It does need 1 set screw and a screw for the plate. The lock moves freely when turning the knob The porcelain does have cosmetic wear. The ornate oval brass knob is in mint condition. The plate under the ornate knob measures 10 1/2"x3" The plate under the porcelain knob measures about 8"x 2 1/2" The mortise measures 4 3/8" long x 3 1/4" wide x 5/8" deep. It is 2 1/2" from edge of face plate to center of knob. The brass face plate measures 6 1/4" x 1" x 1/4" This vintage lock set will look great on your door. Vintage Sunburst Mirror, Handmade, brass colored metal, beautiful, ornate, wall
This unique wall mirror is 17 1/2" in diameter; 8" across the center part. The small mirrored diamond-shaped and triangle-shaped are welded together at the back(see 4th picture. Overall in very good shape but in the close ups you can see where some of the silvering has slightly worn off but not noticeable except right up close. Makes it look antique. The parts of the mirror that look dark at the ends are reflections of my phone; I wasn't able to totally avoid the reflections and still get the picture. I have enjoyed this for 25 years having bought at a garage sale(and it was old then) but since moving into a small place. I no longer have wall space to hang it.

ORNATE 19" LARGE 1940s VINTAGE ANTIQUE BRASS HANDLED MIRROR MIRRORED VANITY TRAY
1940's VINTAGE VANITY TRAY. 1940's era heavy. Sturdy metal vanity tray. The sides are an embossed brass-plated metal and the handles are solid brass. There are no black spots on the mirror and no cloudiness. No cracks or chips. There is a little VERY FAINT age foxing that you can only see if you hold the mirror up close and tilt it in a certain light. This is very difficult to see and definitely doesn't detract from the great looks of this vintage piece. There are a couple small spots on the side where the brass plating wore off(and the metal underneath is actually a brighter gold- SEE LAST PHOTO) And the velvet on the BOTTOM SIDE is in bad shape, however there's still enough left to make the tray totally non-skid, so this doesn't have to be replaced since it can not be seen when displaying(or could be easily replaced, ... moreif desired, with some non-stretch velvet or felt and a little all-purpose glue) There are no dings, dents or rust to the metal. For a vintage item, it's still in lovely shape and will display beautifully. This is a fairly heavy tray; The unpackaged weight of it is slightly under 3 pounds. Early 20th C Ornate Brass Beveled Vanity Wall Mirror & Towel Rod Holder 9" x 14"
Item No. 7911 WE DEEM THIS ONE OF OUR FAVORITE ITEMS FOR STYLE AND VALUE. THIS IS AN OLD. PREVIOUSLY-OWNED ITEM. as such, it has wear from use and age, primarily oxidation to the metal including some darkening, some original finish losses like protective coatings, and some verdigris(primarily on the ends, but scattered throughout- please examine the photos for the scattered green) a little wood loss to the backing. Early 20th Century ORNATE OPENWORK BRASS WALL MIRROR with TOWEL ROD. Or towel holder. The pattern on this heavy piece is just lovely- consisting of acanthus leaves in several different patterns, hanging, twising, scrolling, wrapping- and a few grapes, other leaves with tiny berries, roped acanthus leaves around the mirror, with a center apex stylized to resemble a crown and shield. The oval mirror has a wide, smooth bevel and is ... morein good shape with a little darkening, but no apparent silvering losses. We find no marks, but suggest the piece might be French in origin. This was hung by screws utilizing the two holes for that purpose in the lower portion. And one screw on either side of the top center shield area. It was quite secure. You might also have your local framer attach a hanging wire to the back for a more simple method of hanging. About 9" tall at the center. 2" tall on the rod sides, 14" widest, mirror is 8-1/4" x 4-1/2" and the width of the mirror extends to 11-1/4" at the decorative posts on the sides. The inside length of the rod is about 13-1/2" and the distance from the inside back of the piece to the inside edge of the rod is about 1-1/8" A useful and very attractive accessory for the powder room. Antique Oval Small Mirror Frame Bronze Brass? Very Heavy, Ornate, Foundry Mark
This is a very old and very heavy frame. Probably made in the late Victorian era at the end of the 19th century, or the very early 20th century. It is marked on the back 217 and in another place it looks like NB+NY- not sure about this mark, the second part is hard read. Might be NV or even IW. I believe it is bronze or brass. I have seen this frame in a larger version many times in cast iron, and those are heavy, but this one is REALLY heavy. You may have seen frames like this that are usually a foot tall or more. This is a little guy. Only 9" tall and 8" across. The frame has been fitted with a mirror which is newer. There are 3 little tabs that more easily on the back. And you could replace the mirror with glass and use it as a picture frame if you wanted. I think this frame probably had an easel-back at one time so that you ... morecould use it on a table. That has not survived the last 125 years or so. This is suitable for hanging with 2 small screws that would hold each curved piece at the top. The 1/4" thick mirror measures 5 7/8" x 4" width. Still in excellent condition with no damage. Appears to have been made in England as there is an old"Rd" patent number on the backside corner of one leg.

