This piece stands 15 1/2" in height. 10 1/4" wide when closed, width extends to 28 1/2" with both sides fully extended, 6" depth with base. Very Good condition but it is vintage so there is surface normal surface wear& spot blemishes to the finish on the base(see image) This is not unusual for the age of the piece& does not detract from its beauty. Mirror pivots up& down. Center mirror is magnified 3X. It originally must have had a european bulb in it because I had to put a bulb adapter in the socket to be able to use a standard U.S. bulb that is consequently longer& interferes with the up/down pivot(see image) This was just done to I could determine the light worked. Which it does beautifully& I recommend the buyer to replacing the bulb& adapter with the original sized bulb. The mirror frame is made of metal, gold color, has an embossed floral and leaf design around the entire mirror, the ring that holds the mirror has a matching design around it as well, the ring has two decorative feet that are very ornate with an art nouveau and floral design, top of the ring has an acanthus and flower design emblem, the mirror is held on by a leaf design bracket on each side, mirror also tilts, has four lights attached to the ring(bulbs included) and has an easel stand that allows you to place mirror on any surface. The cord has a dial switch that will allow you to turn the lights on and off. Back of mirror has a silver paper backing. Measures overall 11 1/2"in. wide(ring) up to 13 1/2"in. tall(top of acanthus design) up to 9"in. ... moredeep, and the mirror alone is 9"in. wide. EXCELLENT VINTAGE CONDITION. Gorgeous Art Nouveau Antique Gold Toned Ormolu Vanity Mirror w Velveteen Base
Here for your consideration is a gorgeous Art Nouveau vanity mirror in beautiful condition. Fresh from the auction. This piece is gold toned ormolu open swirling vines and flowers. It has an unusual shape, I haven't seen one like it, the ends extend over the furniture to make the design open and even easier to enjoy. Even the wrap around gold tone edge is of a flower followed by 2 leaves, that it repeats all around the mirrors edge, photo 6. Even the inside edge is made up of 3 individual designs, very rich in appearance, 3rd photo. 18 7/8" long by 9 5/8" at the widest and 8 5/8" in the middle. 3/8" thick along the band. Design on the long ends protrudes 1 7/8" The velveteen is worn in spots but not loose from the backing, could be left as is or replaced with fresh as desired. I wouldn't hang this mirror on ... morethe wall for fear that the soulder could break and cause the piece to fall from the wall and break. It could be admired/used by placing it on a plate holder and stand on the vanity. If I were keeping it, I'd place the beautiful perfume bottles on part and put the jewelry I'd worn that day on the mirror until morning. I can find no makers marks. And while searching I found NO issues to report. The piece is in excellent condition, truly a joyful piece, and be proud of. Nice Antique Gold Gilt Cast Iron Cherub Angel Dresser Vanity Boudoir Mirror
This mirror has a heavy cast iron frame with a nice metallic gold finish and original mirror inside. The frame is fantastic with kissing angels at the top. Cascading flowers and ribbon down one side, a bountiful harvest of fruits and vegetables with ribbon cascading down the other side, and two winged cherubs standing atop faces of evil at their feet. Their is almost no paint loss or dark spots on the frame, but the glass has some light spottiness throughout, although images are still pretty clear throughout. Outer measurements of the frame are 15 3/4" x 13" and there is folding foot on the back that swings out about 4" The frame is marked JM 10 on the back.

This is a stunning antique 19th century Victorian solid cast iron table pivoting mirror. it is a large mirror that is extremely ornate. Made from thick heavy cast iron, and has a lovely gold gilded finish. the mirror is in an oval format and pivots 180 degrees on two ribbed iron arms in the back connected to the base. the mirror has a detailed engraved trim. The frame is extremely detailed with floral and scroll detailing done in high relief. the base is nicely footed and is equally as ornate as the rest of the piece if not more. it has a beautiful cut out design and tapers from thin to wider. it is in great shape with a nice patina from age measuring 17 3/8 inches tall by 10 3/4 inches wide. Unsure if swivel is intentional or just because tension nut underneath wasn't snug. I've tightened for shipping purposes. You can loosen if desired. I'm just realizing I didn't take photos of underneath. I will revise a photo of it. It is unpainted with light surface rust and square nut on threaded post. Mirror is in very good condition. Mirror tilts a few inches each way. Being cast iron, it obviously can't hold extreme tilt front or backwards. Mirror section is actually pressed to tension between the side posts, so there ... moreis no adjusting. Unsure if backing is original. Mirror is held in by lead putty or mold of some sort. Piece itself consists of three sections. I see no indications of origin or maker. Could be detailed or wiped off if you choose. This piece is extremely heavy. I've kept insurance lower than what it will cost to ship. With insurance included. Great Antique mirror that surely makes a statement!
