This is a vintage wall mirror. The frame is ornate gold Gesso carved wood. Glass is fairly typical for a vintage mirror(though clearer than average) Upper right corner of frame has a small piece missing(photo#6) That seems to be the only spot where some material is missing. There are cracks throughout the surface of the frame adding to its character. Though it hasn't affected the structural integrity. It feels very solid. I finally decided to part with my great aunt's antique heavy ornate wall mirror. Antique Gold Leaf Wood& Gesso Wall Mirror. This mirror is just gorgeous and has been well maintained. The glass is in good condition.no chips. No cracks, no hairlines etc. The mirror needs to be cleaned. I have limited space, and that's why I'm selling it. There is a small water damage on one corner at the top right but when it's hanging the wall- no one can't tell. One corner of the mirror the same top right- a portion of wood approximately 1/2" x 1/2" wood came off. My mom. One time, when the gold was oxidized from age, had it restored with new gold leaf sheets. It hangs on the wall with wire which is intact. It has an area on the bottom right that needs repairing where the seem has come away(see pictures) also will need the glass replaced, it was my Step Fathers who is 80 he got it from his mom, he said it is from the 1920-1930's. this is a stunning vintage hand carved wooden convex wall mirror. it is a very large mirror and has a wonderful gold gilt finish. the mirror is circular and has a convex domed shape. the top is a large very ornate eagle with wings spread. He stands on the mirror with a long olive leaf in hand. the mirror has many dimensional spheres running around the whole border of the frame. the bottom also has very dimensional ornate detailing with a stylized floral design. the frame measures 30 3/4 by 22 1/2 inches. already has a hanging wire on the back ready for mounting. it is in great shape and no pieces missing. the actual convex mirror is fading a bit but still does work as a mirror. Vintage Double Framed Small Hanging Wall Mirror Wood Frame Swirl 10x12 Deep
This small hanging mirror came from an auction in Vermont. I am unsure of it's age. It is double-framed. The top frame is a little loose. The frame has quite a few use/wear marks. The mirror has some marks under the glass. An 1/2" line and some spots, see all pictures. The frame measures 10 1/8 by 12 1/4 inches and 2 1/4" deep. Just the mirror measures 5 1/2 by 7 1/2 inches. If anyone knows what this type of frame is called, I would greatly appreciate the information.

Antique Vintage nicely refurbished wood Wall Hanging Mirror 22" x 26"
This awesome antique mirror measures around 26" x 22" overall. It has been refinished with a paintbrush apparently very artistically and professionally. I was told this was probably a hundred years old. But I am not an expert in antiques and can not say for certain. There are a few chips in the refurbished paint here and there, and the mirror itself has some imperfections in the reflection area such as scratches, etc. Pretty much age appropriate and expected. this will have other imperfections from age/use, possibly not mentioned in ad. In very good used and vintage condition, there are a few small spots of missing gesso along the edges. In addition, there are some black age spots on the mirror itself. Vintage Wood Gold Gilt Decorated 67" Long Hanging Wall Mirror
This is a vintage or antique mirror in a gold gilt decorative wood frame. It is long and hangs on a wall. The top oval portrait section tilts forward at an angle. I bought this mirror 30 years ago at a high end estate sale. I fell in love with it. It is very beautiful. It has been hanging in my formal living room in smoke free home. I am not a business person or dealer so will describe it in detail. It is in original condition that I bought it. It is 67" long top to bottom and 20 1/2" across the mirror. The top piece is an oval portrait 18" long and 15 1/2" wide at the wood decoration near the base. The picture is a woman on cardboard, the glass is oval flat glass. The Oval wood around the portrait has little decorative add ons, and pieces of the add ons are missing. The wood carving on the sides also has chips and cracks, ... moreand the back of the wood is frayed. I have all this in the photos. The mirror looking glass is gently carved on the top 2 sides. The mirror is rectangular in shape(except for the top) and this section is 48 1/2" by 20 1/2" The gold wood mirror section also has little decorative wood beads, and some have fallen off. The back is all kinds of cardboard and peeling paper. Again I have not done any restoring. It is very heavy with a delicate top oval section and I do not feel competent to try and mail, so it is Local pickup only.

Antique Vintage Gold Gilt Wood & Gesso Framed Floral Etched Wall Mirror
This is a charming antique wall mirror with elegant floral gesso accents on the top and bottom of the frame. A beaded scroll and leaf pattern etched into the back of the glass at the top of the mirror, and three flower screws holding the mirror snugly in place on the frame. Overall condition is very good with no missing silver on the mirror or gesso on the frame, and only very light, almost completely unnoticeable cloudiness and a couple tiny black spots on the glass. There are a few scuff marks on the outside edge of the frame where the pink primer is showing through. It still looks fantastic as-is but could be easily touched up. The cardboard backing is intact with a tear along one side. There is a wire attached for wall hanging. The outer measurements including the frame are 12" W x 28" H. Vintage wall mirror in wood frame W.A. French Furniture Company
Classic wall mirror appears to be from the turn of the previous century or so. This estate sale find is heavy and is in a medium-tone wood frame that once apparently was graced with some paint and what looks to have been a painted rose or a decal over the top. It's marked on the back as a product of the W.A. French Furniture Company of Minneapolis on the back. William(Bill) French was apparently nationally known for his furniture creations. This one is in a frame that measures 40 1/4 inches by 22 inches and is 1 inch thick. It has a wood backing.27 3/4 inches by 19 1/2 inches. The mirror frame has wear. Scratches, dents and dings. Paint has faded substantially. Mirror also showing its age, with some internal streaking and distortion. See photos for more, or contact sellers.
