreis handmade it has some imperfections like a few black specks of ash in the glass. Outside of glass has a few"rubbed" marks where it looks like a pencil has touched it. You are bidding on a beautiful rare L.G. Wright blue slag milk glass pitcher and two matching glasses. All in PERFECT condition. I am not sure of the pattern as I have not been able to find it online. Very rich colors and beautiful design. The pitcher stands 8.5 inches tall and the glasses are 4 inches tall. Measures 9.5" tall and 5" wide(7" with handle) Displays beautifully and is in excellent vintage condition. With no chips, nicks, cracks, hairlines, bruises, or repairs. Standing 6 3/4"tall this antique picture is unique. Stunning colors. The blue glass handle consist of"threads" that branch out on the lower part of handle. There are no chips. On the base there is a teeny patch of turquoise paint. Next to that it looks like.To me, a M or W. Looking under a magnifying glass you just see dots not forming a letter, but if you hold it away in a certain light,to me, it looks like a W or M. This beautiful pitcher was wrapped in paper in storage,with little use.
