Antique Cast Iron Standing Frame W/ French Motif Fluer de Lis & More W/ Mirror
Description This handsome antique cast iron frame stands 10 1/2" tall and is 10 3/4" wide. It has a folding stand on the back which allows it to stand freely. The design of the frame is unique and features a French motif. All around the piece are fleur-de-lis. The top has plumes and a helmet. And the feet have griffin like creatures holding shields with a fleur-de-lis. The frame has a mirror; it is not original to the frame but looks good. It could also hold an oval picture 8" long, 6" wide. The frame is in very ice condition with no breaks. No repairs and no losses. The back stand is original and in fine condition. The frame was probably re-gilded at some point. Unique old frame from the early 1900's. Thanks for looking.

Antique gold or gilt painted cast iron easel framed mirror. It measures 17 1/2" x 13 1/2" with a mirror that measures 7 3/4" x 9 3/4" The beveled mirror shows quite a few age spots and has some rough edges behind the framing. It's the original mirror I believe. The easel stand has a small little loop broken off the very end(photo 6) There are no broken areas on the frame itself. Up for your consideration is a standing dresser mirror. I am presuming that it is indeed an antique as the mirror needs to be re-silvered or replaced. The frame measures 15" X 11" at the center. Up for sale we have a most attractive Antique Shaving Dresser Mirror. This piece can be used on top of a dresser or any place in the home a beautiful Antique mirror would be appreciated. The mirror is in outstanding condition for a piece from the late 19th century. The base has bun feet and the sides have nicely hand turned finials. The mirror measures 22 tall by 21" wide at the base by 9 1/2" in depth. The mirror itself is 16" tall by 15" wide in its frame. It works beautifully and has its original mounts in excellant shape. It stands up straight and firm with no wobbling. There are three spots on the base that have veneer chips(see pictures) There are a couple of surface scratches on the back covering that can be easily touched up. There is a raised number on bottom of stand but I did not find a maker name. The mirror has a bevel edge and some normal wear. The mirror looks foggy because it is reflecting the table top. Ornately designed free standing mirror which appears to be brass. No markings. But beautifully done. Since this is an item from an estate I can not say it's age or maker. I was told it is a vintage piece. It stands 22" high and 12" wide. Very detailed in it's design. The cherub at the top is attached with a screw as a separate piece. And has a bit of play which can be remedied by tightening the screw I imagine. The mirror fits in with small holders similar to how a picture is fitted to a frame. Here is a fabulous very old Antique 19th Century Ornate Bronze Standing Dressing Table Shaving Mirror featuring Griffins. Cherubs, reticulated foliage, a torch top; all sensational. The mirror portion is tin that has aged to a bronzy patina with a foggy reflection. The easel portion has a wire replacement but does still stand. Overall measurements are 23" tall, 15" wide and the bronze is approximately 1/4" thick. Exquisite bronze work that I believe dates around 1850. Up for auction is an antique freestanding cherry mirror. This unique mirror is in good antique condition. It is made of solid wood I am not sure what kind of wood maybe cherry or walnut. Even the back has a solid piece of wood. There is a repair on the foot but looks like it was not totally broken has been repaired well.The original screws have been replaced. However these could be easily replaced with screws from the same period. This measures approximately 21 inches tall and approximately 14 inches across the base. Brass Free Standing Vintage Beveled Mirror in Asian Fan Shape
Ornately decorated fan shaped mirror. Free standing. The mirror has beveled edges and the brass fan shaped frame has a"kick" stand. This item was in some estate items. There appear to be some very tiny marks along the back edge of the frame which I can not see-it looks as if they are numbers. Very tiny and there might be a small stamped mark in another area of the back frame. It is impossible to get these to show up in the photos. The mirror is in excellent condition. And the frame shows normal patina and soil from age. There are a few white spots on the brass-almost look like someone tried to clean it and the cleaner is still in the grooves, and a few could be paint specks. It is a heavy piece. Nice hinged trifold vanity mirror still has its original label. It is 17 1/2" tall at the center mirror and arches down to the side mirrors. It is 24" across. I believe the wood is solid cherry or mahogany. But I am not positive. The shelf has the feeling of Oak. The frame is very smooth with a soft scalloped design. Antique Ormolu Standing Vanity Mirror - 9.5 by 7.75 inches
Elegantly styled. This is a rectangular vanity mirror that is 5.5 x 3.75 inches set within a 2 inch frame made of cast iron plated with ormolu(an alloy that is gold in color) Judging from the estate that was the owner, I believe it to have been fashioned between 1900 and 1940. The mirror is in excellent shape with no apparent scratches. It is reflecting a white background in all the pictures which accounts for its flat appearance. Photographs 3 and 4 show the back with its folding stand. It is quite probable that the backing for the mirror is not the original. Shipping weight is 2 pounds 9 ounces and Ebay will calculate the postage based upon that and the destination.

Antique Beveled Standing Vanity Mirror For your consideration. Here is a lovely piece from days gone by. This heavy mirror, including its wood frame, measures 11 1/4" wide x 9 3/8" high. There is a 1/2" metal band which swings around three sides; this acts as the easel or alternately to hang the piece. The two upper corners have a decorative metal adornment; it appears there had been matching ones on the lower corners in the past, but they are gone. Each side corner of the frame has 1/2" wide metal"L" shape brackets. One upper corner of the frame is broken and a former owner deftly made it work long ago with a cool very old wing nut. Also, a small portion of wire was installed at the top for hanging.