Ornately designed free standing mirror which appears to be brass. No markings. But beautifully done. Since this is an item from an estate I can not say it's age or maker. I was told it is a vintage piece. It stands 22" high and 12" wide. Very detailed in it's design. The cherub at the top is attached with a screw as a separate piece. And has a bit of play which can be remedied by tightening the screw I imagine. The mirror fits in with small holders similar to how a picture is fitted to a frame. It has a few small black dots and a line showing wear to the back of the mirror. Easily replaced. Beautiful vintage design. This auction is for a fantastic brass framed mirror with attachment for wall-hanging. Research puts this as Victorian and we are assuming the very heavy metal is brass. However we are not experts. The very ornate framing measures 13" from tip to tip and 9" across the width. Art nouveau ornate brass handheld mirror
This beautiful handheld mirror is in as found condition. It is 9 1/2 inches long and 4 inches wide. It is made of brass and has a bit of a patina to it. There is a small scratch on the front of the mirror. Just below the center measuring 1/2 inch. On the back, MADE IN ITALY is molded into the handle. There is an unusual finish on the back of the mirror, almost like cork but harder. There are little divots on the back of the frame that appear to once have had little plugs. Only one"plug" remains and I suspect they were to prevent scratches on a vanity.

From the Victorian Era is this mini"Hand Mirror" It has a very detailed. Raised carved back stem, mounted on bronze. The stem appears to be silverplate, but I am not an expert on this and just relaying my opinion on what it looks to be. The front of the mirror has a gold painted pattern all the way around it. It was hard for me to get a proper photo of the painted edges so I hop you can see it a little but it is really detailed. It measures 4.5" long by 2.5" wide on the circular part of the mirror. It is very ornate and impressive. It has a hinged door on the front which opens to reveal a small cabinet. Shabby Chic Please be patient there are 14 photos to be loaded in this auction. In this auction we have a very ornate brass dressing ... moremirror. This piece is from the late 1800's and is made of sand cast brass. The base and frame are just amazingly detailed with flowers and leaves. The mirror is held to the base by 2 small cherubs at the pivot points. The bse is also helud up by 2 angels and a very protective cherub at the apex of the mirror. The back has heavy arms to hold the old mirror in place. There is some silver loss to the back of the thick. Beveled edge mirror. The footed base carries the same floral motif and has a small seashell shaped catch for you small jewelry items. The base is held together by some very interesting small nuts, they are an irregular shape and therefore quite early. This measures 16 1/4" x 10" overall, and the mirror itself measures 6" x 7 3/4" We are calling this shabby chic due to some very tiny bumps and dings collected over may years of enjoyment. Good Luck! Beautiful vintage wood with a brass overlay mirror. Dimensions are 31" length x 22" widget x 2" depth. Weight is 8 pounds. Great ornate lion on the top. Not sure of exact age. All is in great condition little discoloration on brass from age and does need good cleaning. Only minor flaw is piece of brass in left top has been bent(see pic) I have not tried to bend back in shape but easy fix. rare ornate antique brass FLOOR MIRROR CHEVAL bird 6 ft tall / elegant victorian
hello. cheval. thats my new word for the day. French i think. anyway this floor mirror or" cheval" is rare, unusual, ornate, you just HAVE to look at the pictures. all brass, dragon like bird feet. end cap knobs the size of baseballs. tell me any room this would NOT decorate. any bedroom or right by the fireplace. even the kitchen. oh well, i ramble a bit. it is in my nature. ok. Calm down tony, this belongs to my pal james. i thought i would give it a shot here on ebay. it weighs a couple of hundred pounds. so there is NO WAY that i am going to ship this thing. you come and get it, send a friend, call an indy shipper, it is too wonderful to trust me to box. heh heh. it is 74 1/2" high. the mirror frame itself is 63" by 27 1/2" an inch of bevel. old glass too. There are a couple of places in the mirror that are not ... moreperfect, but shame on anyone who" fixes" it. the bird claw feet are 18" apart. toe to toe 41 1/2" high to the birds topknot. or helmet. sometimes he looks like a warrior. i can find no name. No signature, no makers mark of any kind i am sorry for that. and again, i am sorry that i can not ship this item. we are open from 10 to 6( local time) 7 days. we are always glad to hold things here for you.
