The color is a cherry stain with some scalloping on the top. The base is also wood and is oblong with simple trim work. The mirror is pretty clear, with minimal scratching and appears to be solid. The mirror is slightly uncentered and it also appears to be beveled(showing on one side. CONDITION: Antique. The date is unknown. But guessing Ca early 1900's to 1920s. I am not an expert and the date could be all wrong. The wood is in good condition, solid with no apparent breaks. There are some scratches. This is a beautiful original vintage Atsonea barbola table or vanity mirror from the 1930's- 1940's. It measures 17 1/2 inches in height and 10 1/2 inches in width. It has beautiful flowers around the edges and on the back arm. It has its original label on the back that says: Atsonea Superior Products Made in England. Original Art Deco Vanity Dresser Mirror Frame circa 1920s Frame is of a walnut finish wood with carved finial and has an applied carved decoration. a Sunflower surrounded by fanciful tiny flowers and leaves accented in Dark Green. Deep Brown and Gold. There is an old brass screw fitting on each side for fitting to a dresser stand. I imagine. A lovely almost 100 years old Art Deco period piece. Condition: The frame is structurally sound… it has shallow scrapes. Scratches and old wall paint marks, signs of usage over the years. There is a small chip out of the finial decorative work( about 1” or ½“ each) and that applied section is a bit loose, could easily be repaired with wood glue. There is an old string used for hanging which should be replaced by a hanger wire. Please check pictures to see the flaws. A large frame. Antique Victorian Small Dresser Shaving Vanity Mirror Dome Topped Wood Frame
Very heavy for its size Victorian dome topped beveled mirror with wooden frame. The mirror has the shape and looks of a vanity or dresser mirror. We cannot see however any evidence on the sides that it was indeed suspended inside a base or stand. The wooden frame is domed at the top and curved at the corners without any visible joints any where that we can see. We are not sure what kind of wood the frame is made of but our guess based on its color is"cherry" The back of the mirror is almost entirely covered with a heavy flat piece of wood which is screwed at the edges holding the mirror in place. The mirror is beveled and looks very old and hand cut. The normal age stains or discoloration are showing through. And these only add to its character. The wood frame is in very good antique condition with only two areas showing a small ... morehairline crack. These are hardly visible. Unusual inlaid marquetry wooden hand held mirror with sliding cover inlaid with different woods of a woman side saddle on with a gathering basket on a burro or donkey. This piece is possibly of Spanish or European origin. The zig zag border is is made of hundreds of tiny wooden squares. The base wood is a lighter color and wide grained. Some kind of hard nut tree wood. Perhaps but definitely not walnut. Much lighter with a similar grain. No damage to the scene on the cover, but there is a crack to the wood on the back of the mirror. See 2nd photo. Also a piece of the lining around the mirror at the bottom is absent. Also a couple chips around the inside of the frame that may have been in the making. Up for auction is an antique freestanding cherry mirror. This unique mirror is in good antique condition. It is made of solid wood I am not sure what kind of wood maybe cherry or walnut. Even the back has a solid piece of wood. There is a repair on the foot but looks like it was not totally broken has been repaired well.The original screws have been replaced. However these could be easily replaced with screws from the same period. This measures approximately 21 inches tall and approximately 14 inches across the base. This is a very heavy mirror for it size.

This is a very high quality antique 19th century wood and bronze tri-fold oval portable vanity mirror. it is made by hand from nice dark stained oval pieces of wood which have acquired a stunning patina over the years, the inlaid mirrors are also oval shaped and have a great beveled edge. there are three mirrors in total and open and close on 4 side industrial looking bronze hinges. the mirrors also have bronze knobs at the ends which can be used as feet or finials. depends on which way you would like to sit the mirrors. it folds into the side of one panel to be able to transport the piece wherever desired. it is in nice antique shape measuring 21 inches by 9 1/4 inches when completely opened and 7 1/2 by 9 1/4 inches when closed. there are also two circle hooks on the middle panel to be able to mount to the wall. very nice high quality vanity ... moremirror. Antique Beveled Standing Vanity Mirror For your consideration. Here is a lovely piece from days gone by. This heavy mirror, including its wood frame, measures 11 1/4" wide x 9 3/8" high. There is a 1/2" metal band which swings around three sides; this acts as the easel or alternately to hang the piece. The two upper corners have a decorative metal adornment; it appears there had been matching ones on the lower corners in the past, but they are gone. Each side corner of the frame has 1/2" wide metal"L" shape brackets. One upper corner of the frame is broken and a former owner deftly made it work long ago with a cool very old wing nut. Also, a small portion of wire was installed at the top for hanging. This mirror has clean simply lines. The bottom base of the mirror measures 27 1/4” long by 8 3/8” wide. It stands on 4 rounded feet. The framing around the mirror is 1 5/8” The opening of the mirror measures 19” x 15 1/4” The knob to knob measurement is 26 3/4” From table top to top of mirror measures 27 3/4” Age Unknown. Antique Wood Tabletop Mirror Shaving Vanity Vintage Early 1900s
This is a lovely antique mirror I believe from the early 1900s. It is made of a dark wood. Not sure what type. The brackets that hold the mirror are a slightly different color of wood than the base and frame. The mirror is in good shape with only a few little spots of discoloration. There are some scratches on the wood pieces that hold the mirror but the base and frame look very nice. The wood on the back of the mirror has some small cracks and ripples in it but nothing drastic.
