TRAVEL MIRROR BEVELED LEAD GLASS ART DECO c1920's EASEL
Offerd for your consideration is this lovely Nickel over brass plated Travel mirror with easel stand back. The easel is retractable in that it will lay flat against the mirror backing to pack easily for traveling. The easel is also stable and sturdy when open for use. The mirror can stand either vertically or horizontally so you can easily adjust the viewing angle of the mirror to suit you. The beveled glass mirror is thick and substantial and has a few spots of missing silver backing as seen in photo#1. The back of the mirror is covered with an ornate embossed printed paper cardboard with some of the paper torn off. The overall measurement is 8 3/4" tall(from top to little ball feet) by 6 1/4" wide. 1935 art deco beveled dressing mirror
You are looking at a vintage Art Deco dressing mirror. Signed January 1935 Galax Va. on the back of the mirror. It is about 20" tall, some of the backing is coming off the back or the mirror, some of the finish is coming off the wood frame. The base is a little warped. it sits fine on a towel or carpet, but tips a little on a hard surface. A great addition to any collection. The items in the picture are the items that you will receive. OLD ART DECO REVERSE PAINTED MIRROR DBL PICTURE PHOTO FRAME BEVELED GLASS VINTAG
NO RESERVE… This auction is for a handsome old Art Deco Era Reverse Mirror Picture Frame. The entire frame measures approx. 15 1/2 inch wide. About 10 1/2 inch tall at the center, and the color I would call Champagne. The picture size opening is approx. 6 5/8 inch by as bout 4 3/4 inch. There is a lot of light reflection in my pictures, so you may have to look very close at them. I have used a yellow pencil to point at the lower left corner. I am trying to point out a small chip on that corner. The glass is thick and has beveled edges. There are 4 metal threaded posts that hold the frame together, and have a thread nut on the back of the frame. I have used a yellow pencil to point at on e of the posts to try and point out surface corrosion on the metal. There is some minor tiny black spots from aging on the mirror backing, but nothing terrible. ... moreThere is also a small scratch on the glass near the center bottom, but again nothing terrible. It is a beautiful well cared for piece. Not only do I personally collect them. With almost every room of my home having at least"one" hung in it, I can NEVER seem to pass them up when I find them in my travels! This one is not perfect. But DEEEEELICIOUS nonetheless! With bits of desilvering here and there and a small flush" bump" to the underside along one side edge(shown in my photo) this Old Gal is still a BEAUTY to BEHOLD in my opinion! Beautifully ETCHED at her top arch and BEVELED all the ... moreway around! I was told at the Estate Sale where she was purchased, that she had come off the door of an old Medicine Cabinet, thus the reason there is no hanging hardware or backboard attached to her. Prop her for display as I have shown on your mantle, dresser, vanity or shelf, or hang her from the wall mounting her with mirror clips which can be purchased easily and inexpensively from any hardware store. She measures in at 14" wide x 22" tall and hails from the"MID-WEST GLASS CO. of CINCINNATI. OHIO and was manufactured on June 12, 1936! Besides the time worn flaws mentioned above that most can forgive, she has no chips or cracks. Even with the bits of desilvering, her mirrored surface still reflects beautifully and clearly! The overall measurements are approx. 6 ½” wide by 10 7/8” long. It is in good vintage condition with no broken components. There area couple of blemishes on the celluloid and some flaking of the silver mirror backing. Consistent with 75+ year old antique mirrors. The celluloid frame is embossed“ France” but the marking is so tiny that photos were not possible. The photos were taken outdoors for the best natural lighting. Offered is a Vintage Art Deco Era Beveled Vanity or Shaving Mirror. It stands approx. 11 ¾” tall. The round mirror frame is not perfectly circular nor oval shaped. But somewhere in between. It measures approx. 6 ¼” in diameter top to bottom. And 6” in diameter side to side. The mirror is in good vintage condition with no cracks. It appears that there was at one time a backing. Possibly thin wood or cardboard on the back of the mirror. The mirror moves around within the frame, but is still firmly intact. The origin of the wooden dowel on back is unknown. It may or may not have been original and underneath the backing. Overall. The condition is consistent with that of 75 to 80+ year old antique wares. This mirror is circa 1920's to late 1930's. Antique Brass Nautical / Art Deco Style Dresser Vanity Glass Beveled Mirror
Up for auction is a very unique find. This came from an old estate sale in Central PA. This brass dresser/ vanity mirror measures 16 ½ tall by 15” wide. It’s made of brass and has a beveled mirror with webbed feet. As for the style I’m not totally sure where it falls because of the different elements I see in the mirror. It has no dents or chips and has a great patina. The only information I could find on the mirror is the number“2” on the feet and the number“06” on the top of the stand. The mirror measure 40" x 30" The mirror can be hung in either direction 40"x 30" or 30" x 40" The mirror is silver back. The mirror is etched on two opposite corners. The silver is nice with only a couple small black spots. One corner has a nick in the glass. The mirror has a masonite backing held on with metal clips. The metal clips has minor rusting. awesome old mirror! Hi, I am selling a gorgeous old mirror! Age is unknown. But it has an art deco look to me, so maybe 30's-40's? It is lovely and large measuring 2 feet tall x 14" wide x 3/8" thick including the wood back. It has beveled glass. And an elegant design under the glass. The is light ghosting. A couple of black spots, and a spot in the upper right where the mirror backing has worn away and a small chip mostly behind the glass. All these add up to perfection in my book! Its simplistic etching reminds me of"cattails" From a wetland plant(some might say looks like wheat) Almost no silver loss. The top edge of the bottom"outer" mirror is showing some slight silver loss. But it is narrow and confined to that mirror's ... morevery top edge and thus not really noticeable unless you are looking for imperfections. There are 2-3 other places with some slight loss- captured in the posted close-ups(photo#4- toward the right center 2 black spots) Practically no ghosting or streaking. No distracting problems on any of the 5 mirrors. Reflections are crisp and clear. No truly vintage mirror will be completely free of ghosting/steaking. But this one is close- as can be seen in the many photos. Only one tiny scratch. In the sunlight. I spotted one shallow surface scratch. Vintage 1940s Art Deco Cobalt Blue Beveled Wall Mirror 3-D Jesus The Last Supper
Here is a 1940s Art Deco Cobalt Blue Beveled Mirror 3-D Jesus The Last Supper wall Plaque The blue mirror is very clear and in mostly very good condition. You can see the reflection of my hands and the camera in the mirror taking the photo on the lower half and the light fixture in the upper half of the mirror. This mirror face is very clear and in very good condition! In very good condition. This cobalt blue mirror is the most gorgeous color! Beveled edges, all corners appear fine! I don't see any chips, just a few tiny wear dots of silver loss on the very edge of the beveling, very small spots and they are on the other side of the beveling small side spots that aren't very noticeable, I don't think. This is in very good condition. The mirror is well intact to the 3-D last supper, this is in very good condition. The felt on back ... moreis well intact and this is ready to hang! I got this at a church! They still had it inside the church! Its very cool! Great for the art deco blue mirror collector! 6 x 3.5 inches. Very well made and in very good condition. Ships next day for Free! This is very cool!

Art Deco Beveled "Heart Shaped" Antique Mirror
4/4 Red Oak- framed.Antique,beveled mirror. Likely a dressing table or wash stand mirror. The back shows evidence of hardware being attached at some time as there are notches in the back. The hand carved design may be missing an original piece as there is a definite shadow outline at the bottom of the carving. Outside dimensions: 17-1/4" High. 30-1/4" Wide. The mirror silvering( is not in a perfect condition and is sold"as is" No returns. Shipping is limited to the continental USA.
